Excellent service, excellent care of your car, quick turnaround, everybody is courteous and helpful, will answer all your questions no matter how stupid you feel asking them. The day I was there they were out in the rain working on a trailer so it could get on the road. Eddy took extreme care of my vehicle and catered to all of my needs. I was due for four new tires and after the new ones were installed my vehicle drove like it was new. Usually it is hard to trust big name locations with your vehicle and their recommendations but at Tire Pros in Freehold I knew I was getting the right care I needed with someone I can trust on my performance vehicle. Great experience with the gentlemen at freehold tire. I called right before they were closing their establishment. Kindly they answered and told me they would have a brand new tire for me the following morning. As soon as I got to the shop promptly in the morning, the tire was in stock and installed in 10 mins or so ! I was in and out promptly. Customer service was Grade A !Thank you guys so much. These guys are great. I ve brought multiple cars here. Every-time they are fast. And fair. This time my wife had a run flat on her BMW that was plugged in the city they took it off checked it. Filled it back up and gave her free plastic air caps as we didn t know the metal ones freeze and break the sensor. Always fair trustworthy and affordable. All my cars will come here. The guy told me they were there since 1937 family owned. That s why. Treat people good. Best place for tires.Service: Tires

This is the only shop I use. They always take good care of my car. Prices are reasonable and they are always honest with me. I never feel like they are selling me something that my car doesn't need. I highly recommend their services.

My youngest daughter was having tire problems and she went there they where wonderful to her she got a reasonable price for new tires and my daughter said mom I ve heard horror stories of mechanics the man here is great he was looking out for my best interest I felt like he was taking care of me like I was his daughter . now for a teenager to say that and then I check her car & cost yes I agree these guys are great reliable! And here for the community no matter what age you are ! Thanks for taking care my kid car ! We highly recommend them .

Had to have my car brought here after a flat and I was without a spare. I explained I was in a rush. They were extremely helpful and got my tire sorted, repaired and had me on the road quickly. Price was more than fair. Extremely helpful. Thank you.

Cannot give a high enough rating. Every time I bring in my Accord, they're quick to diagnose the issue, and give a good estimate on the price to resolve it. I always leave happy that my car is fixed. I had been dealing with a hidden, hard to find slow tire leak all week. My first chance to get it looked at I drove in to Freehold Tire Pros. I have to say I was treated as if I was purchasing a $1000 new set of tires for the truck. I know it can't always work this way, but the gentleman at the desk had me bring the truck into the garage bay. A young man looked it over quickly, found the source of the problem and within 1/2 an hour I was out the door with a smile on my face and all done at a very fair price. Thanks Freehold Tire Pros for a much better than expected experience. Happy to have shops like yours around our area that are family owned.

Just bought 4 tires and an alignment. All around great staff. One of the techs gave me a ride home so I could leave my truck. There was a small problem with one of the front tires, which I would have never noticed, and the owner told me about it and ordered a brand new tire for me. The best part was there was no attempt to upsell me on anything else. Truly a pleasant experience. I will be back for an oil change and any other problems with my vehicle. Thanks Freehold Tire. You guys rock

Searched all over Monmouth County for a tire and no one had it but them. Reasonably priced and took me right in when I told them my daughter was about to take a long road trip. Experienced pro s working in the shop too

I was in about 4 months ago for new tires, and I had a great experience, but as with most happy customers, I didn't think to say anything about it then. I've been a customer for over a decade, and I always come back, even though I live in Mercer now and work in Edison, because Freehold Tire is the most knowledgeable and honest tire shop around. Today I drove my Corolla to work in 6 inches of snow, watching other cars slipping and sliding, and I suddenly remembered how much I appreciate you. The Conti Pros I got here were worth every penny today. Thanks!

These guys go above and beyond for you. I love them. Honestly like my second family! Jody, Eddy, John, Pete, Mike, & Mark are top guys! Nobody touches my alignments except John. Pete & John are the best in tire balancing. Mike & Mark at top notch with mechanics and repair. This is the one shop that actually cares about their clients. The best tire balancing and alignments I have ever had!

