I bought a car for my daughter at Ray Catena Audi of Freehold. The people there truly care about their customers. Everyone from the GM on assisted to make sure it was the right car that was safe & sound for my daughter. I am thankful there for the people there to help make this transaction a good one. Mr. Ray Catena and the wonderful staff that assisted - thank you! You have a customer for life.

RO: 124567Tag: 5272After multiple attempts trying to reach them, changing my rating to 1 star.Update2: I tried reaching the manager mentioned in the reply, i called multiple times but no response. Even left a message to the front desk to have him va be back now but again nothing. This service center is unreliable looks like. Also my maintenance record that i can pull up does not show any records of oil change or other inspection they do as part of 95k service i paid for. I got my engine diag issue r solved by going to another Audi dealership. I am now thinking I should probably do the service that i needed again because i don't think they really did anything.Update: coincidence or not, 1 day later i see the check engine diag light on. I am surprised they cannot find my info from the Tag, TO and other transaction information provided in this review.Having been to the other Audi service centers this one is just about par. First time ever my service from an Audi service center didn't even do a complementary car wash and their claim of light vacuum indeed was zero. Service price (95k) was quoted on the phone (call made by me) differently than when it was taken (by my wife) to the service a day later. Apparently i called up and then booked my appointment online, so not sure if that matters but it shouldn't either way. So a bit of transparency issue as well. On the plus side they do provide some waiting area for the customers and staffs are very polite. I have some follow up work to be done but i will definitely rethink about it.

My wife s 2021 q5 air stopped working. Asked if I could bring in same day. Explained to them the car is in philli during week . Said I needed an appt , that a loaner would not be available for a few weeks and they only address ac issues on Monday through Friday. Woman was extremely pleasant but at the end of the day could not meet demand. Purchased three cars from dealership. Very disappointing!! Update: got a loaner manager arranged thanks!!!Service: Air conditioning

Could not have been treated better. Peter Roman was the most professional service consultant. Answered all my questions and got me in and out quickly. my loaner car was brought to me instantly and well as when I returned to pick up my car, which was delivered to me the moment i arrived.i look forward to returning. thank you. April 2022 : Q5 for 85k service. Requested to check a noise that was coming from the front wheels along with the service. Instead, was suggested to run an engine diagnostic which we declined as the noise was clearly coming from the wheels.We were charged despite having a service package and letting them know we had one.Failure to check the vehicle as well as the customer data.May 2022 : The noise from the front wheels had increased and hence went for a service at Bell Audi, Edison. As per the technician, It was a regular wear and tear of the front axle rubber(boot) which costs a couple of hundred and should have been informed in the service done in April. Now that the entire shaft costing 4000 has to be replaced due to negligence from Freehold service, it is unfair to not only deny having not seen any visible damage but to give indifferent responses to a customer. The point here is about Freehold failing to diagnose a complaint by the customer and costing us an expensive service now and also clearly putting us at risk here - to be driving the vehicle in dangerous conditions.Hope this review is descriptive enough. You may look into our April under boot video and have a discussion with Bell Audi if necessary because we all clearly know who is at fault here.Not recommending your service/sales to anyone. As another review reads, no idea how these guys have 5 stars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst service experience. I gave my Q5 for regular service and they didn't inform me about the broken CV boot of my front axle shafts. Now I have to shell out 3700$ from my pocket for replacing the entire Axle shafts!! When someone checks the brake condition for a regular service, they wouldn't have noticed the entire wheel cover greased by the CV boot? How come anyone would have missed this? So they didn't check the brake pads too? The worst service experience someone could have received from Audi. I wouldn't recommend this service center. If there is a way to provide 0 stars, I would do that.

This is by far the best dealer I ve been to. Customer service is actually top of the line to me, especially when those are things I go on when I drop my car off or even making a phone call to Ray Catena Audi. Let me tell you the service dept all the time gets top ratings from me because I got a 2007 Audi A8L services there and you would think I had a brand new car the way I was treated. This is what kept me returning for years, service dept keep up the excellent work and I ll keep giving the positive feed back.I also give my name when I do so, I must say I take a long ride to get to you and it s worth the ride. Ive only had one negative experience there and that didn t keep me from going there because of the quality customer service I get there.Thank you again !!

If you purchased your vehicle through this dealer, you might be happy with the service. Otherwise, you may want to go elsewhere as you will be a lower tier customer and not deserving of advertised perks on their website such as at home service. I have also not been lucky enough to experience them "truly caring about their customers," as some other reviews suggest. What I have seen is my audi going into limp mode on my way back from the dealer. They messed up so badly that I almost did not make it back to the dealership without a tow. Got a "sorry for the inconvenience" on this one. I have no idea how these guys get a 5.0 on Google. Did they hire a service to make this happen? My experience speaks to neither the service itself nor the customer service being particularly desirable.

First time I've had terrible experience here. Dropped car at 915 appt. They did nothing with the car for 7 hours. Just said you'll have to leave your car. But, they have no loaners. Why schedule appt if they can't even START to look at it? Lame

I recently had my rear window replaced by Freehold Audi. Mike was my service rep who provided fabulous customer service. I was provided with loaner car and I accidentally left a personal belonging on the rear seat. Mike not only searched out the item, but brought it to my home. Kudos to Mike and Freehold Audi for a job well done!Thank you once again..Cathy Brown

This is the first Audi I have ever leased. I leased the SQ5. I absolutely love it. The people at the dealership are incredible. They were so helpful, not pushy and there was no BS. Rick Sofo is the sweetest salesman, not to mention he knows everything and anything you could want to know about the vehicles. Also dealt with Steve and Rob in service. Can't say enough about all of them. Best dealership I have ever been to. I have leased infinite, Porsche and Lexus. Never had this great of an experience

Took our SQ5 in for a loud creak that developed from the sunroof. It was so bad we didn't want to drive the car. They were quickly able to determine the problem and ordered a replacement sunroof assembly, which was replaced under warranty. We were given a loaner Q5, which was a big convenience They even left a goody bag with a granola bar and water in our car upon return. Thanks again for the great service.

I don t think anyone would be looking forward for their service appointment. It was a pleasant experience. I waited for about 40 minutes until the car was done, all the service completed and the car washed as it is new again. Above all, I found a nice goody bag for the road. Thank you Freehold Audi. It s a pleasure doing business with you.

Crazy at work getting YE commitments delivered, conference calls with customers, tracking COVID infected employee, PTO, family heading back home. Flat tire on my 2019 A8L week between Christmas and New Years. Call Audi dealership @ 7:30am desperately needing help.We have the tire in stock, bring it in. Arrive @ 8:00am, car pulled into shop, up on lift, new tire installed, out the door @ 9:15. (quicker than a NASCAR pit stop) Thanks to Peter Roman and Christopher (my tech who sent a video of the work completed and check made) Happy New Year.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My oil change was super quick! I had to wait there because they didn't have any courtesy vehicles available at the time. They told me it would take 90 mins. I was completely out of there in under an hour! Great service & friendly professional staff. Even found a Ray Catena goody bag with hand sanitizer in my passenger seat.

Love this dealership, my family purchased two cars from Ray Catena Audi. Dmitry is the best sale person I have ever met and I got very upset when he got fired. I have visited many dealerships (BMW, Benz and Porsche) while looking for a car and I can tell with confidence that we have purchased our first car in this dealership just because of him and we came back for the second one right after. I called Dmitry every time we needed a car services or had any questions so I called In last week and I was told that he does not work anymore.

My driver and passenger windows were sticking. Antonio (Tony) Watson, service advisor, was awesome. He was so kind and helpful.
