Staff was very sweet and accommodating to make you feel comfortable, I just had Tom Andia as my sales man for my New Quatrro A3. Im in love and its all thanks to that man. He found exactly what i wanted but better within my budget. Cant beat that! Work with Tom if you go into Audi freehold, loved my experience & my new car 10/10

Been a customer at Ray Catena Audi Freehold since 2016. 8 years & 4 cars total, the experience you get when you walk in their doors is unmatched. Jorge, Mike C, and Steve are your go to guys! Their knowledge, professionalism & care are top notch. Service team is amazing. Warranty team is amazing. Sales and management, also amazing. I worked with Greg and had the best buying experience that I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased many cars but Audi Freehold was the BEST experience - I would like to add that the older I get, the more difficult I have become to satisfy so well job Audi Freehold! I also met Steve (I think he was the sales manager), Steven who spoke about warranty options and Frank who ensured I knew how to operate the interior functions of my new car. The women at the front desk (I think I spoke with Kat at least twice) greeted me upon arrival and were helpful and friendly - even when I called in. Dan also helped me for a bit before I was able to meet with Greg. Really a wonderful experience all around. My husband was also impressed. I see myself being a returning customer. Thank you all for making my experience so positive.

We had a great experience getting our 1st Audi in America for our firstborn!!! Greg has excellent skills in customer service. He knows his craft!! Awesome experience I must say!! From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was met by Kat s warm, welcoming smile. I was then introduced to Michael and Tom, who turned out to be knowledgeable, personable and caring Brand Specialists. Tom treated my indecision with the utmost understanding, respect and patience. His professionalism went beyond just sealing the deal he brought his heart to the table which translated into sincere, caring, customer service. As a medical professional with over 46 years of experience, bringing one s head AND heart to the table or bedside, generally brings the most favorable outcomes. Last but not least, the associate who educated me on my new car s functionality was as outstanding as the rest of the team! Bravo team Audi Freehold!!!

Just bought an A6 from Audi Freehold and I can not be happier with my experience. From my salesman, Gabriel, (who I highly recommend and will be my salesman as long as he is willing to put up with me) to the General Manager, Denis, and everyone else I came in contact with, every aspect of my purchase was a pleasure. They are a well-run, friendly, no-nonsense dealership who are extraordinarily responsive to their customers. I honestly can not say enough about these guys. Great car and great place to buy one. If you re in the market for an Audi this is absolutely the place to go. And ask for Gabriel. He s the man!

Bought a 2023 S5 with Hassan.This dealership is really nice. Lots of cars to choose from. Steve the used car sales manager was nice and Hassan was a doll.I am so happy with my purchase the car is amazing. Highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a gorgeous A5 Cabriolet from Gabriel at Audi in Freehold NJ via phone & Facetime. It all worked well for us coming from Myrtle Beach SC. Gabriel is a good communicator before & after the sale. He is always helpful to all my inquiries. Your showroom is gorgeous! Thanks for everything. Bob and Felicia. My husband and I recently leased a gorgeous A5 cabriolet from Audi Freehold. It was a surprise, so Tom Andia and his team had it beautifully displayed for me in the showroom, complete with the red bow and all. Tom and the staff made this experience so wonderful, personal, and memorable, it was as if they were surprising one of their own loved ones. He and his team made the paperwork end of the transaction a smooth and painless process, and although it was late at night, they did not rush us--they were all very patient with us and they took time to answer any questions we had regarding the technicalities of the purchase, as well as questions about the car itself. After the purchase, Tom continued to make himself available to us, and our interactions with him and the team have been nothing but positive. Our experience with Tom was truly exceptional and we definitely look forward to working with him and the Audi Freehold team again in the future.

Dan Alves is a great asset to the dealership. Every time I need something he responds immediately. He is what keeps me coming back, in addition to the amazing cars. This is my family s 10th Audi. Gabe was excellent when meeting him for the first time. I purchased my Audi that same day. Since July 2022, he has made sure I am happy with my purchase and answered questions along the way. I m sure my next purchase will be with his advice, too.

