The only reason this has 2 stars is because my sales rep Mike, was outstanding, he deserves anything good that comes his way in life. However, his manager Jeffrey Padovano was absolutely disrespectful and extremely rude. I was negotiating a deal with Mike for this beautiful 3500 dually Cummins diesel (which I bought) and after the 2nd round or so, this extremely rude man walks up to me and my cousin throws his business card on the table with his Neapolitan complex (like I would ever even call him), says the price of the truck is xxx just let us know if you want it. Take care . Doesn t even shake our hands, doesn t even introduce himself properly, negative 10 out of 10 level of professionalism. I m about to spend over $50,000 on a truck and I m being treated like a criminal by somebody who calls themselves a manager. And the price I was offering was only $200 difference from what was their so called bottom line .. $200 DOLLAR DIFFERENCE!!!. Jeffrey, also refused to apologize after I agreed to their price & purchase the vehicle. I told myself if he apologized I wouldn t write this review. But he didn t. I hope the owners see this. I hope he goes through some type of sales training because he clearly needs it. I think Mike should give him a lesson or two. P.S. I bought the $5,000 warranty too

I had the best customer service experience ever. I was greeted by Brian who gave us a warm welcome and made me feel at home. I worked with John throughout the car buying process. John was great and offered us something to drink. Once the car was ready, he let us test drive it and gave us a good view of Freehold, NJ for we are from Upstate, NY. Throughout the whole process, he was very kind and helpful. He answered all our questions, and gave us an amazing price for a beautiful Jeep Wrangler. Valerie helped us with all the paperwork, and made it all very easy. She has a great personality and it was very fun talking to her. If you re looking for your next dream car, this is the place to go. They take good care of their customers and you will always leave with a smile.

We have buying pick up trucks from Freehold Dodge for 10 years. Gary be has been our salesman each time. He offers honest caring service which makes buying a vehicle a breeze. Valerie in finance helps to make the paperwork quick and easy. They making the buying process flawless. A must go to dealership for no pressure service.

The service advisor Jay was excellent. He explained everything and advised in our interest not just pushing to add repairs. Great experience- highly recommend. Jay is awesome. The girl at the cashier desk was also very friendly and nice.

Out of state buyer from Cincinnati, I reached out through email about a 2020 Audi S5 Coupe and received answers to all my questions extremely fast as well as what my next steps would be to get the ball rolling. After getting an offer I was put into contact with my sales rep Gary who was an absolute joy to work with! He made the process as seamless as possible and was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I took delivery of the S5 and couldn't be happier with it! I would absolutely recommend Freehold Dodge and Ram!

I moved to USA from India 2 weeks ago. Was shopping for a used car, went to many dealers around the princeton area, most of them tried to take advantage by imposing unnecessary fees and charges. This was the only dealership that was absolutely transparent in their pricing and fees. Gary the sales agent was super helpful. I enjoyed my car buying experience from this dealership. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from the Freehold Dodge and Ram dealership.From the first call I made to get information about the vehicle until the moment I received my keys, the experience was outstanding.Sean, the sales representative, went over every detail and provided a full disclosure of the transaction.The sales manager Jeff and financing Valerie treated me with professionalism and were not pushy. They wend over my options and made sure I was fully educated before I made a decision.Nowadays is impossible to find a dealer with such honesty and integrity.

I purchased a vehicle here yesterday and it was the most smooth and seamless car purchase I ve ever had. The salesman that I dealt with, Sean was very straightforward and didn t try to waste time with the back and forth usually seen at dealerships. He laid out the numbers, gave me a great price on my trade-in and got through the entire process very quickly. After test driving multiple vehicles at other dealerships, dealing with Sean at Freehold Dodge and Ram was a no brainer. I will absolutely be back here next time I m in the market for a new truck. A1 service and professionalism.

Extremely friendly!! Service representative and part s representative. So glad I brought my truck here for regular service. The other dealership made me feel like I was just a woman and tried to scare me into unnecessary repairs on a brand new truck with 6000 miles. I m just sorry you didn t have this truck when I was looking because you have earned my business from just this one visit!! Thank you

I worked with John to purchase a used Ram, it was the best experience I've ever had in a dealership. There was no pressure, no back and forth with games like every other dealership. I got helped right away and was driving away in 3 hours in my new truck. Highly recommend working with John!

