Most amazing service and people I have ever met, the owners Nelly and Ricardo will take very good care of your car and you. Will be coming back to them in the future as they are the only ones I would trust with my car.

May I start by saying: My 2004 S55 AMG Mercedes has only been serviced by one company, Mercedes. But after meeting this husband and wife team at Freehold Service Center, I truly believed I was in good hands. I'm still Speechless how reasonable the prices were but even more so receiving the call that my vehicle was ready & seeing the "Top Notch Work & Respect Performed." To the whole team at Freehold Service Center, Thank You & I hope to continue a great relationship with you guys moving forward. To Rick .. . & Thanks again, guys

Please do not use not reliableI Brought my car in for a fuel pump. They charge me $1200.The next day, my car started making noise. I brought the car back to them. The Grand Canyon drove it for 20 minutes, said it was the heat shieldSaid bring back in a couple days couple days late I blew my motor.They are not real mechanicsI called him how much it was time it would take to swap motors for me if I get a used one the girl told me 35 hoursIf you Google, how many hours does it take to swap engines 15 hours the mostI m filing a lawsuit against these people nobody needs to use the average they don t know what are you doing? They rip people offDid not check my oil.So is my car started knocking really really loud I called a different mechanic mechanic said right away the first question check the oilI brought the car to them. They drove around for 20 minutes has it all with the heat shield they don t know what you re doing don t go to themThey destroyed my car they blew my engineI would never in this lifetime bring my car to them ever again even if the fixes were free

I was so excited to try out and support a new business but was utterly disappointed by this company. I called first to ask how much they were going to charge me for installing a part (that I was providing) to my car. The lady gave me a price, I told her I'll call other shops to compare prices and she hanged up the phone without saying a word. I called around and got a better quote but the job wasn't going to be done until another day. I decided to call back Freehold Service Center, told the lady over the phone that I got this quote and if she was able to match the price and get the job done that day. She told me she can match that price and to bring the car in. The calls were over the bluetooth speaker and my wife heard every word she said on both conversations. When we went to drop off the car we didn't feel welcomed, we felt like we were pushed to leave and not be able to wait there for our car. When the car was done I received a text with the amount due and it wasn't the price we had agreed on. I decided to call and speak to her because she probably did a mistake. Right away she got defensive and loud told me that she never agreed to anything that she never said that, which was a lie because my wife and I heard her agree on the price. If that wasn't the case we would've done it at the other shop. We feel like she lied to get our business and are taking advantage of people. She lost a potential repeat customer.

Called to ask how much diagnostic fee was because my AC wasn't working. Was pleased to find out they don't charge for diagnostics! Within an hour I got a call of what was wrong, how much it was, and the break down of parts and labor. Being im the service industry, I can tell they were an honest shop that will take care of their customers when they didn't take a diagnostic fee. I was always updated with the progress of my vehicle. Just got the car back when promised and the AC was cold as can be. They saved me from the heat just in time. Would definitely recommend to anyone around here looking for a good shop.

My car s battery died a couple days ago and I ve had to use a portable jumper to get to and from work. I called FSC this morning, explained the problem as well as expressing my hope I could get my car back ASAP. I dropped it off five minutes later, got a call about 90 minutes after that telling me my battery was replaced and I could pick up any time. Not only was the work VERY fairly priced, but their customer service was wonderful. From the guys in the bay to the young lady in the office they were friendly and gracious. I recommend them to anyone, and I ll be sure to utilize their services again myself in the future!Service: Battery

One of the best mechanic shops in town I took my car to a couple places. They couldn t figure out the problem, but they were able to diagnose it and help me out and got me up and running really quick. I recommend this shop very knowledgeable
