I am a fairly new customer having been serviced twice and both times were great experiences. Great staff. Polite, honest and overall very satisfied with work. I needed my vehicle looked over for a long trip and they were honest about all work needed immediately and what could wait. I didn't need an oil change yet but Joe the manager called it that I'd need one by the time I returned and he was dead right. The next day my navigation alerted me. So I'm giving a huge shout out to all the mechanics especially Chris. And a special thanks to Joe, Gino and Chris. Great group of guys! I'll be back in soon for tired on 2 vehicles.

Midas did a fantastic job on my mother s car, she needed new breaks and tires. I originally received a quote from the dealership which was extremely high. Joe from Midas was able to give me a quote which was more reasonable. He was extremely helpful and professional . The staff there were great as well. I definitely recommend this place.Thank you!

Hi, my names Dan Reilly Co- owner of R&W home solutions.Best place you can have your vehicle to be serviced is the Midas of freehold. From their friendly staff, prompt response time, and overall great work on the vehicles themselves they cover all the bases. They always keep you in the loop on what s going on all the way through the process. They offer multiple sources of interest free financing. Also the pricing is much better than the dealer ship. There really isn t a reason not to go there. Best mechanic I ve found in the ocean and Monmouth county area, and I ve been through plenty of hacks.

Highly recommend getting any work on your car here. The staff is always extremely friendly, honest, and timely. They ve also squeezed me in right before closing, on 2 seperate occasions. Hard working, friendly staff

Ok guys...it's time to update my experience with Midas in Freehold. I let time pass to observe the workmanship. Guys...they totally screwed me and my car!After the first review problem upon problem started! Over 2k and they ruined my 2002 Caddy! My coolant started leaking out...they destroyed my crankshaft and sensor...they left a bootprint of tar still in my backseat!I've been trying find legal assistance with consumer law. I reached out to corporate...a year later there was never any call or contact from them.I am heartbroken. I had to take the car to AAA to fix what they could. Turns out there was a major problem with my coolant reservoir that was previously fixed! I have no resale value...It took a lot to write this but I owe it to the consumer! Even my battery died all of a sudden after the second time rook it back there.A classic 2002 Cadillac Deville DTS with rodent damage made me a target. I am also a minority female....these guys must be exposed.Oh and they said they ran a pressure test for any coolant leaks..was told nothing was wrong...yet AAA found the reservoir and the labor to be faulty and I have that part still in the trunk of my car. These guys really gutted me..my car...my money...and the crankshaft sensor that I refused to fix...now .... it's worthless...If anyone can refer me to someone that can help that would be a blessing....Midas violated consumer law and finding legal is proving difficult. These mechanics have turned into scumbag trash.

Joe and Geo offered the highest level of professionalism. As a mother to a first time driver I was blessed for their attention to detail while servicing her car. Highly recommend this location (freehold,nj) for all of your vehicles needs. Blessings

Fantastic experience! I took my vehicle to another company and they wanted double the amount of money. These folks took a look at the issue, isolated it and made it repair. Others told me that I had to replace things that apparently weren't necessary. Great job and I intend to go back!

Joe and his team really came through for me. My car needed to be towed out of my driveway and brought to Midas for some mysterious malady. They were able to repair all of the safety concerns so that I could be back on the road. Quick, efficient and friendly service! Will definitely use their services again.

I will definitely recommend always coming here. These guys know what their doing , they got me in and out quickly. Very professional and hard working guys. They really help me out , they checked out my car and fix some minor stuff with my engine for free and diagnosed the issues I had for free. I will highly always recommend coming here instead of going to any other dealer.

This week I had a massive nail in my tire. I first took my car to Pepboys to see if they could help. They turned me away because of the way the nail punctured the tire. I left feeling confused. Before I decided to replace my whole tire I turned in to Midas off of Route 9 in Freehold. When I walked in, I explained what happened and why I showed up without an appointment. Cody wasted no time walking outside without a jacket in frigid rain to inspect my tire. They found a way to make sure my car was taken care of and that I left in a timely fashion. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle left their lot safe. Cody and another gentlemen whose name I didn t catch (I believe it was the manager) were outstanding. Thank you for turning what was a stressful day into a successful day!

Been passing this shop for years and never really thought to check their oil change pricing.The good news, at least at the time of this review is they are offering full synthetic oil change for $60 which is $40 less than everywhere else.Seems there is a $60 Groupon for this shop and pricing but they d of course rather you come right in and they will honor the price so their not paying a commission to Groupon.Service was fast and efficient for both my cars, the staff is friendly. I ve definitely found my new oil change place.

Midas in Freehold is definitely the place to go to for any car trouble. Joey and the staff are patient when listening to you about your car needs and they get the job done. Very efficient work!

You will not believe the luck of getting a nail in my tire just seconds away from this Midas! I pulled in 10 minutes to closing and spoke with Joe DeGaetano who was kind enough to pull my car in and accept the job, no questions!Joe, along with his team members, stayed past their work hours to make sure my vehicle was good to go and safe to drive home. Highly recommend this facility - the service was not only amazing but extremely quick and affordable! Thank you guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently purchased a Groupon for an oil change at Midas. Unfortunately, they would not fully honor the deal because I drive a Mercedes Benz. I was charged an extra $50 despite the Groupon clearly stating it was for an oil change service.This is a deceptive practice. Midas needs to be more transparent in its advertising and Groupon needs to make sure its partners are upfront about pricing with customers. I would not recommend using this Midas location.

Joe D. Store manager was a huge help! Very knowledgeable of the products I was looking for. Gave me a heads up on some parts that will need replacing soon. Very communicative and detailed! If you re looking for great service with reliability, this is your place, and Joe is your go to guy!

My family walked into this place looking to get a quote on all 4 tires and the older guy had the biggest attitude was rude the entire time and when we mentioned that we just wanted to see what quotes we could get for the job and we decided we weren t going through with he said and I quote why even bother coming here now people can t come and get a quote? And when we said bye thank you he went and I quote yeah bye with the biggest attitude again. Terrible customer service.

Great experience at Midas last week! Stopped in to get pricing on new tires and was able to have new tires, brakes, rotors replaced that day. Great service and communication.

They lack integrity. Went there for an oil change, and they insisted the car needed an alignment. I declined it, and went to two other auto shops. One showed me on the machine the specs and how an alignment wouldn't fix the issue. The other shop put the car up on the lift and showed me what was loose and causing the shaking, again showing how the alignment Midas at Freehold recommended would not have worked.

Great staff, friendly and very knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly. Store Manager Joe DeGaetano did an excellent job! He explained step by step what needed to be done and brought me back to look at the work to be done. Awesome service from my guys Geno and Joe. Great customer service, and transparency. My car broke down on me on the highway, and the guys were able to get me back on the road ASAP.