Sean and his manager Jeff made things right so I am giving this place 4 starsVINJTDBU4EE7A9098434Do not buy this Corolla! I can t believe it s back on the marketsold a flood damaged Corolla to my girlfriend at full price.Rusty seat bolts, debris all under the carpets, debris in the engine, and chassis completely salvaged looking.They febreezed the inside and called it a day. Smell became lethal and moldy later on.I am genuinely confused how this flood damaged car made it into their lot.

Overall buying experience was ok. I purchased a used 2019 Corvette. The salesman stated that the car had been detailed. It might have been run through an automatic carwash sometime within the previous week. The interior was dirty and the door pockets/console were full of the previous owner's stuff. I was also purchasing from out of state so they said that the tags might take a little longer. Well, my temp tags expired over a month ago and still no tags/registration. I'm now being ignored by the salesman whenever I try to inquire about the tags unless I elevate it to management. Then I will hear from the salesman with more excuses.

I bought a 2018 hellcat charger from this dealership car is amazing as is but had som flaws after buying it when i realized the 30k mile services had not been done which as recommended breaks, flushes, spark plugs etc which only an oil change had been done the car was not serviced correctly in my opinion after paying what i did i expected it to be done, the breaks are already going to have to be replaced soon which is not a cheap job and also had to bring the car back to the dealer because a headlight was already out which i didn t realize when i bought because it was daytime and also left tint on the car that they did do these for free but which i appreciate and expected since i just got the car but the tint was poorly removed which i didnt not appreciate also leaving tint scraps all over my car from the removal with residue still on my windows and talked to them why wasn t the service done and they said when buying a used car they just do a safety inspection along with emission inspection, very good dealership just not spectacular when buying a used car i guess, i just wish they had worked with me about the services being done or even at a discounted price but they were no help

I have nothinv but positive things to say for Freehold Dodge & Subaru! My salesman was Steve Ullrich and did a fantastic job facilitating the sale. The process was quick and painless! The vehicle was fully serviced and inspected leaving me with worry free ownership.Very friendly staff, no games, no back and forth. I highly recommend!

I really can t praise this place enough. Raul has been an excellent and on point service advisor. He schedules my truck quickly and caters to my needs when I need a loaner vehicle, calls me when my truck goes in and at the end of the day to let me know the progress. Coming from multiple Ford dealerships this is unheard of. At Ford I ve had nothing but mishaps, reschedules, no loaner availability, incomplete work when I pick up the truck, some items not even being performed when I get the truck back, the list goes on. My brother has Raptor that needs constant work as well and it s been a literal nightmare to deal with them. My Freehold Dodge/Ram experience has been the complete opposite. Professional, courteous, competent and punctual. Couldn t say enough about how I m treated. There s times where I think about trying to save a few bucks and either do things myself or find a local shop but thinking about the possibilities of being disappointed I always come back knowing Freehold Dodge/Ram will do it the right way with no stress. Can t recommend enough. I m currently trying to talk my brother out of that stupid Raptor and into a TRX

Brought my 2019 Ram in for 2 recalls and asked them to check brakes due to a pulsation I was having. Was told I needed new brakes and rotors front and back and it would be $1,800+. I declined and brought it to a local shop to have it checked out. Turns out I have over 50% life on back brakes and they do not to be replaced at all. My fronts have life on them too and they wouldn t change them if it weren t for the fact that I was having an issue. Freehold Dodge Service is full of crooks. Can t be trusted. do NOT recommend.

Very knowledgeable sales staff, a rare thing these day. My sales guy, Gary, knew the weight, horsepower, and features of the vehicle very well. Nick, the closer, was professional and articulate. I had none of the high pressure tactics that I really, really, disdain.

I. Brought truck in for recall work and informed you that I had issue with sensor and the sensor caused a battery drain . Had other trucks in our fleet have same issue. You should have had replacement sensor in stock. Now I have to make new appointments when you get sensor in.im not happy

Lowest price within 100 miles of all Ram dealerships. Rachel, Steve and Valerie were all amazing. Knowledgeable, honest, helpful and so efficient and kind. I will shop at Freehold Dodge Ram again!!
