I can not emphasize enough how nasty this guy Bill is. 3 stars is way to high a rating for this store based on his attitude. I bought some rotors on the napa site to pickup at his store which gives me 20% off. What a lecture I received how he loses money with my discount. I asked for a part # for rotors for my other car and he refused to give it to me. He said it's your job to figure out what you need when you order online. It's time to retire and let someone else run the business or shut it down. I love napa parts but don't go to this location to get them. I don't need one of Napa's generic responses. Find a way to stop this guy from treating customers this way.It's on you.

This place is the worst possible option for buying auto parts. Hands down. I used to "have" to go to Brice's when I was in a pinch because there were no other options around. Advance Auto Parts opened up 2 minutes away and I have gladly started bringing my business there.Brice's was bad for the following reasons:1. The staff couldn't be less helpful. They are generally unfriendly and uninterested bunch. If you ask a question, they either act like they are being bothered or they take the opportunity to try to throw shade at you.2. They do not adhere to the already limited store hours. I would show up 10 to 15 minutes before closing to have act as though I was holding them up from something. Show up any less than 10 minutes before closing and best of luck to you. Don't be surprised if the door is locked.3. The return policy is garbage. While it is clearly posted, it is still a garbage policy. Consider: You can go to other retailers and get better prices on many of the items with a more customer friendly return policy.I live literally three blocks from this location. I could theoretically stop in at Brice's on my way home from work. I choose to go out of my way to NOT purchase from them. I visited another NAPA Auto Parts location today and it reminded me just how bad Brice's really is. I brought it up to the store clerk because the whole crew at this other location was really friendly and helpful. I thanked them for being so helpful and mentioned my experiences at Brice's. He told me that he hears it all of the time. That farmers from the Freehold area regularly drive down to his location just to avoid the attitude and poor service.

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. Went to this location due to their close location and my preference for certain NAPA brand parts. Dealt with the owner Bill and I can say the word rude does not even begin to describe his demeanor and attitude. After dealing with him, I immediately contacted Napa customer service who recommended a different location that could me resolve the issues I was having, which they did immediately and without question. I would never give this location any future business, and I recommend anyone out there who values any kind of decency or customer service do the same.

I spent plenty of money at this place and the husband and wife owners were very rude. She was having a conversation with someone she knew at the counter and completely ignored I was there. She told her husband that he needed to get my part in the back and he put on a face like I was asking him to park my car. On top of that, the place is filthy. I will not be back.

My dad went to this NAPA location, my dad s dad went to this NAPA location...my father in-law went to this Napa location...yet they still treat anyone that walks through the door like a second class citizen. The brother and sister that own the shop are two of the most miserable and nasty people you could ever encounter in a retail setting. The other employees are great. They are friendly and helpful. But god help you if you get the old man or his sister. Their return policy is trash. Bought a part you didn t wind up needing? 10% restocking fee . Bought an electrical part you didn t need or even take out of the box? Sorry pal, no returns . As a small family owned business you d think they d try to have a similar return policy to their corporate competitors or even be more friendly and helpful, but no. Not at Brice s. If I bought a starter from autozone and didn t even open the box and went to return it. They d take it back no questions asked and give me a full refund. Fix yourself Brice s before you go under. Because you re not getting my money or my family s money anymore.

The owner and the women at the front desk are rude, have zero customer service skills and gave me a hard time on a return purchased the day before on based on the owners recommendation.Recommend going two miles a way to Norwood Auto parts.

Old man in there has some attitude problems. Man thinks he knows it all about everything. Told me they don t make rotors for my car. Called a different Napa and they solved all my problems and giving me the correct items. Yes, they do make rotors for my car buddy. Returned the original items to his store and man did he not like that.

Owner bill And also a woman behind the counter were extremely rude and could not seemed to be bothered. Love napa products but will be taking my business elsewhere. If u ain't in the good ol boy system u will be treated poorly

The owner Bill is the rudest person ive ever dealt with. Yelled at us for saying the part was wrong then when we asked for the part number to use an online code he yanked the product away and told us that we dont get discounts because then Nappa makes money not him - does not care about the name Nappa at all, and does not want us placing orders with them. Also told us hed lock us out if we ordered online and came back

Customer service is critically important for small businesses. Unfortunately that lady that works at this location is extremely rude and very unhelpful. As customers we have the ability to take our money and spend it elsewhere. I spent hundreds of dollars in this location I will not be coming back.

Made a delivery to this place there were no delivery instructions at all. Old man infront of customers starts yelling at me no deliveries in the front! Real nasty you could see the other customers feeling uncomfortable. I see the reviews for this place and understand now. Napa auto has always been good but I'd never go here. Y'all need to get that guy out.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with, this location is definitely giving napa a bad name. Man at the counter seems to be bothered when he has to get up from his chair to grab a part which is crazy considering its his job.Ill be taking my business elsewhere even if that means driving further

Just as the other reviewers day the staff is indifferent at best. In sorry I inconvenienced them by shopping there. The return policy is clearly stated about the 10 days and 10% fee. Make sure the part works before leaving the store.

i went there on Saturday was 1:20 pm 10 min before closing they were locking front door. i asked why? one of them told me his mom just get into hospital family is first... i agreed. Went Advanced Auto Parts 4 min away on rt.9 they were still opened, no family issues and great service

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place whenever possible! Rude staff. I would just like to understand, if I order a product from NAPA, why could I not return it in the store?! That makes no sense. Terrible customer service.

Not happy about a 10% restocking fee on an untouched part returned within 24 hours. Won't do business with NAPA again.

Extremely ignorant and rude, even with a store account they were disrespectful and unhelpful when trying to order a part we got 3months ago with a life time warrenty, so I called Norwood Auto parts, who was extremely helpful and ordered it there $100 cheeper then Brice's. Norwood is the way to go all around!!!!

The staff here is very rude and mostly treat you like you are bothering them when you come into this store for something.It's a shame because they normally have what you need in the back. But if you bring in a part instead of giving them the year make an model of a vehicle good luck getting your part

I used to work at napa and deal with these people. They were some of the meanest/most racist people I ever met in my life. Not sure why they think they are above everyone else, they're just owners of a small shack.

I've been here MANY times and have NEVER had a problem with the people working there. They've always been helpful to me. Maybe how you're treated is a reflection of yourself, here or anywhere else.

NAPA is my go to place for quality auto parts! Has been for a long time. The location in Freehold is the store I patron most and the workers are always knowledgable and helpful.

I swear these people are rude and they are a rip off go to advance auto. they talk down to you hey guys at napa it's not my job to know about cars it's yours so stop looking at each and and laughing . I ask a question and they try to make you feel stupid hey. I have a question if you're spreader on the boom is on tilt what do you do no clue huh lol because I'm a longshoreman how would you know what to do if you don't work there .So how would I know about you're job I hope they close I swear.

This place is always awful. Any time I needed anything the staff is unnecessarily rude and it's not worth going to. So glad advanced opened on rt 9. Too bad there is no 0 star rating

Poor customer service...no interest/no personality counter personnel. Act like they're the only game in town. Don't even know how they're still in business. Autzone and Advance auto are close enough not to go to Brice's

Warning: 10 day return period and mandatory 10% restocking fee on all parts, with some parts that are not refundable at all. Rude staff, poorly lit store. I will be driving out of the way to avoid this place in the future.

Rude staff unhelpful. They robbed me on a return charging me a restocking fee on my core charge. This is my third bad experience with this location. Never again.
