Awesome! Like always. Outstanding Service/Warranty! They always take care of there customers! My second oil change/Scheduled Maintenance, since buying my lease out. Having a Ford & not having to worry about oil changes. On top of that with the extended warranty they *replaced my blown out fog lights Free! They *rotated my tires Free! Replaced my windshield wipers with the Ford Credit Card points was My 1st time using them they replaced the wipers free*I would recommend Freehold Ford to everyone looking for a affordable Vehicle w/ all the standard safety features of a luxury Vehicle, like Cruise with auto driving features, brake & Lane assistance, (auto everything Windshield wipers, high beams, start stop etc.) back up cam & Cross traffic alert & w/ there *Ford App You can start your car from anywhere (even with your Alexa or Google) lock, unlock, GPS tracking, and all the info like gas tire pressure & much more!This is my second lease from them. Service dept. Is horrible, brought car in for shifting issue, charged me 2700.00 to repair got ten miles away worse than before. Charged a 4600.00 to change trans when techs screwed up original trans. Car only had 54k miles on it. Tim inservice said would help out with first invoice. Nope! Don't look for service here if you buy your vehicle here.

Freehold Ford is the real deal. They provide excellent and honest service. My wife stopped in the service department today for an issue with her tire. Kyle helped her out and couldn't of been nicer. They fix problem and got her back on the road in no time

Service manager is a lying scumbag and can care less about the customer as they have contracts with many municipalities and the regular customer is left aside- this jerkoff gave me a price of $5200 - Yeap u heard! Well, I had the job completed to my satisfaction for $950 from certified auto in Howell - Freehold Ford are major ripoff s and I will let everyone know-

A man named Ryan M. came to service my truck. He was so polite and so knowledgeable! Helped with all my questions! Went above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend!
