The entire dealership seemed focused on our comfort and satisfaction after we arrived from a 2 hour drive. I was pleasantly surprised to see the unexpected "extras" they provided without prompting. ex: front end alignment, tires, wiper blades, struts and all the things included by purchasing from a certified pre-owned Lincoln dealership. I do not have buyers remorse 5 days later. In fact I am very happy with my decision. There are only one or two items I wish this vehicle had.

What I will say is when I pulled up and got out of my car on Friday, March 29th to look at the newly redesigned, 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, I was walking the lot as I noticed two in the front on display. I walked into the showroom to look for someone to help me, when I was then greeted by Adam, I asked to take a look at the vehicle and he said he would get a key and to meet him outside. As Adam walked outside he said he had the key for a white one up front(I was excited as that's the one that I liked). Adam asked me what I was looking for, and I started to explain my situation, (please keep in mind I knew this was not an easy one, because this being my 15th car I'd be purchasing in 14 years I know a lot about purchasing a car, being upside down in a car, or not having any equity) needed to trade in a 2023 lease over my miles, and try to get into something that is financed, and cheaper(current car 75k, his car 56k) we are about to walk up to the car for me to even look at it, he said I can't help you, even if I wanted to. I was confused and shocked, he said no one would approve of you, plus it's a Jeep, and Jeep won't let Irwin buy the car. I tried to politely explain to him that I was at Lexus in Freehold first and they never told me they couldn't help me, Lexus called the bank and said they would let the dealer buy the car, and the reason I didn't buy the car at Lexus was I wasn't sold on the NX350h(64k) because the size compared to the Jeep. Adam still told me that there was NO WAY and that I should go back to them, and he wouldn't be able to get a bank to approve me.Let's remember we were walking up to the car, he didn't unlock the car for me to even see it, I don't even know if I liked the car to even tell me he could not help me. My husband who is a General Sales Manager was floored by how he was acting, I was shocked being an Executive Director of Customer Experience in the sales industry this associate's behavior. Not sure he didn't like us, not sure he thought we were a waste of his time, maybe was thinking we weren't qualified, as we were in workout attire. We simply left the lot and got in the car confused. My husband stated that he wanted to call and let his leadership team know how he has made a client feel, just as both of us would want to know if one of our team members made one of our clients poorly. He called over to the showroom and spoke to Travis General Manager who took the phone call, my husband respectfully let him know the situation, Travis was polite and explained to email him and that he would even bring the car to our home, so we did just that, also CC Shelly Locascio so they are both aware. That was Friday

If I could ve given them less than a star, I would have. The worst customer service you ll ever receive from a car dealership. I wish I would ve read previous reviews before purchasing a Lincoln vehicle. Not only do they have the worst salesmen representatives to sell the cars, their service department is even worse to fix the cars they sell. Their vehicles are built with by far the worst technology. You will be spending a lot of time in service. It s sad that you pay over a $100,000 for a car that is not worth it. You will be better off buying a car down road at Bmw with great service and get actually what you pay for.

It is always a pleasure when I bring my Mazda CX5 to Irwin Mazda for servicing. My scheduled appointments are always easy and stress free. The staff is very courteous and friendly and the waiting area is very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Absolutely awful lack of communication. Put a $1000 deposit on a vehicle in May, and by mid-September still did not have it despite promises that a chip fix would be available soon. Went with a different car, still waiting on my deposit refund nearly a month later. The finance manager, nor the general manager, Travis, will return my calls (and I am very nice and polite when I call and ask to speak to them, if that matters!) I have texts to prove the complete lack of transparency and communication around my new Aviator.Oh, and they had the audacity to charge me $375 for a tire and $395 because I didn t lease a new Lincoln. I really wanted to, but they couldn t provide my car for over 4 months and their lack of communication and professionalism caused me to go elsewhere.

Great experience with buying my CX-30 all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions and when I came down to signing paperwork it was quick and easy. Frank my sales person was awesome with explaining and helping getting the car ready for me.

I've bought a lot of cars in my time. I've had good experiences, some not so good, and a couple horror shows. I spent over 30 years in boat sales, I know what works, I recognize professionalism. You can feel a vibe within seconds when you walk into a showroom!!! You know exactly what I'm talking about, right? Adam was my salesman and within seconds, I was comfortable. That is the single most important thing in sales: that first 3-5 seconds when you meet. The entire process, which was complicated with a trade and a lien on it and my less than stellar credit score, due to some past issues. Chuck, the finance guy, got me a suitable rate. Very happy. Jay Irwin answered my original email, getting a response from a family member of the dealership: impressive. Adam's demeanor, his courteous, polite and friendly aura exuded thru the process. Great job Irwin Lincoln!!

