Was recommended this place from a friend so I tried them for my routine oil change. Price is better than everyone else, clean facility and very courteous staff. Super friendly too, and very considerate! I can see why they are getting recommended!

They did amazing on my oil change my filter have never been cleaner! I also got new tires and let me tell you the drive is immaculate. 10/10 will be coming back

Cris and his team are great. We have two Nissans that we bring in for oil changes and service as needed and Cris always takes the time to go through everything in detail. He's not pushy and is very attentive to any questions we have. He comes up with a plan for upcoming maintenance so we're not bombarded with heavy expenses all at once. He gets me in and out quickly when I just need a routine oil change. Such a pleasure to work with.The girls at the cashier in the back are so sweet (I'm sorry, I did not catch their names), they take payments and ensure that any future appointments are easily made.There's a new girl at the intake desk when you first drive in. I've had to deal with her when I call to make an appt as well as in person when I bring my car in for service. She definetly does not give off that same warm and fuzzy vibes like the rest of the crew. Not sure why she always seems to have an attitude. It's pretty standoffish and a bit intimidating.I still gave the place an overall 5 because the rest of the other staff has always been kind and very courteous. Overall these guys/gals do a great job. I would highly recommend Nissan Service.

Great experience as always with the service department here. They service my 21 Titan. And I even bring my 22 Civic here. Friendly staff & knowledgeable.

If you want to buy a nissan dont go to raceway they are very misleading I brought alot of cars from this place in the past the way they do business now is disgusting I paid cash for my car only to be treated with lies and disrespect they have lost my business

Maxima wouldnt start, tried jumping it, didnt work. Brought to Freehold Nissan. Was told $255 for diagnosis, but if I get it fixed there then the $255 would be credited to the bill.It needed a new battery and battery terminal which would be less than $255 anywhere else but it was already there so I said go ahead and do it.Just picked it up, they only replaced the battery and terminal, and they charged me $650! For a battery in a 2018 nissan maxima!!!When i asked about the $255 credit, the fast talking service said its $300 for the battery and $300 for the labor plus tax. WOW!I know the service reps work on commision but to charge me close to $700 for a battery is borderline criminal.I hope I dont have to come back and I dont recommend anyone get their car serviced there.PS: They tried to get me to get a few more things done which would be $3,900 total! The car has 48k miles on it and runs great. Now that i have a $700 battery in it then Im sure it will run even better. VERY DISSAPOINTED!Service: Auto battery maintenance

Staff is always friendly and their new system updates you via text with any additional repairs that you can approve or decline before repairs are done. Services are completed quickly.

I have used Nissan Freehold to service all three of my cars. The service provided each time was right on point. The work performed was excellent and the mechanics to care and returned my car clean each time. The Service Manager (Sam) was very personable and professional. He explained every detail of service being performed and why it was necessary. My experience at Freehold Nissan s Service Dept has been excellent and I will continue taking my vehicles to this shop.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Was a bit taken back that my hood was lifted and battery fixed and the right headlamp went un-noticed being dimmed. Called before picking my truck up to check it and was told it was fine. Definitely had my lights been turned on it would have been seen immediately. Paid a ton on labor and shocked this was overlooked.

Me and my husband visited freehold Nissan this evening and met with the salesman Mark- he was so rude and misbehaved with us. We took a car for a test drive and when we asked him what is the final price - he didnot even say that and was arguing constantly- no manners whatsoever- he probably judged us that we are not going to buy the car although he very well knew we did our research. I am never going to freehold Nissan again and I will never recommend this dealer to anyone

I had my oil changed here, last Monday, June 29 2021 as it comes w the warranties on both Rogue & Altima my wife & I purchased from Freehold Nissan. This morning I opened my hood to find they left a Snap-On impact wrench under the hood! C'mon Nissan, that could have caused some serious damage! Slow down & pay attention please. I took a pic, but Google will not allow me to upload it w this review. I'll be back, but please pay attention next time.Service: Oil change

My overall experience was professional and comfortable. Thanks to Jonathan who helped me figure out the recall on my car and other repairs that my car needed. Have the 100k Mike warranty awesome work. Doesn't cover oil changes though so be prepared.
