I started going to this business about eight years ago and they have never once disappointed me... I stopped using their services for a little while. Because I moved pretty far away but came back quickly when I couldn't find another center that did as good of a job. It's a family owned and run business and they are so kind, patient and thorough. You will not regret going to them, I promise you that

The best mechanic shop in jersey by far! Everytime i bring my car here i have no complaints and the car comes back to me better than ever until I have another issue lol. if you have an additional car problem they tell you and ask you if you would like to fix it. Eric and his employees have NEVER disappointed me and my husband with services! ALWAYS gets our cars in and out! ALWAYS honest! Eric and Eric Jr are highly knowledgeable with just about anything when it comes to cars. To BMW, HONDA, and ACURA. They can handle it ALL! Both are ALWAYS humble and respectful and has never changed in the last 9 yrs I've been a customer. Amazing experience at Park Avenue Auto! I brought my Jeep Wrangler into a Jew dealership and they said I needed $3900 in services and were completely dishonest and trying to scam me. When I brought it here I paid under $200 and my car is in great shape!I had given Eric the form of the services the dealership recommended and they were very honest and informative telling me what really needed to be done for a great price too!My whole family will be regular customers now- couldn't be happier with the service!

STEVE was very professional, honest, and very helpful. When we decided to get a car, Steve started the process of the paperwork, he had given us a great Deal and he even helped get the title and registration taken care of so I didn't have to go to the DMV and spend half of my day there... . Overall I'm am very pleased with the quality of service and I love our used Volvo S80. Thanks for all your help Steve from Park Avenue Auto!!!

Eric has worked on several cars of ours. He is great and very reasonable. Taking my son car their today :) He even knows my uncle Ronnie Ingram so it's great to have a mechanic you can trust.

My family and I have been Park Avenue customers for years, Eric and his team are always helpful, always reasonable, and always honest! We ve never been disappointed. Not only do they do great work, but they are always quick to help in an emergency. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Park Ave Auto is family owned/operated and the only place I bring my car! Eric Bradley is honest, fair and I know my car is being worked on, like it was his own. Never less than 100% satisfied! You won t regret using Park Ave Auto :-)

I have been a client of park ave automotive for over a year each time I had an issue was handle quick effective service. Great place to bring your vehicle to get fix. Good work done by honest professional mechanics. Definitely would recommend

I had strange issue with my car. It had cold start problem. After 5-10 min warm up worked perfect. Went there to get diagnosed. Charged me for diagnosis and then called back to correct. Went there three times but everytime with excuse that he has other cars to correct. Felt very bad about it. eventually i stopped going there. Didn't even ask to refund diagnosis money. Feel completely dissatisfied.

I purchased a Honda Element in Jersey from a wholesaler and had a problem with the cam tim ing sensor. I could have never made it back to NY. The dealership sent me to Park Avenue for repairs. Eric (the owner) and crew kept me appraised of the repairs and replace the parts and did a test drive and informed me I was "Good to Go"My thanks to Eric and his wife and two mechanics for their swift repairs and to their 7 year old daughter, who is a bit of a magician now!Nice meeting you folks.