This was our first visit to Irwin Lincoln, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had only stopped in to test drive a vehicle and ended up purchasing that day. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Young. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase and his knowledge of the vehicle was unsurpassed. We appreciated the fact that when it came to negotiating the price, Jeff was straightforward with price, taxes, and all other fees involved. There were no hidden fees or surprise expenses. We also had the pleasure of working with Chuck to sign all the paperwork. Once again, all went smoothly, and we never felt pressured into purchasing any extras. The dealership was clean and the waiting area comfortable while we waited for them to prep the vehicle to take home. The entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Irwin Lincoln and Jeff Young.

I was really amazed at how efficient and coordinated the service department at Irwin Lincoln was during my recent pick up and delivery service. This was the first maintenance for my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. In the past I was able to bring my car for service and wait for it to be ready.I was unable to bring the car for service due to a recent illness and decided to use the pick up service.My Service Manager,Brian, texted or called at each step. My Valet, Mike, was prompt, cordial and knowledgeable. I recommend Irwin Lincoln Service for all car maintenance and repair work.

Great Dealership! Friendly staff and helpful too. I've purchased 3 vehicles from them and have been satisfied with all three over the years. The preowned '93 Sable went to 271,000 miles. The Preowned '98 Subaru from them went to 296,000 miles and now my '18 Cert. Preowned CX-5 is so much fun to drive and I hope to pass the 300k mark with it. I'll update when that happens :)

Our experience at Irwin was wonderful. From our experience with our salesman Adam to the finance manager Chuck. Everyone was incredibly professional and applied zero pressure for us to buy from them. If you re fed up with dealer markups and pressure oriented aggressive sales people this is your place to shop. I would highly recommend at least visiting before purchasing someplace else

I have been doing business with IrwinFor over 15 years - I haven t bought every car from them but this is #5 - I don t know of any other dealer that is as up front and helpful as they are .They don t pressure you and no sneaky fees. They also have a great sales team that are very knowledgeable , very nice and will work with you. I have the pleasure of working with Adam on all my transaction but every other sales person will ask if they can do anything for you while you reWaiting for - like finance . Or what ever.I highly recommend Irwin on new or used - just great people and great service.

This was my first time there. I was immediately greeted and quickly and painlessly out of there in 5 minutes. I had an airbag recall and was told a few hours was needed. My car was ready as promised and washed!. Overall, it was a great service experience and when I need service in the future, I will return to Irwin Lincoln in Freehold. Thanks for your excellent customer service!

Had to wait a month for service because they didn't have a loaner car. I shouldn't have to wait all day sitting in a dealership waiting for an oil change. They were supposed to update my GPS.. it's worse now and they erased all my saved destinations. When picking up my car, they didn't wash my car and made me walk around to the back of the building to get my car myself.I am counting the days till this lease is up so I can go back to Mercedes, where they treat you like you are appreciated and you get a quality vehicle.Never will I deal with Lincoln again!!

My car was serviced the other day for a recall and my regular oil change. I love how well I am treated by the service people. They are always helpful, courteous and never upsell me which is a big bonus in my book. I feel valued as a customer and will continue to take my car there for service and hopefully a buy a new car when the time is right.

Today I drove from Pa to Freehold to have lunch with an old friend. On the way smelt a rotten egg odor but made it to my friends house. Went to leave for lunch and car wouldn't start. Called AAA and they didnt want to touch battery as it was sizzling and warped. Towed to Irwins at 2thirty on a Friday. I had no expectation that they would even look at it till Monday but Brian said let me see what we can do. Fully expecting to need a new alternator and battery I was shocked when Brian said give us an hour we will replace your battery and you will be fine. Irwin didnt owe me anything I was from out of state but they treated me like I was a 30yr customer. They could have easily said it was the alternator and that I needed both replaced but they didnt. I cant thank the staff at Irwin enough they went above and beyond to help me out today. Thank you all so much.

Purchased a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus and have two major transmission issues. Read many reviews on this site and the problems from 5 years ago are still in effect. Obviously the owner/s and management are either inept or don't care about customer service.

Brian and team are amazing to work with. Trash experience with Bergey s where I purchased the vehicle. Another local dealer gave me the typical normal sounding response to poor engine noises. Irwin knew right away that the catalytic converter was bad and replaced.

The recall was handled very quickly and efficiently. The amount of time I was told it would take to complete was accurate. The text of the service team was very helpful and friendly right down to the valet service offered.
