I went here for my next car due to the situation I previously mentioned at Sansone. Here, there is no "market-related upcharge" and I was able to buy a better car. I purchased a 2023 Toyota Crown. A new car to the USA, but a common luxury car in Japan. I've only had it a few hours, but I love it so far.Obviously, the reason for any review is the dealership and sales process itself. I felt less pressured and given more time overall for choosing a vehicle and after all was said and done, the salesman Jim Rizzo went over all the features and helped me get my car set up with the app and other features. I have an overall better feeling about this whole situation.Thanks to all for your great service.

DCH was so great when buying my car the staff was great! My sales rep Tommy and sales manager Brian were great and helped me get a Highlander within my budget! I highly recommend DCH for your car needs!

Been going there to buy filters and oil they got best price if you buy 3 filters there's mini discount. Also been going there for oil changes around 6 times never try to upsell me any garbage. I'm paranoid so I check my oil right after oil change lol so far no issus. I had worse experience at other Toyota service centers this is only one I trust.

Untrustworthy!!Unprofessional!!They want me pay for replacement windshield forBrand new car in Warranty, they can't, New car need to replace a tire, and never replaced.....what a shame...I think it's big mistake to service I'm this dch freehold.Tech is one of those, talking over you , not listening what you say, and don't care, they just need your money.STAY A WAY.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Jason the service representative went above and beyond on customer service. Despite computer downtime he made sure I got the right parts for my Toyota RAV4. He got me out in no time. Good job Thanks!

I'm a huge fan of Toyota and have bought all my cars from dch Brunswick Toyota. Recently moved to Howell and starting doing service at freehold and I have to say, I was treated the same and it was excellent. I brought in my truck for a recall and oil change and they were right as scheduled, super friendly even thought alot Of customers are cranky during this covid. Staff seemed to be limited but they still did very well. Definitely will be back there for my service in the future. Last, I had to call to inquire about buying oem parts and the service department was knowledgeable and quick to quote prices for my Toyota parts. Thanks and keep up the good work.

The service department at DCH Toyota in Freehold NJ, is top notch. They scheduled us in for service on our Camry, and had the loaner car ready to be used, and had the work done in a quick manor. Car is now repaired and there was no issues. I highly recommend them. They are all friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have.

First visit to the DCH Freehold Toyota Service Center. Great customer service. Managed to reschedule an appointment same day for later time. No problem. All issues addressed and fixed. Completely satisfied

While some prices for service can be found lower at other companies, I have found this dealership to have been fair, responsive and a good value for keeping all of my vehicles in great running order.

The people who work there are less knowledgable than an 8 year old who's a fan of the Disney Pixar's Cars movies. You're better off bringing your car to a hair salon

I took my company Highlander for service...it was a little slow checking due to the company vehicle process, but the service and recall replacement was finished in the time I was quoted.

2 hours for tire pressure warning! What a joke service center. Don't waste your time.
