An unfortunate car accident lead me to Monmouth Collision. I had a short wait but the reviews of their previous work made it worth it. The finished job was impeccable! Sent the car in with bad swipe in the back of the car with a backup sensor that had fallen off too and got the car back so quickly with all fixes that were amazing . The best was the fact Taft I received daily texts with updates . Never had to call to get an update. I hope to not need them again, but if I ever do, absolutely not going anywhere else . Thankful I found them

Would never know the car was in an accident. Had decided to wait to wash/clean the car until after the repair. To my surprise, my car was spotless when I picked it up. First time a body shop has ever given me back my car cleaner than when I dropped it off.

You never know what you're up against when you restore a 67 year old car. John and his team at CarStar took on the challenge and brought this 1955 Ford Thunderbird back to its glory.Besides the challenges his team was up against, they were also up against a deadline. They had 3 weeks to strip, fix, repair, sand, prime and paint this car so it would be ready for my sons birthday.And they did just that. My son could not be happier with the quality and most importantly, the service. Thank you John, Mike and Taylor who stayed late and worked weekends to make this happen!Highly Recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Big list of all things that went wrong with my car at this place just to name a few. 1 . They ordered wrong mirror for my car drove away with 2 different mirrors for over a month once I got the right mirror installed they forgot to paint the cover cap white left so drove for another month or so with scotch tape holding it up. After numerous phone calls they finally got the right cover brought to me but WOULD NOT INSTALL IT FOR ME and refused to do so I had to take it to nissan and have service department install it. Also when they painted my car I had splatters of white paint on my driver window , windshield and driver side tire. I asked to be removed and they only did the windshield side and told me to buy a clay bar and soap to get it removed myself. There's a few other things that happened. I did expect for a check they got of 5k$ I should have gotten better service. That's all.

When my new car was hit and damaged I called my Mazda dealership for a recommendation for a repair shop. They directed me to Monmouth Collision and said that is who they use. John and his team were very professional, kept to the timeframe they laid out for the repairs and did a beautiful job. I hope to not have an incident with my car again but if I do there is only 1 place I will take my vehicles as well recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did auto body repair including putting in new headlight and fog light. Replaced bumper and painted it. The repair looks satisfactory. The process of having the car took about a week And they sent text updates that was good. The price charged was in line with what was told in beginning.Overall I am very satisfiedService: Painting

These people miraculously fixed a badly damaged 26 ft box truck to as-new condition on a Ryder lease return. They were also thousands of dollars less on their estimate, I can not thank them enough.

John at CarStar Monmount Collision has been absolutely great to work with. Our car was struck while parked on Christmas Eve. We were visiting friends and were 2 hours away from home. John made arrangements to have our car towed and worked very well with State Farm to evaluate our car quickly. All of his work for us was from 125 mile away from our home. John was easily available by phone to discuss the status of the process and help us whenever we needed. He was very helpful to us during a stressful time. We brought our car for body work due to hitting a deer. The process was smooth. They guided me through the process with the insurance company. My daughters Tesla was in a small accident and had two dents/ dings in it. Both were in difficult spots to fix and I was worried about how they would turn out. John had matched the paint color perfectly and the body work was amazing. Looks as if there it was brand new. Amazing. I was very impressed. It was done quicker than I expected as well. 10 out of 10! I am a new resident to Freehold NJ and coming from NY I where I knew everyone and every place I was afraid I wouldn t find a friendly establishment or good work.When I walked in and met the staff who greeted me with a smile that made me feel I made the right choice.The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.My vehicle looks great and I had no issues.They even drove me to my job to help me out because I didn t have a way to get there.If you have any issues with your vehicle I recommend you check them out.Thanks again for your work and great experienceService: Body & Trim

I dealt with John and Matt and both were incredibly professional. The job was done faster than promised, the paint work was better than I could have ever asked for, they were cheaper than the other 3 estimates I got, and they DELIVERED the car back to me when it was done. Unbelievable. Ill never go anywhere else!!

They did an awesome job on my bumper. Less than 5 minutes for the initial estimate to check the damage and confirm parts needed, and the part was ordered an in stock in a couple of days. They installed the bumper in less than two hours while I waited and everything was great. Friendly and very professional!
