I drive from Manchester to Freehold because I really liked the car wash. This morning 9/15/20 took my car there the person first was rushing me put the car. I was taking things out my car to put in the trunk so he can clean. So I says something to the assist. Manager I guess he said he would speak to him. He did say the guy father's died. But than I get home. I had to vacuum my own car out because it was horrible. I paid for the Supreme wash. Money doesn't grow on trees. I am very upset. I been coming to the car wash for a long time and I get treated like this.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

The price is fair, I waste the money for a ultimate or whatever the highest option is. Save your money and just get the basic one. They don't do cash back so bring cash. They need to upgrade their cash system.

Just had a car wash, unfortunately I now have 3 small chips, on my side mirror, door and hood. Not sure how this happened but you all better check your equipment! The public should not come in to clean their vehicles and leave with damage.

Long time customer, because the car wash itself is very good. However, the wait time has only gotten longer over the years. Sadly, I just can t keep going to a place that can take so long due to understaffing.

$29 and I had to go home and dust my dashboard, clean out the cup holders, re-vacuum and there were still dead bugs on my windshield and hood that came off easily with a rag. This place has been bad for awhile but this is the worst. Go somewhere else.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

They do a great job on the exterior of the car as well as the inside of the windshield and other windows. I gave 3 stars because I usually have to go over the carpets with the vacuum and wipe down the console again. A little disappointing for the cost. If you are NOT nitpicky about the inside, and you don't want to Windex your own windows, this is a great place to go.

My experience with this car wash today was dealing with a dishonest manager, Roberto. It was a beautiful day and I was in line on lane 2. My car went in and I was taking a call. I immediately walked in to pay the person inside. I came out and the man was yelling you left your windshield wipers on, absolutely false. If I had my windshield wipers on, I would have smeared the marker they put on my car to indicate the type of wash I was getting. I walked into the office and spoke to Marty. There was another gentleman waiting to pay. That customer confirmed the men didn t even know how to close my trunk, he saw they were messing around with the buttons in my car. Thank goodness for him. Marty still told me I had to speak with the manager, Roberto. My windshield in his hand screaming at me that he has a sign they are not responsible . I told him to either fix or pay for it, as I am fully aware my windshield wipers were not on and getting further confirmation from another customer behind me. I asked for my blade back as he had it in his hand and he refused to give it to me. My fianc� went back to get it for me and he told him it was under the interior of the machine. This man is a dishonest, rude, and arrogant manager. Who steals your stuff he breaks and uses it for other vehicles. As long as they have him as a representative I will not go back to that car wash. This place is a rip off with dishonest illegals! Shame on the owners for hiring someone like this and stealing peoples stuff.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I bring my truck frequently. Price is reasonable, truck always comes out looking great! I have an off-road package, and the guys are attentive to drying all the extra pieces, including back window that is difficult to get to. The manager, Roberto is always friendly and quick to attend to concerns I may have. He has offered me some valuable advice on maintaining my trucks appearance. I have had it with this place. Got a supreme wash yesterday. Got home and spent my afternoon vacuuming my car. I can t stand it. Happens all the time. So aggravating.

Honest, fast, automated car wash. Cars get reasonably clean, as much as can be expected from a 3 minute interior vacuuming and an automated spray and dry. Good for people who bring their cars weekly, they even offer unlimited memberships for that.

They need to do a better job of drying the cars. I mean it was very empty and nobody there you tell me couldn't spend a little extra time drying it and plus the tire shine just comes right off the tires it doesn't even stay on.. I spent $24 for the ultimate wash, guess my money went down the drain. I'll be washing my own car from now on to get better results

I had an interior detail today, and it looks wonderful! After 2 years of eating lunch in the car with my kids during the pandemic, it was a disgusting mess! They worked their butts off in 90 degree heat on a very busy day, and now, I'm no longer embarrassed! Thanks. Guys!!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

My favorite local place to get a car wash. The line to enter the wash is very efficient. The team that does the vacuum is quick and moves the cars into the wash. I always get the Ultimate Wash which covers both outside, inside, and tire glaze. While the machine's do their job I walk down the hall to pay. There are some benches to sit outside to wait for your car to finish. The key to a good wash is how the car is hand dried. I think the team at Wash 33 do a very good job here. Dont forget to leave a few dollar tip for these guys if you are satisfied with your clean car.

Didn't have issues with them. They did the interior and exterior. We even had change and bills in the car that we didn't know of and they found them and left the money in the cup holder. Obviously, you're not paying for a 100+ car detailing service, it's under 20$, so YMMV, but for less than 20$, I'm satisfied.

This place has gone downhill. They used to do a good job. I went there and paid for the supreme wash and they barely wiped anything down. The rims weee still dirty, they did not put the tire stuff on it. I went in and said something and the manager came out and argued with each point saying it s not their problem. The inmates are obviously running the asylum here. Owner needs to wake up. A good employee does not always make a good manager.

I have to tell you..... I visited in October 2019, and had not so great of an experience. I posted my experience and instantly heard from management on how disappointed they were of the service I received. They were truly sorry, and went above and beyond to make it up to me. I revisited the carwash yesterday, and boy did they do a nice job. It means a ton when companies care, and do exceptional customer service!I would definitely recommend 33 East Car Wash!

Interior might be dirtier after the wash then it was when I arrived at the car wash. Dirt on the mats, dashboard, did not wipe down screen. I paid for the supreme wash which was $30. They do a pretty decent job. The full service wash is plenty. You get a wash and a vacuum with towel dry exterior and a quick wipe in the interior. My opinion is the higher tier washes are not necessary. All in all a pretty good deal.

My gps took me here by accident and I m glad it did. They did a awesome job!! What really got me was they found $20 somewhere in my truck and they put it in my middle console and not there pocket.. I took that $20 and put in the tip jar for them. Thanks for your honesty!

Wouldn't wash my truck, said the LED light bar would break off. I assured them it wouldn't and I would take responsibility and they still refused to wash my truck. Brought it down the street to Race Way and they had no qualms. I understand they may have had issues in the past and I do respect that so I gave them 3 stars.

Called for an appointment to get car detailed. Guy Marty was rude as hell made it sound like I was inconveniencing him by asking for an appointment. I don t give my money to anyone who thinks they are doing me a favor. Other people would love to have the business.