Greg was amazing! After learning that my car was stuck in customs, he quickly found me another one and had it delivered over New Years weekend with the exact interior/exterior I originally wanted. He was always quick to respond, and even came in on his day off so I could pick up my new car. Absolutely love Audi! Thank you again

6 cars in 6 years and this was the best experience so far. 3 Audi's, 1 Nissan, 1 Infinity, 1 Subaru, perhaps 100 dealers around NJ and edges of PA and edges of NY. I have probably been to almost all the Audi dealers in NJ central and north.Kurt Hughes took the call over the phone, checked that the car was in the showroom, checked that no deposits had been put down, all without asking and had the car ready for test drive on arrival. Providing all the explanations without the sales hype or issues. Worked on every negotiation detail without hesitation or resistance.Follow up post sales was excellent and followed through all the issues without complain and in very prompt manner. Provided his cell phone for any questions, issues. Even responded while on vacation.Made arrangements for the plates to be picked up closer to my home, and the other showroom - and infinity showroom, put on the plates without questions or hesitation.The only negative was the insurance sales guy who kept pressing even though I told him upfront I was not buying any extra insurance. He still made me listen to his spiel for 15 minutes and the pressed on the purchase.A lot of respect for Ray Catena to have developed a sales organization like this.I will be doing all my car shopping at Ray Catena in the future.

The service provided by Audi Freehold has been beyond my expectations! Marc Levine took amazing care of me and provided impeccable service. He delivered my Audi along with Jack Scribellito, whom both took their time explaining everything I would need to know about my new Audi and made sure they didn't leave without me completely satisfied and all my needs met. Joseph Scribellito was also incredibly helpful, I can't speak highly enough about the team at Audi of Freehold!

Experience was great! I was a bit nervous about the possibility of a high pressure sales person, but my experience with Gabriel Maradiaga was nothing like that. Gabriel was very patient with me and as a true professional explained everything about the 2024 Audi Q5 and answered all my questions and concerns! I highly recommend Audi Freehold and Gabriel Maradiaga! I should also say that I love my brand new 2024 Audi Q5, S line!

Always greatly taken care of at Audi Freehold! We were helped by Joe F. and manager Mike C. This is was my fourth purchase/lease from Audi Freehold, this being my second experience with Joe and first with Mike! They helped my fianc� and I both walk out with vehicles we love that day. I've purchased two cars from Audi Freehold. My most recent experience with Gabriel was 5 stars from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for him if you are stopping in. He listens to your needs and the price offered was fair from the top. I will be coming back to Audi Freehold for my next purchase to work with Gabriel.

We just bought a Audi Q5. We arrived late to the store yesterday and could not complete the transaction. No problem they delivered it to our home 75 miles away. Being in the automobile business I can be quite critical at times. Not this time. Hassan Khan, our salesperson and Joe Scribellito the sales manager were patient, knowledgeable and receptive to our needs. This is how business should be done. Thank you to the Ray Catena team for making our purchase an enjoyable one. If you are looking for an Audi don't hesitate to visit them.

Pleasant staff on the phone. Service members are very helpful. Was surprised to find if they dont have courtesy cars avail, they send you home in an uber complimentary. They also wash your car with every service call. Highly recommend.

Due to unforeseen issues, I had to postpone the delivery, and he assisted without hassle. My car shopping experience began back in September. After doing much research and reading, I knew I wanted an Audi A3. Initially, I called up the closest Audi dealer to my office, only 2 miles away, because I wanted to be able to run over on my lunch hour to take a look at a 2024 A3. I called in advance, and they assured me they had one on the lot. I arranged for my husband to drive from home to meet me there because I wanted his opinion. We got there, and they didn t have any A3's on the lot. Not only did they not apologize for wasting our time, but when we expressed our disappointment at the deception, they actually tried to talk me into looking at other models.I then called Audi Freehold and spoke to Gabriel Mandiaga who assured me they had an A3 on the lot, more than one in fact, and that while it might not be in a color I would want, they did have them. I arranged to visit the showroom and in Gabriel s absence was met by Christian, on Gabriel s team. He couldn t be more friendly, and showed me a couple of A3s, rode with me on a test drive, answered all my initial questions, etc.My next visit was with Gabriel Maradiaga, an Audi Brand Specialist. He answered additional questions, and because they didn t have any Audis on the lot in the exterior/interior color combinations I wanted, he looked in the Audi system and was able to see that only one Audi A3 was in transit from Germany in the color combination I chose, due to arrive in 10-12 weeks. I gave a deposit and was told that when the car came in, if I hated the colors, my deposit could be put towards another car in colors of my choice.In the end, the car arrived, I loved it, and the rest is history. I picked up the car two weeks ago and have been back twice for bells and whistles lessons with Frank. I m an old dog who needed additional assistance on the various screen/app options: how to get to them, how to use them, how to open the gas tank, etc. He was friendly and very patient, and he deserves a medal for bravery above and beyond the call of duty!All in all, Audi Freehold proved to be an excellent experience from beginning to end. White glove service all the way.

Joe/Tom allowed my experience with Freehold Audi an amazing one!His persona and customer service skills were stellar. I didn t even clock watch!!!I wish I could call out the Audi team by name because I m appreciative of the service they gave us collectively!