Joe and Jody will restore your faith in humanity. I was at a diner having breakfast with an unemployed friend while her car was being serviced at a local dealer. They called to report that their inspection revealed an unsafe tire that she could not drive on and that could not be repaired. Fortunately, they had a replacement in stock and could install it for $330.00. That seemed high to both of us. I shared that my husband and I always go to Freehold Tire. They re honest and their prices are reasonable. She picked up her car from the dealer, took it to Freehold Tire, they repaired the tire on the spot and charged her $20.00. And while I was waiting, a totally different happy customer came in with coffee and donuts for the entire crew just because they had been so helpful. #loyalcustomerforlife

I heard some squeaking from my back tiers so I took it to Mavis to have it looked at I figured it may have needed brakes. Within 15min of me dropping my car off, they called stating that I needed $1,500.00 of work. Stating that I needed brakes and rotors all the way around as well as calipers for the back axel. I immediately went back and pick up my car. I knew there was no way I needed all that. I made a couple of calls to the local places in the Freehold area. When I called Freehold Tire Pros and Automotive Center I spoke to Joe was the only one that seemed to have a conversation with me. After speaking with Joe and reading their good reviews I made an appt for them to look at my car. A couple of hours after I drop the car off I got a call from one of the mechanics asking why I had brought my car in? I confirmed with him that I thought it might need breaks. He let me know that he took the call out for a test drive and checked the breaks but there was nothing wrong with my call. There is at least 50% of brake pads, there was nothing wrong with the rotors. I was astonished I let him know what I was told at Mavis and that I hared some squeaking in the back tiers. The 1st thing he asked me was how often I drive my car. I let him know that due to the pandemic that I now work from home so I don't drive it very often. He let me know that what I was hearing was rust build-up from not driving the car but he would double-check the calipers in the back just to be on the safe side. A little later he called me back let me know that everything was perfectly fine. That there was no charge and I could pick up my car at any time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don't know where my family would be without the honest, trustworthy, and caring team and expertise of Joe, Jody, Eddie, and the talented crew behind the scenes. No matter what car or scenario, they always do the right thing and back it all up. They treat us all like one of their own no matter when we show up, which is why we wouldn't think of taking our cars anywhere else, even though we're a couple towns over. So genuine! Not sure I should post this review for fear they'll become more popular and busy

Fair and Honest, great work. They do so much more than just tires, I use them for all my automotive needs. Once you find an Auto service you trust, you stick with them. Run by good people and have good people working for them. I came to this place for the first time to get new tires on my vehicle . I was promised a rebate when I first approached them , later on when I dropped my vehicle off I was inform by JODY that the rebate, which i was initially offered was not valid for the tires they had sold me . They agreed to give me the rebate or some compensation back for the inconvenience. Not only did i never receive the rebate but i was charged a a wheel alignment I had refused . All on all bad experience and terrible customer service . Be cautious of the offers and rebates they offer . Taking my business somewhere else and encouraging my friends and family to stay away from this place .Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

DO NOT GOT THERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL PLACE WHO TAKES COVID AND THE HEALTH OF THEIR CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY!!!Called ahead for a quote for two tires, Jody was nice over the phone. I came in and the person behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I asked for him to put one on before we spoke, he got very annoyed and told me Well, it doesn t matter I got my vaccine and threw one on. After asking what I wanted he paid attention to the phone and to another unmasked customer coming in to thank him and left me standing there, clearly still annoyed about the mask. When two mechanics from the shop came in from the back also without masks I left. Absolutely horrible something like this is happening in Freehold.

Great job guys! The car has never felt so smooth...at all speeds. Highway was smooth as butter. You guys did it (wheel balancing) when two other shops couldn't. Super friendly great service. Thank you Tom, Mike and Pete. Highly recommended.

Jody really knows stuff all around. Awesome guy and his mechanics know what they are doing. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive from my house. Freehold Tires will never disappoint. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 100%%

I took my riding mower front tires in to have new tires put on. When I came to pick them up they said they need to put tubes in the new tires too get them to seal. Of course this is an extra charge.I looked at one of my wheels and the aparently damaged it getting the old tire off, then they tried to fix the wheel but obviously not very well. This is supposed to be a tire specialty place and they cant even do a simple riding mower without damaging them. Needless to say I will never go back, and I will tell all my friends as well. They could have made it right with me but didn't failing miserably with their customer service.

I have been going to Freehold Tire Center for all my automotive needs since 1988. I recommend FTC for their fast,courtesy, and honest service. There are no hidden fees, they treat you like family!
