My husband and I drove five and half hours to purchase a vehicle here because of the great price and good reviews! We had an AWESOME experience with the staff! I recently purchased my CX5 from Irwin Mazda. It really was a smooth experience. Kareem was the one who helped me in this whole process, he is really good in what he is doing. The beauty of Irwin Mazda is they will never push you for any products if you don t like.

I bought a CX-50 last July and waited after the first service to leave a review.First, I shopped at least 20 dealers before buying from Irwin. Every dealer within 100 miles wanted $1000-$5000 additional "Market Adjustment" and other "dealer installed options" Edge trim, Nitrogen filled tires, Window itching,...... All B.S.While Irwin didn't have much inventory, a car with my preferred specs just arrived and the sales person Michael called me immediately if I wanted it. I put a deposit on it over the phone, went to my Credit Union, got a check and Michael picked me up from home to go and pick it up the following day..... @ MSRP and no additional B.S.Like all dealers, they do offer additional 3rd party dings and rim coverage, I kindly declined and they weren't pushy or hawkish like other dealers.I just took it for my first service and everything went smooth. Decently priced, nice lunge area and courteous crew.If you're looking for a new Mazda without any B.S. save your self time and head to Irwin, I've already done a lot of homework.... This is our first Mazda and most likely won't be the last.

6 1/2 hour day lost because the salesman didn't show up for the appointment HE made with me, shuffled me off to someone else, gave me false information at every turn, and never came through with the car I signed a contract for. Brutal.

If I could write ZERO stars I would - the car was brought in for warranty work ONLY, because the vehicle was acting up and warning lights were going off that systems were not working. My wife was presented with paperwork to sign and walked out with a $120 bill - there was NO other work requested. ZERO - the reply - sorry - "she signed"

Very smooth, pleasant buying experience here. No markups from sticker price, and the factory add-ons are very minimal. No dealer add-ons either, so you won't have to contend with extra cost from nitrogen-filled tires, tinting, etc... Financing office is great here too, very good at getting you the best rate possible.I submitted an inquiry online and was contacted the next day. Scheduled a test drive, came in, liked the car, and started talking numbers. With no markups, it was a breeze. They got me the great promotional APR despite a thin credit file, and I was in and out with a contract signed within two hours. Financing presented the usual maintenance plan/added warranties, but were honest about the value of each, and weren't pushy when I declined. After that, came back a week later for my plates, and I was done.My salesman Frank was great; very chill, funny guy, and helped navigate through the whole purchase/insurance/registration process so it was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend Mazda cars as a brand, and Irwin Mazda is a great dealership to go to. If you're in the market, definitely consider stopping by here.

We bought a Mazda CX-5 from Irwin Mazda dealership. The purchase process went very smoothly. Negotiating the price was surprisingly calm and easy. All items on the invoice were reasonable and well priced. No hidden surcharges or unnecessary options. Real price for a real car. Really honest car dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.Special thanks to our consultant Wayne Calabretta. It was his excellent work that left such a pleasant impression of this dealership. Wayne has excellent technical as well as financial knowledge of car sales. I found the buying experience to be average. The salesman Wayne C was knowledgeable and pleasant. Like most businesses, they had very limited inventory during the supply chain crisis. A typical set of extra services and warranties was offered, which the buyer need not purchase. I purchased a service package. The first service is just an oil change, tire rotation , and fluids check. I arrived on time. It took an hour and a quarter to perform this ten-minute task. Why set an appointment time if you aren t prepared to do the work at that time?

Came to Irwin Mazda after my car stopped working. Had my car towed there and they were able to help. I can honestly say they were wonderful. Everyone was very professional and attentive. They were fairly priced too!!

Irwin Mazda made it very easy to drop off my car for a service and full detail. I was able to conveniently drop it off the night before the appointment using the envelope drop box. Then, the full detail was fantastic. The car looked amazing and it was at a fair price point, in addition to the convenience of getting both done in the same appointment.

Wayne at Irwin was precise, personable, and professional.This is a tough market in which to buy a car, but the experience here was top notch. Low key, low pressure, and very knowledgeable. One of the best car buying experiences I've had ever.Would definitely go back, and highly recommend.

