I had a situation where I didn't realize just how old my tires were and needed new ones as soon as possible! I'm very careful with who to trust with my car because it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I saw that the local Mavis here has a high Google review score, so I decided to give them a try. They were friendly, handled my car with care, and provided fast service. They even showed me the features of the tires I got. The next time I need new tires, I'll know where to go Mavis right here in Freehold.

My experience at Mavis has always been exceptional. The employees at Mavis in Freehold NJ (Paul and his Team) could not have been more accommodating or helpful.If you need tires do not pass go don t collect $200 just go to ANY MAVIS LOCATION and all your car needs will be taken care!!

No problems, fast service. In the US, bargaining isn't a pervading concept in other than flee markets, but here you can sort of compare prices and the call center agent even has the ability to lower them, oddly enough. When I came here, Paul serviced me and I had no problems whatsoever. Which is about the best compliment I can give when it's due.

I can not recommend a better place. I ve never had an issue anytime I brought my car here. Especially being a girl going to a tire place to get my car fixed it has always been the best experience here and affordable. Never got ripped off always honest and on point with me. I recommend this place 100%

Called last minute to get four new tires. They fit me in and got my car done in record time. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. I am definitely going back again Will be my first choice for now on!

Worse than horrible experience !! I gave them the benefit of the doubt the last time I was there since I was a 10+ year old customer when they tried to gouge me by breaking off lug nuts and trying to charge me over $300 , but this was the last straw. Recently came in for brakes and a sensor light. I was quoted $4500 + and when I questioned it I was told I was being belligerent . Fast forward I went to a local mechanic and had the job done for $1,200 . No matter how bad business gets a company should never stoop to gouging their customers because word gets around .

NOT HAPPY. Sold me 4 tires 138 each, then the total was 1100!They just added balancing and an alignment. At pay time, they advised me I needed an extended warranty I asked is there any warranty on the tires, and they said no.Well, that's B.S. and why I'm notifying you.Goodyear provides a warranty. they said it provides a "nail in the tire" type warranty, 75.96! I didn't need.They lost my business!I advised the man taking my payment that they are not getting a good review.

Quick and easy is all I can say! Paul at the front desk was very kind and helped me get my car in to plug my tire and the men in the shop were quick and did their job well! They are local and easy. I d definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

Showed up 5 minutes before closing with a flat tire and George and Paul so kindly let me in and changed my tire well past closing. It was the best service I ve ever had especially in such a bind. They are wonderful! Cannot recommend them enough. So so grateful.

Just had a great experience at Mavis in Freehold today. I showed up without an appointment needing a new tire. Paul and Noah were extremely helpful, clearly explained what my car needed and got me in and out very quickly! I was even able to have a needed oil change done at the same time. Thanks Paul and Noah, it was a pleasure meeting both of you today. I will definitely be back!!

Excellent communication with my visit. Detailed explanations and even brought me into the bay to show me my tire conditions and the next best move from there. Have been coming to Freehold Mavis Tire for a few years now and will continue to come.

My tire had blown on route 18 the mavis on route 9 handled my tire exchange and replacement swiftly and it was a great experience. Below i attached a photo of my blown tire for reference.

After 2 years doing almost all my cars services and repairs i will have to go back to the non-fancy shop. Mavis gave me a 1000$ estimate for a hub bearing replacement which i got a total of 300$ estimate from the non-fancy shop. That's a huge difference that made me feel being ripped off!

My Dealer gave me a quote that was so high, I couldn't believe it. I took the time to do some research and came upon Mavis in Freehold. They re-checked my vehicle and gave me a significantly lower quote than my dealer. The job was done within a few hours on the same day and the people there were kind and helpful. I'm so glad that I took the time to be a good consumer, did the research and was not another sheep that did what the Dealer told me. Thank you to the guys in Mavis!

Mavis is very professional. Took care of my car in a timely manner. I was a pop in and they took me right away. Give me air in my tires and reset my tire sensor free of charge. I highly recommend.

Large franchise advantages (selection, price, services) with a personal touch. I have used the Freehold location for the past 7 years for tires and brake work and have always been treated professionally and courteously. The work has been completed competently and within the specified timeframe. George and Romas were very helpful and did not attempt to sell me services or goods which I did not request. I will continue to use this location for my BMW or future vehicle.

Excellent customer service! I walked into the shop to ask if they would price match a quote I received from another company for four new tires; it was worth asking. They matched the price and then some! In a little over a hour, my truck had four new tires and an alignment. I highly recommend the Freehold Mavis and their crew!

I rented a budget car that had a tire pressure problem and decided to stop by mavis for a quick checkup. I was glad I did stop in,I was notified that the front right tire had a previous problem and needed to swap out another one. Andre and Romas were really nice to advise me how to file claim and swap out my tire on the scene. It was quick and easy service! Thank you all!
