We had a great experience and purchase a new Acadia . Our salesmen Joe F. was excellent, with lots of patience and explained all our car buying options. General manager Mike made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Finance manager Chris was great, he easily explained all the number details about our purchase and we had no doubt we got an amazing deal. This Freehold GMC Dealership was very open and honest with all the the lease and buying options all out in the open to see no hidden fees or add ons . I highly recommend this dealership. Even hazel the grey hound mascot was there saying hello . I will definitely buy again when the time comes for another car. Thanks Nick Z.

We dealt with Bruce. He was absolutely wonderful from when we came in on March 30 at the end of the day to coming back on April 1 to complete the purchase and pick up the vehicle. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Had oil change and tire rotation, than was told Cabin filter needed to be change and I had it done 2 months ago. Than I was told I needed something done to engine witch should be taken care of with warranty 36- 3 year. Service advisor kept asking me and telling me I needed it done. I feel I was talked into getting it done. I was in a hurry and needed to leave. Service Advisor was Anthony S also their was no warning lights saying I had trouble.

I am from out of town; I had a scheduled oil change closer to my home but figured with time to kill I would get it done while away. I had a promotional code for another GMC dealer (from their website) which I explained over the phone while scheduling service. The scheduler explained to show the service person upon my arrival. This dealership had a promo code as well just not as good. The service person was extremely dismissive and rude towards me and the fact that I had a coupon from another dealership and that I requested that same offer. He gave me $9 off after explaining to me how he really shouldn't be doing this, like he was doing me a favor. I unfortunately should have just drove away and waited until my appt later in the week.

Carmen Semenza and William Marter made the experience of having my 4 yr old.vehicles transmission crash mu easier.I feel it Is ridiculous that a 4 yr old trucks transmission Goes alrhough having gentlemen on the other end like these Two men definitely helped. They explained everything and kept communication a constant. I appreciated them very much. The gentlemen Mike Walker, issuing the courtesy car was wonderful as well.All together they were the only positive throughout this ordeal.

Quick and on time but I only approved 2 additional services and the advisor, apparently not listening did, the 3 he recommended for an additional cost to me over $250.

I don t normally do reviews as do many people tend to be negative. That said this review is very much the opposite. I had the pleasure of working with Gary and then Chris at Freehold Buick GMC. I was looking for a truck and found them. The only problem was they are 450 miles away from me. We made the drive up and after a long road trip meet with Gary. He had the Sierra gassed up and dressed to impress. To say it is a good looking truck is an understatement. I couldn t be more happy with the professional service we received. Not to mention how fast it was. So that said if your looking for a GMC truck then take the drive, we did, and come down to see Gary and Chris. You ll thank me later. Again, thank you so much Gary and all of Freehold Buick GMC!

I pulled in to GMC, I was pleasantly welcomed by Carmen Semenze (tech), he politely opened the door for me. We had a brief discussion, he thoroughly explained everything to me what was going to be checked with my vehicle. I waited in the waiting room for any updates. Service Mgr, Billy Marter also came to talk with me to explain my vehicle and the issues that were occuring.Everyone at Freehold GMC were amazing. That is why I love to own a GMC.

Customer Service is a big factor for me and I got that and more from Mitch Zarrow. I had not planned on buying the Envista, I just wanted to see the car since seeing it in a new cars article for 2024. Mitch was so nice in answering all of my questions when I stopped in the first time.Because of Mitch's customer service I returned to test drive and bought the car!Customer Service skills are unique to find today and Mitch Zarrow is one of a kind.I have always been a VW person, having owned a 74 beetle and my 1997 Passat that I was driving until I bought the Envista. My intention was to upgrade to an Audi Q3, the Audi dealership was without Customer Service skills, their loss! I visited six dealerships, four failed on customer service, one mediocre and Freehold Buick GMC because of Mitch was OUTSTANDING!

