Great little body shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will walk you through the process of accident aftermath and get your car back like new as soon as possible.

I Brought my BMW that needed a front and back bumper to be fixed after a minor accident. I had a great experience and they did an amazing job. The car looks brand new again! As a family run place they were very professional and courteous. I wouldn t bring my car anywhere else. I recommend Pinto s auto body

Met with Pete and his wife today after a fender bender. They treated me with care and were more concerned about me than making $$$ off me. I can see why State Farm recommended them. I do appreciate the quick fix to my bumper. Thanks again and I will be sure to return / recommend you for auto body repair.

Took my car there because it was state farms preferred shop and it seemed like that would be the fastest way to get my car back. They estimated two weeks which was fair and with the snow i expected a couple days later. So i expected to get my car at the end of the week. They had my car for 28 days. I will never go back there again. The car looks good but 28 days is unacceptable. I paid my lease and insurance payment for a month that I couldn't even drive.

Customer Service is superb. The employees are professional. If you're traveling and you happened to have a mishap. This is the place to get the job done. Your vehicle will look brand new and no one will notice unless you tell them. That's how skillful the employees that work at Pinto's Body Shop.

Ladies at the desk inside were fantastic! However, actual help on the car was TERRIBLE. When I say terrible I mean the gentleman Pete came out with a clipboard and didn't even write a single letter or word on the clipboard for an estimate on the auto collision damage, also told me that I was the one who had to do research to find out how much the after marketed pieces cost? I mean how hard is your job.. after all it is rightfully your career to repair damaged automobiles and for someone to come tell me that I had to go do my own "homework" then come back with my own research to get even an estimate?? Then on top of that told me that it would be roughly 6 weeks until he'd even look at the car to attempt to fix it? Such a joke... lol the nerve on some people nowadays I swear, anyone who is looking for auto collision repair, don't, I repeat, DON'T use Pinto's Auto Body in Freehold... such a damn shame

Very nice staff and clean place. Car took just a few days since parts had to be ordered, but was done on time and they even gave me a free car wash!

Considering the "rona" situation with parts bieng delayed.. guy was the gentleman whom answered all my questions.. I have and will continue to suggest this place for any auto body needs... Great place..
