Was shown today by a reputable service location south of Tommy's tavern at AAA automotive center that the set of tires purchased from freehold Firestone were embarrassingly mounted improperly . Sidewalls have in plain English what direction the tire treads are supposed to face.Tires are too late to dismount and remount .Like I said, I was shown and even I understood the sidewall.Firestone was a better place back in the day when real mechanics knew how to read English.Did I read the sidewall when I mounted the tires? No! Because I paid people to do that!

I had a wheel alignment done and when I removed the front left tire I noticed the rack and pinion bellow was destroyed by the inexperienced worker that performed the alignment. I tried to save a few dollars for the inspection, now it's costing me time and money that I should not have had to pay.

The Freehold Firestone employees are awesome! They check out your car and honestly let you know what work needs to be done. Had my oil changed and needed new tires. They would have ordered them, but I was going on a road trip. Found my way to Firestone in VA. and got new tires and lifetime alignment. Firestone is a trustworthy company and their employees are a reflection of that.!!

Got new tires all the way around my truck, just an upgrade from the loud all season tires that came from factory to high mileage premium road tires that were much more quiet. They got me the tires I wanted, and knew how to properly mount and balance on aluminum rims, which is hard to find these days. Thank you for careful handling of my wheels and truck!

Thank you to Firestone once again for keeping my 15 year old Camry in good shape. Jim is so nice and explains everything so well. I always feel very informed about what is going on with my car. Thank you to Jose for being the technician on my car, and always solving the problem.

First of all, I'm only sharing this. Because I gotta Google Request request ask me how my experience was At firestone. Brought my car in on Sunday for a wheel alignment. About 3 o'clock in the afternoon. We were called by the mechanic saying that our car was almost fixed. And we're able to pick it . What does almost fixed mean? When we got there to pick up the The car they said it was almost fixed and it was able to drive .Information about the cars condition was not disclosed to us. We almost had to pull the information out of the mechanic's mouth like talking to a child to find out what was really wrong with the vehicle. How was I supposed to let my daughter who just started driving Drive a car that does not steer straight. We did not take the car homeThe next morning, I was called by the service man to which it was going to cost over a 1000 to fix.I was very upset and wanted to speak to the manager . manager Linden came on the call and was very rude and dismissive to mehe did not know the whole story because he was not there, and he decided to talk down to me. I continued to try to tell him what the issue was. I was told after my ten years and five vehicles using firestone at the freehold location that I was not a valued customer, and I should take my car and go somewhere else. I gave up trying to speak to him and decided to call cooperate and have them deal with them. After speaking to corporate, they contacted firestone and freehold and We're supposed to make towing arrangements To bring vehicle to another firestone to be repaired. This was not the case. I had to pick up the vehicle. And it was in such disrepair. I could not even drive the vehicle straight to get it home. The car should never been released to us in this condition.I will no longer after ten years, and five vehicles be using firestone. Firestone you need to do better customers do matter.

Oil change took an hour and a half with an appointment. The guy at the front desk waa nice but there was a very surly guy named Bob who said he didn't work there when I asked him a question and then he walked to the back room. The other guy doing front desk stuff told a customer on the phone he didn't have an answer about their car because Bob was being a smart a$$ to him and not "giving me clear answers, I'll have to ask my manager". What's this Bob dudes deal??Service: Oil change

I'd been bringing my car here for tire services. Very professional and efficient. I was skeptical first to bring a low profile rim/tires bec they might damage it but the two young gentleman that had been working on it everytime i bring it is very careful enough not to damage it. 3rd time in this place. If you have expensive rim and tire set up, they know how you value it and will take good care of it. Unfortunately they can't do wheel alignment on Tesla cars bec they don't have the program for it.

Waited over an hour even with an appointment. Guy at the counter was short and rude. Never gave me an option on pricing. Very overpriced, by at least $40 from a local shop. I will be posting on different social media platforms regarding the rudeness snd extreme prices.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Excellent experience at this Firestone compared to the one on the county line in Jackson. You should make an appointment in advance so you can drop off your car and wait or come back for it. Vasco was very helpful with the whole process, and their mechanics were reliable. I will definitely come back here again!

Awful experience. Took my car there for a wheel alignment. I am a member of the lifetime alignment program. Sat in the waiting room for an hour. They never even pulled my car into the garage. Then the associate proceeds to tell me "my car is too low, we got new alignment machines and they won't fit your car." This is a franchise that bought alignment machines that won't fit every car. I could've went to Mavis but they decided to let me sit for an hour before telling me. Then they proceed to tell me I should drive to Wall or East Brunswick, 40 mins out of the way. No thank you, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid like the plague.