Gary has been trying to sell me a gmc for 15 years I'm a Ford guy but got fed up with ford's poor quality.i have owned 15 brand new superduty trucks.but after buying this gmc.im sold.the whole team were great gary.and Chris in finance. Special thanks to Sydney. For all her computer skills that I don't have she got me hooked up .thanks again

Starting issues w/Acadia. Contacted John Meshulam who took vehicle for service. Had necessary maintenance diagnosed & promptly completed as well as preventive service (throttle body cleaning/plugs/oil.change/& tire rotation). As always exceptional professional service. Noted in my service repeat customer record.

Our salesman Bruce was very knowledgeable with the Terrain. He also was very friendly and let us take our time to look at the car without having him looking over our shoulder. We were very comfortable asking questions and he was able to answer everything we asked. He introduced us to all of the service people and told us where to go for our first oil change. I will definitely recommend him and GMC to our family and friends.

I live in Manalapan so I called my local GMC to get a Service done they gave me a price which I felt was to much ($791). I called the GMC dealer where I bought my GMC Sierra ( Coleman Buick GMC ) and the same exact Service was $400 less.I guess they charge Manalapan prices. I would definitely get other prices from other Dealers.

Would never go back. My interaction was from the body shop in 2013 when I had at the time my 4 month old vehicle told in for a repairs. Was 18 at the time didn't really know how the processed worked but the manager at the time assured me he'd have the car fixed and would work with the at fault parties insurance. The manager called a few times but every time I would go there would be something wrong, like unprepared bumper, missing hood strut, unaligned lights. Overall the process took about 6 months for which I had to Pay for the vehicles lease plus insurance plus the 3-4 trips I had to take to the dealer that was an hr away each way. And over that time they changed their body shop manager twice so they didn't know what was going on with the vehicle. They accused me of cutting deals with there previous managers, and charged me a storage fee for the vehicle for being there so long.

Gary the salesman is wonderful. I recently just purchased a certified 2019 GMC TERRAIN from him at this dealership. It was an enjoyable buying experience from start to finish. Gary listened and understood my needs and got me to my magic number. He was nice to let me test drive the vehicle to make sure I was in love with it before actually purchasing. I was a Kia owner for many years and enjoyed their products. This Terrain is a GAME CHANGER and I am satisfied and excited to join the GMC family with the help of Gary and his team. Word of mouth goes a long way and will be HIGHLY recommending FREEHOLD BUICK GMC :)

We bought our Buick with Bruce in Freehold NJ.There really was no pressure or stress, other than buying a vehicle and having car payments again. But overall, our experience at Buick was a good experience. Everything was fast and efficient. And we're very happy with our 2024 Enclave.

Having to buy a reliable vehicle during a bereavement period in November 2018 was made a very worry free thing for me. This car dealership in my dad's hometown made the buy very smooth. They filed all the necessary paperwork for me, and did a 17 point inspection on the vehicle before I was able to drive it away. I very highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs.Christyl

If I could give them negative stars I would. They operate with a complete lack of integrity and if you are not familiar with cars they will take advantage of you. For context, in the past year I put $10,000 into a 2016 GMC Acadia with 75,000 miles on it for a front steering rack and a new transmission a few months after that! Recently my check engine light came on so I brought it in. They said I needed a couple of sensors and rear brakes. Okay no big deal. Then, they tell me I have a major leak in the high pressure hose on my power steering. $1600 to fix that. I told them I find that funny since you have replaced the front rack and transmission in the past year. You didn't notice there was an issue with the hose then? For all the work they wanted another $3,000. Yeah right. $13,000 on a car with 75,0000 miles on it in about 14 months. Brought it to my local guy, who actually has integrity. High pressure hose was loose and just needed to be tightened. Hmmm....wonder how that happened??Maybe when they did my transmission. Yup, think so. One sensor, a tightened hose, rear brake pads and I walk out the door spending $700 with my local guy. Find a mechanic you can trust because it certainly is not these guys.
