Ken's Collision handled the dent removal on my car efficiently. The work was completed at the quoted price, and it looks as good as new. Overall, a positive experience. Highly recommended

I have a 2018 Sienna that was leaking water every time it rained. When I was doing mechanic maintenance on the vehicle, I asked my mechanic to inspect it and see if he could find the issue. Right away, he told me it was an issue with Sienna s, and it s tough to find a body shop that can repair the problem. I asked around and was told Kens was the only place to try. I called them, and they picked my car up about 20 miles away within two days; they had the vehicle inspected, fixed, and delivered back to my driveway. Thank you for going above and beyond!!! I will be a lifetime customer!!!

They just did a beautiful job repairing my daughters car.She was very upset that the rear of her new car got damaged (the back bumper and quarter panel), She is a new driver and this was devastating for her. A small faux pau and a decent amount of damage was done. We didn t go through insurance because it s already expensive enough and didn t want it going up even more. So she is paying it off from her meager PT wages.Mayer (owner) is a real gem and was sympathetic to our situation. He gave us a super price without compromising on quality.Ken s took great care of us AND did an amazing repair job, it s GOOD AS NEW!!!From meeting Simcha at the front desk, Mike P. the appraiser, Christian A. repair tech, Amanda the receptionist and whoever else was working on it behind the scenes , we are grateful!!I totally recommend them and they will be doing more work for my friends and families automobiles.LORD Bless Ken s Collision Center !!!

Had my car done at this body shop. I had a couple of scratches on my door and fender. They painted the door and the fender as well as the plastic molding on the fender. Overall they did okay but far from great. I wouldn t call that a professional paint job because I have either dust or dirt under the clear coat of a paint job which is ridiculous for the price you pay and for body shop with 5 stars rating. Staff at the front desk as well as person who did the estimate was very professional.Thank you.UPDATE! They called me back to find out what happened and why I was disappointed. I turned car back in and they fixed the paint job and even gave me a loaner car for a couple of days. Great altitude great service. I wish they had some kind of a quality check before they give car back to a customer. Thank you.

Ken's Collision is seriously awesome! My car's bumper got dented, and these folks fixed it up like magic. They're not just good at what they do; they're honest and straightforward. Dealing with them was a breeze no stress, no drama. If you need car repairs, Ken's is the way to go! Highly recommend!

This shop is really superior, from the minute I was in touch with them until the car was ready, they were professional and communicated very well too. When they came to deliver the car, I couldn't even tell it had been hit. 5 STARS.

I've have had business with Ken's Collision at least 3 times since 2018. All 3 times with the same Vehicle and the repairs have been Consistant and Outstanding! It's always a pleasure dealing with Joe (Jose)!

Used Ken s Body Works several times and they have always followed through with a job well done! From 1-10 and a 10 they were! My last experience 2 wks ago was electrical for my head light and a plug to work the headlight! They fixed it perfectly and immediately! Very professional as well! This year and going forward call Ken s Body Works for a professional job on your vehicle! You ll be glad you did!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Ken's Body works is consistently amazing! Craig, Joy & Joe make you feel at ease and that you're in great hands from the start. I've had several vehicles serviced by Ken's BW over the years and could not be more pleased with the results, workmanship and service. As a local Freehold business they provide the attention to detail you just don't get with the competition. I was very apprehensive to take my car for dent work, but after doing some research and reading the reviews I decided to give Ken's Body works a try. I took my car there just to see what they would say and after discussing the work needed with Joe I felt very comfortable leaving my truck there. Joe always communicated with me what was going on with my car. The pilot was there for a week or so and the work done was beyond great. I would 100% recommend Ken's body works for any body work you may need. They were honest, very fair in price and the work was done on time. Shot out to JP who was one of the mechanics that worked on my pilot. Thank you Ken's Body Works. I hope I don't ever get into an accident again, but if I ever need work on my cars, I would definitely come back to you! Working with Craig and Joe was great! They made the whole experience easy for me. My body work was to repair damage from being rear-ended at speed. They took care of the whole process, insuring that the proper parts were used. I didn't have to do anything but pick the car up when it was done. The finished product was better than before the accident. I can't thank you guys enough! I highly recommend Ken's Body Works.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My daughters car got some paint and dents parking too close to a lamp post. I needed the paint removed and some of the dent pulled out. and I didn't want my insurance to go up, so no insurance was used. My daughter doesn't make a lot of money, the price had to be low. Ken's came through on all point, with a very low price and great work. Best body shop in Freehold NJ.Service: Body & Trim

My daughter destroyed her small sport civic's front bender. She argues that the car is too low. Kens Body Works replaced the bumper and painted anything that needed a touch up. When I brought the car back to her, she was completely happy and satisfied. It looked like a new car. Unfortunately, she hit her bumper again and this time I wasn't so happy with her. I happened to call Ken's and Joe told me to bring it in and leave it for a couple of hours. I'm happy to inform that her bumper wasn't replaced but they were able to fix it and added additional support and DID NOT charge me. This was definitely very kind of them and this is one more reason why I will always go back to Ken's.Service: Body & Trim

The bad news is that I have had two cars at Ken's for work in the past 6 months. The good news is that in both cases the cars were returned in as new or better condition!. The body work and painting in both cases was flawless and indistinguishable from the factory. They are courteous, complete work on time/on budget and you can eat off the shop floor.As a car "freak" who has done his fair share of body work, I can attest that the quality of their work is first rate! I would definitely go back if I had a car that needed work and at the rate I'm going, I probably will.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After getting rear ended, I stumbled upon Ken's Body Works trying to locate a different body shop. Joe, from the door, was welcoming and very informative with the estimate and working to get me certified parts. The work they did at Ken's Body Works on my Acura MDX was amazing!!! Paint job was perfection! Actually, it looks better than before the accident. Craig is very focused on customer satisfaction and was always patient and understanding with my concerns. He even went as far as providing me with a free alignment. Hopefully, I won't ever need work again on my vehicle, but if I do, I know Ken's is the place to go! EXCELLENT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience at KBW. They were prompt, professional and reasonable priced. I was charged exactly what I was quoted to repair the front of 14 year old car after hitting a deer. The car looked like new. I've used Ken's body works for both major and minor repairs. The major one involved someone backing into the side of my Altima, breaking off the mirror and scraping up both doors. Ken's did a flawless repair 4 years ago, and it still looks great -- color match is still perfect, and no peeling or chipping of the painted repair.I've also used Ken's for minor repairs, such as broken glass, windows that won't go up, and a broken antenna.In all cases the folks at Ken's have been prompt, professional, and given me excellent service.

There aren't enough words to express how happy I am with Ken's Body Works. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and care. Craig and Joe were able to answer all my questions and available all the time. The work was timely and the QUALITY shows!Outstanding experience!!

It's not often I am impressed enough with a business to actually write something about them. This is an exception because of the exceptionality of their work and professionalism. Quoted me a price and stuck to it. Quoted me a completion time frame and stuck to it. Never mentioned the satisfaction I would have but if they did, it would have superceded it. Not saying I hope I get to use them again but if the need arises, I've got trustworthy people to count on.

I have had so many disappointing encounters with auto care in my life, but this wasn t the case with Ken s Auto Body. It was a real relief to have found such good and honest people that I can go to when I am in need.