Had an unexpected road trip and needed a overdue tire rotation. The manager was able to squeeze me in after 12pm. My issue was addressed and completed within the hour. Super grateful to the manager and excellent technicians at the freehold facility for putting my mind at ease for the trip.Yes, I'm a big fan of the freehold Firestone. Great job, great staff, what more do you need.

I blew a tire about 10 miles away; it was my insurance company that set me up to come to this Firestone. Even though they didn't have the tire I needed for my vehicle; the young lady and gentleman in the front and the young man who was doing the actual servicing of my vehicle were extremely helpful. They did the best they could to accommodate me; it wasn't their fault that I have tires that are not common. The gentleman went as far as calling around to other facilities, even their competitors, to attempt to locate my tire; to no avail. The young man doing the servicing wouldn't fix the tire, not because he didn't want to; it was because it would have been too dangerous and he said he couldn't, in good faith, do that. How they treated me and eventually my husband when he arrived was beyond good customer service. I commend them and I hope their upper management team will recognize that they have good folks working for them.

So far so good after 15 years of taking my car to this particular location. I have purchased tires and batteries from this location over the last 15 years. I have not had any issues with warranty or follow up service. The staff has been reliable and deliver on time

Needed a new set of tires, and after calling around this location was cheapest for a good quality set. Scheduled a time to bring my car in, easy no issues. Place was crowded when i got there, but they managed to put my tires on in a half an hour, and i was on my way. Been about a year now and i haven't had any issues.

I have a used 2017 Subaru, and it doesn't need servicing nearly as much as my '02 Prius did. I have been using Firestone Complete Auto care for over 10 years. A couple weeks ago, to my dismay, the engine light suddenly came on the dashboard. I have a Firestone card for these emergencies. Also, I have an OBD reader through Verizon, that attempts to explain the codes. I called Firestone, spoke to Jim, asking if Firestone would be able to repair this latest problem, explaining the code that popped up, which was rather vague. Jim asked if I had gotten gas recently. I had! He told me to check the gas cap, make sure it's on tight--- well, it wasn't even turned at all. I guess there's some kind of emissions vapor recovery in most newer cars. Jim told me that if tightening the cap was the problem, that the engine light should reset within a few days, and if not, call to make an appointment. Well, my car was fixed, over the phone. O Joy! It took about 10 days to reset, the light going out as suddenly as it had come on. If you go to Firestone, bring a book if you have to wait, or go for a walk down to the Farmer's Market and other stores. They are always very busy, and have extended hours. I've become acquainted with many of the techs, and all are accommodating and efficient. Happy Trails.

Nice friendly staff and quick diagnosis / wait time for brakes service, but the brakes are still squealing so I have to bring it back in to be looked at. Kind of inconvenient that they didn t do it right the first time and brake fluid refill is an additional $82 charge ?! Why wasn t I told about this the first time ?! I thought that was included in the price! So now the brake fluid was never changed and my brakes are still squeaking. Little disappointed tbh, but thank you for the friendliness I guess. Update: they got a bit better! Fairly friendly & kind after all ^___^ I like how the credit card option allows you to pay it off over 6 months or so.

Always a great experience at Firestone in Freehold. The customer service is always the best. Jim, Jessie, and Mike are always respectful, & they take the time to explain the work needed, the reason why, and the breakdown of the cost. Jose and Erick are so great at keeping my little Camry the best she can be. I am very grateful for the knowledge and talent of the Freehold Firestone team.

Train-wreck of an establishment.Although the manager Jim is very nice and accommodating, the mechanics here seem to be much less than competent. My car has been sent back to me several times after repairs with other problems that were not there to begin with before bringing it in, causing much more inconvenience than is worth the money. They recently replaced a broken fuel pump (which was outrageously expensive) and returned my car with the fuel gauge broken. On another occasion, My car had cracked sway bars on the front and rear end, but they only repaired one side. Most recently, my car was returned with 2 missing lug-nuts and 2 loose lug-nuts from one tire. My tire was held on by 1 lug-nut for 2 weeks and was very close to falling off while I was driving. When I called to inform them of this, they said that it could not have been their fault. I find this to be unlikely, as I noticed a strange noise (caused by the loose tire) as soon as I picked up my car from their shop. I did not bring it back to them to fix because I absolutely no longer trust any of their mechanics with my vehicle. While my mother was there recently to pick up my car, there were 2 mechanics aggressively and loudly arguing with each other in front of all the customers. These mechanics need to be properly trained, and spend more time doing their job correctly than wasting time fighting.Do yourself a favor and go to a local family-owned mechanic. They take much better care of your car at much better prices. Firestone is ridiculously overpriced, and they quite simply do not give a damn about you or your car, just your money.

I was very pleased with the service I received! After my original tires on a fairly new vehicle wore out prematurely, Firestone made good on the problem when the dealer refused! I now have new tires and a warranty at a great price with excellent service, Thanks Kristian for the great experience
