Best customer service I have ever received. I have been to multiple service stations but the way Mike owns and handles the customer is out of this world. I had few issues with my service but the way they supported me was tremendous.I will continue to come here for all my future car services.

Honest and fair pricing. First time using this shop, and I will be returning. I was told by another shop I needed front and rear brakes, turns out I only needed front brakes. Not only did they save me money, but the service was quick and the staff was very pleasant!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

10/10! Mike is kind, patient and hard working. I appreciate how quickly my brakes were replaced after dropping my vehicle off. Will definitely be going back for tire replacement/rotation and oil changes.

Always a pleasure! I service all of 3 of our cars with B&S and have never had an issue. Pleasant environment and I appreciate that when I send my daughter with her car on her own for a tire patch or service you provide a comfortable waiting area that is clean.

Called around on Saturday morning for a new tire that everyone else said is 1-2 weeks out. Michael said he get me in on Monday and order the tire for Monday since it s special ordered. Dropped off at 8:00a finished at promised time will be going back for future needs within the industry! I recently purchased a 40 plus year old classic British car. Not sure of the age of the tires I contacted B&S tires where I have purchased tires in the past. They told me to bring the car in because the code indicated that the tires while they looked like new were over 25 years old. Because of the age and small size of my roadster they had to special order the tires no longer available from most manufacturers. I knew when I purchased the car it looked great but was going to need much work not obvious to the back yard mechanic. While installing my new tires they noticed some issues and made recommendations on what needed to be done. I know that with my new tires and repairs this car will prove to be a solid investment.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I take my car here, my wife's car, and my dad's car here. For all repairs, including struts, engine, tires, oil changes, etc. I very much trust Mike. He is very honest and will always help you out on prices and give you the best recommendation like it is his own car. He is a good guy, and will continue to stay in business for a very long time because of how he treats his customers and the level of service he provides. Also, the shop is very clean! You know you will always have my business B&S!

Everything was done quickly which was nice BUT... be aware when they tell you prices. They quoted me around $1200 for tires and said I would owe that when I came to pay. Then got the invoice that included separate charges such as tire disposal and valve replacements.Was then talked into a wheel alignment and was told it costs 120 but they didn't say anything about the $67 dollar "computer spin". A LOT of hidden costs that they hit you with in the end. overall it was quick and easy but I didn't appreciate the hidden costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. To begin, the greeting was absolutely terrible. With something as simple as a nail in my tire, that s a 10-15 min job was going to turn into more if I stayed. I was told they had no time for me in addition I was told that the tire had to be removed. All they had to do was to pull out the nail carefully and plug it. They told me they had no time for me and that it s more than a 10 min job. Also, on the way out 2 random workers said it s not personal . Went to another company/business, 15 min was done with a plus. The workers were unprofessional and cursed as well. Worst customer service ever.

Awesome place! I've been going here for years. Everyone is so nice, they treat me and my family like their family. We know all of them, and Mike is awesome and very conversational whenever we visit. It's like visiting family or friends. Very reasonable prices and they can do anything for your car! I'd always leave my car overnight and it would be ready early the next morning. They'd always call and update me on the damage or repairs. Extremely professional company, highly recommended. The best in the area by a mile.

Always honest and to the point, will always try to save you a couple of bucks, but of course within reason. I would definitely recommend. I recommend!I've been bringing my cars to Mike at B&S for years. I've had great experiences with my repairs and the peace of mind knowing the mechanics there are thorough. I'm comfortable knowing my cars are road safe after service here. That's why I have my mother and sister bring their cars here.I have a 2002 Ford Excursion, Ive done a Full set of Triple tread tires which I loved, and are lasting me a long time, a full set of brakes, Bearings, Battery, and some odds and ends to keep this truck working for me. 18 year old truck and she's still riding smooth! Thanks B&SThen I have a BMW which I've done hand full of things here water oil changes, pump, Tires, Brakes and wiper blades.Bottom line is B&S keeps my work truck working and my luxury car driving safe.