Not very pleased with the diagnosis of my engine problem. They said it was the plugs we changed them, but there still was an issue, then they said it could be in fuel injection Ed wanted me to pay for cleaning the injection, I refused. They should ve tried that first to see if that was the problem, which would ve been less money for me to spend.I was pleased that they gave me a loaner car, that s why I gave him three stars.

I love the people at Irwin Service! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and they do there best to get you in and out or fixing your car in a timely manner. I was greeted with a warm smile from service advisor Amanda and my car was in the shop right away. The technicians were quick to diagnose my vehicle and Nick and Alejandro were extremely knowledgeable and constantly kept me in the loop of what is going on with my vehicle in a way I was able to understand. I am very satisfied with my visit all around and I will definitely be bringing my cars here for future services!

Easy, friendly, efficientI can't say enough how easy and fun this experience was for me. I was ready to turn my mazda3 awd hatch lease in and upgrade to cx30 carbon . I already had financing approved just in case they couldn't match rate and a check to put down at another dealer, but it just didn't feel right so I leftI put in an email to Irwin Mazda. Within what felt just like a few minutes, I was on the phone with Frank D and he was giving me a break down of the numbers and set a time for me to come in and put down a deposit. Easy, friendly, efficient. I saved over $100 / per month just doing my due diligence. Understandably this isn't going to be the case every time. But please, Do yourselves a favor and give them a chance.

I could not have had a better experience than the one I had with Alexa as my sales associate and Charlie as my finance representative! I got a beautiful vehicle, exactly what I was looking for, a fair price and easy negotiation, fair trade in value, and EXCELLENT customer service with smiles!! I came from out of state to buy my car and Alexa even sent me a video of my car the day before to show my kids. Charlie got me a rate lower than Mazda s without me even asking! Truly exceptional customer service and highly recommended!!

This was the easiest, simplest and most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased many - and have had several good experiences. However, this purchase exceeded them all. As I told the salesman I dealt with, Wayne Calabretta (and also the finance manager), this was easier than a stop at Starbucks! And that s the truth. There was no premium markup due to shortages, no hidden fees or accessory purchases (pinstripes etc) and mind you, this was the last vehicle on the lot! Even in this market, when other dealerships I went to seemed to take advantage of our dilemma as customers, Irwin maintained their integrity. If you are in the market - GO THERE. I will when I again am.

We purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 from Irwin for my son s first car. What a great experience we had from this family owned dealership. The sales people were all friendly and never did we feel any pressure from our sales person Jeff. They are fair, honest, and everything was detailed to us with no hidden fees. I can t stress enough how happy we are with the car and the buying experience we had. We will be back, they just earned a repeat customer.

Our salesman was Frank DiG. He was very personable. I liked that he was not pushy. Explained everything in detail. We spent quality time learning all the bells and whistles. I will be going back in about a week for my license plates and at that time if I have any questions or problems I can address them at that time.Thank you Frank!P. S. My sunroof was stuck in open position. No gargage to boot.I was challenged to find anyone to help me.I called Irwin for first time. Fast forward to same day service although they had fully booked service book.Service Advisor Alejandro was extremely gracious and helpful. Got my sunroof closed. I ordered new overhead console. Back for installation today. 3 days later new console, roof works in both directions and a car wash.Ill be back ! So appreciative!I returned today for

Got oil change and point check for 25000 miles on my Mazda 5. Awesome experience. Can t believe how excited I was about an oil change experience! My point person communicated with me via text, and not a bot style texting. Then they sent me a video of the technician walking through the points of my car, showing tire pressure of all tires and the brake levels, under the car, etc. Super cool. Kind people, quick service, honest recommendations. Very satisfied.

First went to the dealer only to find out the service department was in a different location. Once arrived, valet service was provided. I had access to Wi-Fi and was in a comfortable area while waiting. Cold water bottles and variety of coffee was available. Service and recommendations were provided in under 90 minutes. Car wash also included. They had a coupon for $20 off oil fully synthetic oil change and tire rotation for under $70 out the door. Pleasant staff. No complaints.

Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I purchased a new, 2022 Mazda CX-5. Delivery was within the time period mentioned, and the final price was as shown on the Sales Order. This was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I've experienced. Oh, by the way, the car drives great!
