I think everyone has trepidations about bringing their car for repairs. In this case I was pleasantly surprised. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Went there on a Friday for an estimate, brought the vehicle in on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. Wow. Could not have asked for anything more. The final product appears to be a perfect match and there is a lifetime warranty. Would definitely recommend this shop. Good people.

It was an excellent experience. Tom Tweitmann is an excellent technician and mechanic. The guidance and repair was impeccable. The entire team is great. Girls at the reception are very courteous and responsive. Our car was vandalized in Newark. The guy broke passenger window glass and tried ripping off the passenger side door panels, took away every thing including left over Salmon. Tom repaired the car as if nothing ever happened.

Once again, we had to use Auto Pro Collision for my car after it was hit in an airport parking lot. Work was done, in the timeframe quoted, no changes in quote, excellent service! I highly recommend Auto Pro Collison for any repairs.

I had my bumper repaired at Auto Pro Collision late last month and their work is great! The repair took less than a week from delivery to pick up and they even went so far as to wash and vacuum my car. They did a fantastic job on the repairs. The car looks as best as it has in a long time! As a third generation customer, I highly recommend their auto body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What an amazing team at the shop. I've thankfully not had many visits to a body shop but compared to my past experiences at other shops, Auto Pro made me feel comfortable, explained every step of the way for me, and even assisted me with insurance questions.The delivered my car faster than expected and the car looked the same as the day I got it. I was very pleased with my repair from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and the mechanic was very nice and trustworthy. He even recommended a place nearby that fixed my brakes on the spot and finished by the following morning ,(Freehold Service Center). The work done on .y vehicle at AutoPro was impeccable!

Having a windshield replacement done, Safelite caused damage to my vehicle. I was recommended to Auto Pro Collision in Freehold NJ by a close friend. Freehold isn't that close but I trusted the recommendation. My friend was spot on. This shop is great. The staff were excellent to deal with. They provided a timeline, kept in communication and the end result was outstanding. You don't go into the day hoping to need body work done on your vehicle but when the need arises you want a shop that does great work. Auto Pro Collision is that shop. There are so many hacks out there, this place does the job right. If I had to drive an hour to this shop for body work, I would.

Vehicle wasn t properly repaired. Door locks and seats controls didn t work, engine light was on, other spots on my vehicle were damaged and touched up to disguise new damage. This was the worst auto body experience I ever had. The Shop staff was very argumentative. Do yourself a favor and stay away.The shop called me harassing me about the google review I left. Now they are trying to recover. My wife s car had a softball size rust spot on the back quarter panel. Sebastian and his team at Auto Pro took great care of us. They did a fantastic job on the car itself, they did the job very quickly, they communicated with me through the entire process, and when they returned the car the interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off. The woman who greeted me as I walked in was very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was top of the line. Since then I brought another car back to them and received the same experience. My car was damaged from front to back by a driver running through a stop sign. It broke my heart just to look at it. It came back looking brand new, drives great, no trace of damage anywhere. Overall great experience, very professional job, friendly people at the shop. One minor complaint is the car took longer than expected. I highly recommend Auto Pro Collision. They were professional throughout the entire process fromthe front desk to the mechanics. I had the front bumper replaced on my car, and it looks brand new!Perfectly matched the paint color, beautiful work.My car was ready two days earlier than originally estimated. Excellent service.

Dealing with car repairs is always extremely stressful but I've never had a better customer service experience than with this company. Sebastian kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and also personally saw to it that our truck was towed to our house when I was unable to have someone help me to go and pick it up. The truck was also cleaned, inside and out, brought back good as new by a friendly tow truck driver! I have never written a review but they really deserved some praise from my experience.
