This was my first BMW purchase and it went so well that I came back one month later to purchase another for my wife. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our salesman, Richard, could not have been more patient and made us feel so comfortable. Then, we met Frank, and that s what really sold me. Ordinarily, when they bring in the next level, you expect to be sold or pressured , but it was not like that at all. He offered ample information to our many questions, from what model would suit us, financing, etc. and was an invaluable partner in our decision making process. On top of that, Frank s service didn t stop at the point of sale, as he continued to be responsive when we, as first time BMW owners, had some follow up questions and maintenance needs. Frank is the bomb dot com! A top notch experience all around!!! We will surely be back!

I never thought I would say this, but I had a great experience car shopping. We arrived and mark Eustice promptly arrived to help us out. Luckily we knew what we wanted when we walked in. Mark quickly pulled up a model on the screen that was available, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Honestly we still spent a work shift in the building but Mark definitely made it more bearable. I cannot give him thanks enough. I am 8 months pregnant so by hour 5 I was obviously starved. Mark took his own lunch and gave it to me to hold me over. Along with bottles of water and complimentary snacks that were available.Mark Eustice went absolutely above and beyond for us. We left with a vehicle same day leaving our old one behind. The detailing crew had found my brothers wallet that had been missing for 2 months. He called to let us know it was found and then dropped it off to my brother at his job. This isn t my first BMW and with service like this, it certainly won t be my last.

I had such a great leasing experience at the BMW of Freehold. The customer service is simply outstanding. It was a pleasure dealing with my salesman, Mark Eustice, he was very pleasant, knowledgable and he made my leasing process stress free. I never felted pressured with the negotiations, instead we worked together so that I could achieve my goal. Mark took his time to explain the terms of lease and he set all the electronic features on my X3. The leasing was easy, smooth, and transparent. I m thrilled with my new X3. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark E. and Nick. If you are thinking of leasing, I highly recommend you go and visit them.

I cannot praise BMW of Freehold enough for their outstanding service! Recently, I had to bring in my vehicle due to a leak, and the entire experience was top-notch. Both my wife and I traded in and purchased new vehicles with the help of Danny Claro, John Cheung, and Maria Shouldice, who's knowledge and professionalism made this experience one of ease, comfort and joy. I've been through this process many times with other high end dealers and never experienced such class or witnessed such an amazing culture of teamwork. I have purchased 7 BMWs from BMW of Freehold and have always had fantastic service from Dan Claro. From product knowledge to financing, Dan was always helpful with all of the up to date information and financing costs everytime I went in to see him. He was even able to find me a car during the COVID times when no one else had any inventory. I made the move from Mercedes to BMW 10 years ago because of Dan and have no intention of ever going anywhere else as long as he's at BMW of Freehold.

Thank you for a wonderful experience purchasing my first BMW. Danny Claro, John Cheung and Maria Schouldice all helped make the process stress free and comfortable. On a whim on a Saturday I decided to stop by Freehold BMW with my oldest to check out an X7 for my wife. Mark E. and Nick L. were extremely helpful. They had the car I was interested in out immediately and had me in and out in about an hour or so. They are true professionals who are straight forward and not pushy. As pleasant as a car buying experience can possibly be, that is what you can expect at Freehold BMW. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience at BMW of FREEHOLD. Our sales manager was Arthur, and i would say he taken care of our deal from bottom to top. We came from Texas to buy the car and he has helped us for a week long, by sending us full information and even did video before we arrived. Very welcoming, and very professional sales person. Highly recommended.

I've purchased many cars over the years but BMW of Freehold was the best buying experience I have ever Had. Working with General Manger Danny Claro was a pleasure. He discounted my new 2024 BMW XM more than any other BMW dealer in the Country. I did check everywhere. He also gave more for my Trade than I expected. Finance Department was great. My salesman John Cheung was very knowledgeable with My New XM. It has alot of tech which he explained.Trust me if your in the market for a new or used BMW go to BMW of Freehold. Wish I could give BMW of Freehold 10 STARS!!!!!!!!

Danny made it all happen seamlessly with this experience. His role in financing has been second to none! Always polite and always does his best to get us the deal we want. Our sales rep, Mark Eustice was phenomenal. From our initial telephone conversation to the delivery of new cars keys from his hand to ours, he did not skip a detail. Not only was he confidently well versed in the specifics of the car we chose, he was patient and polite. I was going to switch vehicles at the last minute and he was ready to accommodate us if that was what we chose. Appreciate that.When you go, ask for Mark Eustice.

My fianc� and myself went down to look at trading in her jeep. We were set up with Pierre the salesman who let us see a few cars. She ended up choosing a lease in the new X3. Pierre made the process seamless. Tyler in the finance department helped close the deal and made our experience at Freehold BMW worth the wait! Arthur was my sales rep very happy with him he was able to save me some money on the car and provided best customer service. He has a lot of patience and knows how to listen and based on that will accommodate you.it is very rare these days since a lot of sales reps. want easy sale. I must say that dealing with my salesperson Matt was the best experience I have ever had walking into a car dealership. He made the process a breeze and took all of my needs into consideration every step of the way. was on the fence before walking into BMW because of a poor experience I had in the past at a different BMW dealership but I will never go anywhere other than BMW of Freehold again. Frank Catania was the sales manager who came over and introduced himself. The teamwork of Matt and Frank is why I am able to enjoy my new BMW and changed my perspective on the brand.
