Great experience with Branning in Englewood! Besides fixing the specific damage that I hired them to fix, they returned my old beat up car looking like new, inside & out. Will definitely use them next time I need auto body work.

Branning s fantastic service for repairing my Tesla was awesome. Carlo was extremely courteous and explained the damage and timeline of when we will get the car back in detail and in an easy way to understand. Overall it was a great experience and getting our car fixed in a timely and a thorough manner.

Being in an accident causes so much stress. Branning made the recovery process quick and stress free. They were amazing from start to finish. Getting an appointment was so easy and they were able to get me in fast. They diagnosed the problems quickly and got right to work. I was updated through every step. When I picked the car up I had some concerns and they were addressed on the spot. My car is in like new condition and I am so thankful to the Branning team!!

The absolute best! They are the most professional auto body place I ve ever used. They share status of your vehicle throughout. Work was done on time. They worked with the insurance company without any issue. Lined up my rental car. Most importantly, the work done was perfect. They cleaned inside and outside of my car (it was far from clean when I brought it in). The receptionist were very friendly and helpful too. The building (I went to their Freehold location) was also stunning.

Does anyone know an alternate shop? I have used Compact Cars but have AAA and this shop was the closest approved shop. I visited yesterday and it was 4 weeks just to get an estimate which would mean it's got to be 8 weeks to get work done. Any feedback? Amazing looking building I have to say!

Branning Collision Center in Freehold is the best! I highly recommend them. During the entire process, from drop-off through pickup, I was kept informed. Noelle and Emily at the front desk answered every question for me, arranged the rental car process, corresponded directly with my insurance company, and were always available when needed.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I have had two very positive experiences with Branning in the past 2 years. Not only did they do a high-quality job, but they did it in a timely manner and always kept me updated on their progress. Their front desk/customer service department is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Branning.

The photo with a small gap is from another Subaru without repair. That is the way it should be !!!I changed from one star to three stars today. The job was done bad but not terrible. @ 7/25/2024 -The problem of wide gaps was not fixed after 5 long drives back. The attitude of J. and other management were not sincere, not honest to help me once they got the money from the insurance company.He insisted that they offered Lifetime Warranty . Come back if you have any issues.. Update @Last 7/19/2023 The following was the first report:The passenger side front window remote out of order after front end bumper repair. And the gap between The hood and headlight was about half inch.The driver s door cannot be opened from inside the car. I have to lower the window, open from outside. It happened after the first lifetime warranty for the gap adjustment and paint drip cleaning on driver seat.I have to go back after memorial weekend to fix both front doors during work hours!Do it right the first time! Then, the Lifetime Warranty is not needed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit in a parking lot and I needed a new tail light and bumper repaired. My insurance company recommended Branning Collision so I decided to use them. I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the whole team, from the receptionist to the partnering rental company. The processed was explained in detail and the car was delivered timely and in excellent condition. I would recommend Branning Collision to all of my friends and family. I can't say enough nice things about these people. My 13 year old car looks like new again. The customer service is terrific. If you need a body shop, this is the place to go!

From the moment I entered the building, I was greeted by Kelly who was welcoming and so helpful! She made getting my car fixed a breeze. She set up Enterprise so that they would arrive as soon as I was completed checking my car in for the repair. The service was amazing and she sent a lot of communication on the progress of the repair. Then when it was complete, I didn't have to go to Enterprise to return the car, I simply went to pick up my car and she had organized it so that I could leave the rental there. It was truly the easiest and most efficient repair I have ever had on a vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!! Branning did a wonderful job on repairing my Lexus front end collision. From my first phone call through leaving the car and picking it up I was treated with courtesy and kindness. Kim and Kelly were wonderful keeping me apprised of the work getting done, and the owner offering personal assistance, I couldn t say more than I am grateful that they turned a negative incident into a positive experience. Re: The South Plainfield center: I would give this facility 100 stars if I could - stellar staff, top-notch customer service, beautiful work! I was rear-ended and went to Branning's to repair the damage. Danielle, Richard and Manny clearly take pride in their work. The process of fixing my car was seamless and stress-free. I did not have to make one phone call or inquiry, as they took care of every detail with great efficiency. They are some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. The work done on my car was absolutely perfect, and they also returned my car to me spotless and gleaming. It looks like it was never involved in an accident. Best, smoothest and professional experience I ever had in getting my car fixed ! I felt welcome the moment I walked in and spoke with the friendly receptionist. Everything was explained to me and it all went exactly as they said it would! They had everything set up and arranged for me with the car rental service. Branning is a great outfit with super helpful staff starting with Kelly & Fran in the office & an unparalleled repair team. My car was brought to Branning in Princeton following a car accident. They gave me realistic timeframes for when each step in the process would be completed. That was followed by both e-mail and phone updates as the repairs progressed. When the car was ready, it looked like new! Great service and workmanship!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Branning is and has been my go-to autobody repair shop for many years. It's so easy to work with them and their updates are super helpful. Only downside is how long I had to wait to get my car in for repair, but that's indicative of how in-demand their services are. I used Branning Collision Centers for 3 3rd time, and each time i get my car back it looks brand new. I brought my car to Branning after I had been rear-ended and had body damage to my vehicle. The entire process was seemless and professional. The staff were great about answering any questions and the end result was beautiful - looked just like my car was new again. I was kept informed throughout the process and they did a great job. My passengers side door got hit and so did the wheel. It was not drivable. This collision shop fixed my car and it looks like its brand new. I have no complaints. The insurance did there evaluations and sent it to the collision shop. I got an estimate time to repair the vehicle and quote quickly. They kept me updated. I highly recommend them.

My car needed repairs to the entire rear, most of the drivers side, and the roof. My insurance company works directly with Branning as a reputable repair shop and I was impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. They set up a drop off time convenient for me and had the rental car company meet me at their shop. They estimated 2 -3 weeks which was spot on and they worked directly with my insurance to handle the payments. I was updated on the status regularly and simply dropped off my rental when my car was done. An extremely efficient process with the customer experience squarely front and center. I interacted with Danielle almost exclusively and she was professional, courteous, friendly, and informative. Chelsea did the initial inspection and she was also very friendly, informative, and professional. I have told many people about my experience and felt inclined to write this review based on the exceptional service I received.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called and went there to repair my car. Richard was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me throughout the process. Went to pick up my car and Richard and his team did a wonderful job. My car was looking amazing again. I will recommend branning collision center to everyone.

Unfortunately, my parked car was hit in the lot while I was at work, and so I chose Branning Auto Body, (referred by the insurance company of the other party.) At first I read very good reviews about this company, but still did not know what to expect. Also, I was somewhat upset that they were booked out as far as 2 months and I needed to wait for an appointment.I must admit It was well worth the wait. The staff was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. When I picked up my car and saw the work they had done, I was convinced that I made the right decision in choosing them. My car was not only looking great again, but was also ready for pickup in only a few days. I was very pleased with this service and would definitely recommend Branning to others.Service: Body & Trim
