Great service and very fair prices. They always go out of the way to accommodate you. Great place for used parts as well. I take all my vehicles to them exclusively. They take great care of my older Tahoe just as well as the newer Explorer. Our kids take their vehicles there as well

Very helpful. Was able to get what I needed to get back on the road expeditiously. The office workers could use some hospitality training for sure, not very welcoming and my presence seemed like a bother to them. Otherwise the technician and man who answers the phone are gems and backbone of that place.

Be Careful what you buy from here! I drove 1.5 Hours each way to pick up a part from what at first seemed like very nice helpful people . It wasn't until I made the hour and a half ride back home to install it just to find out it was defective. With all the fuses and relays installed you couldn't see what was lying underneath So i spent another 4 hours cleaning it and testing it doing everything i could to fix it and not have to call them or drive back there again. I had a little luck with it but couldn't get it working good enough to use it. From being in this business for a very long time and buying parts from alot of other businesses i understand about purchasing electrical parts and refunds or no refunds i should say ( in most cases) Next morning I call...... All i got was pretty much Sorry you are beat we dont give a Sh%t about you or doing future business with you no matter how nice our first impression is

My fiance had a terrible experience with this place. We were looking for tundra parts and when I called the one down 322 said they had 1. We got there and girl said all the way to the back and to the right and said the color.They didn't have it. She even helped looked. So she called the brother who is the owner.. and BTW 2 brothers separately own each 1 solo... the girl apologized and said sometimes the 2 places computers for inventory get messed up and switched.So the next morning we go to the next one around 11:00 a.m.and looked for the red tundra in the back to the right...Well, we found it, and it was a tundra cab only and no tires.. NO ENGINE!!! AT ALL..I was told it was a whole 2002 toyota tundra.So we look up what other make model and years are capatible with ours and the internet gave at least 8 with all the different years. After being there now for 4 hours walking in between rows we found a camry.. start pulling the pieces the needed until I'm an hour into pulling the engine apart I didn't have an Allen key needed.. let me remind you, it's rainy and misty that day. My fiance walked a long way back to the front to ask if someone has this tool and the guy inside told her to ask so and so and that's what she did... she pulled up pictures because they didn't speak much English..On the way back to me she asked another man and he told her he can't allow it because it's a liability. She got upset and started explaining our time and patience and the tool needed is packed for free in furniture box assemblies and what's he ? Tells her he'll give her,, her 2$ entry fee back and pulls out his phone like he was going to call someone on her.So she came back told all this to me and said I'll figure it out....So now it's 430 and they close.My sister got the tool to me but I had maybe another 10 min to pull the parts I needed. Knock sensors, to be honest. That's a job in itself and a very nice man came around to tell us we had to leave. We asked very politely for just 10 min and we were told we couldn't and gave about a 10 min long conversation why they can't won't and don't.HAD to go back next day (now 3rd day which means no vehicle for 3 daysWe end up with the parts and it comes to 32$.. for those 2 sensors. I asked this man if that was correct and he re-did the math and it was right....Amazon had them for them for 38$ next day..They charged us our fee for all 3 days even knowing their mistakes caused us 3 days extra money with no car.OOF!!!! They aren't good people. Just rude and ignorant to life

Always seem to have what I'm looking for. Good people with one minor problem when it come to wording of warranties. When they offer to replace something if the one they sold you fails in 3 month I expect to have it replaced. They wouldn't replace it but did offer me my money back. Reason why tho is cuz they cant find the part as cheap as what they sold it so won't replace it. That's shouldn't be my problem when they guaranteed a replacement not cash back. Now they want me to pay a 1000 bucks more for them to replace it.... That's should be on them not me....

I wouldn t even give them one star but I have to because Google will not allow me to not put anything up there but that s beside the point. I called this place because they had a certain part that I needed I was 1hour and 10 minutes away so I spoke to the young kid that works there and he told me that he would sell me and take anything off that I needed so then when I got there it was a different story very rude wasn t helpful at all, it was a total waste of time and they act like they were doing me a favor . So I went to another junkyard in the area they help me out and I told him about the incident what happened at Bruce s junkyard and the guy that worked there at the other place told me you re not the first one that goes through this we get a lot of complaints! So buyer beware

Very experienced tow truck driver picked up my heavily damaged car. He was able to maneuver it into position on the truck and at my mechanic's shop. I truly felt that he valued my car like it was his. He even was thoughtful enough to place the car on blocks so that the mechanic could get the jack under the car easily. I would use this company again.

I purchased a used engine from here. I was told it had 108,000 miles on it. When I look up the VIN on the engine I received, carfax shows 146,000+ miles in 2016. I paid for the engine up front, the moment I ordered it. It was delivered a day late. It required every gasket, and had a bad head gasket. I made it clear that I was in a time crunch to get this vehicle done. After calling back numerous times, and being told I'd be called back, nothing. I've been hung up on, and ignored. Unreliable, not trustworthy, just overall not good place to do business with. You have been warned.

Bruce's customer service and road side assistance was terrible. My car was caught in flood which caused the engine to stall. Bruce's towing company performed an unauthorized towed my car late friday night. Then didn't open until the following monday. The guy in charge of towing my car was grummpy and down right rude when I asked how to get my car back into my possession. The only positive note in dealing with Bruce's were the two ladies in the front office that helped me with my paperwork. They were polite and very helpful. I do not recommended using Bruce's towing at all. God help you if they tow your car.

The prices are thru the roof & both ladies behind the counter have to be the most rudest people I've ever met in my life.The Hispanic mechanic,on the another hand...was one of the nicest person I've ever met but he doesn't set prices.!

Shop more like $hit hole.Terrible place to go for anything way over paid for a used engine. They took over seven months to fix my truck. When i got it back it still didnt run right none of my gauges worked when they worked prior and on top of that i have no breaks. They just slapped the engine in and pushed it out of the shop and i had to take it to another shop to get it fixed because the shop likes to push things off and never get to it. The shop is a joke and a rip off. Nothing gets done in a timely fashion.

Used this towing service for my sons car when he broke down. It was through my car insurance that I used them. They were very friendly in the office giving me an estimated time they would be out, and the tow truck driver was very friendly. I would recommend using them to anyone who is in need of a towing service.

Used Bruce's towing again today - on time and the price was the best around - towing car from deptford nj to Williamstown - if you need towing company they 100% also got few parts before - can't complain either

These people have the best service omg they got my vote they were very nice people always have and smile on their face wonderful customer service my 2002 dodge neon needed an transmission for it they where my last resort I had given up all hope with my car but once my car got into their hands they gotten my baby back driveable I been too so many other shops it s was always something else wrong with it but Bruce auto told me step by step wat I needed to get done. They have gain an valuable customer if anything go wrong with any of my vehicles I will bring it to their shop their my baby (CAR) new doctor from here on out nobody else can touch my car but them they know what they doing. If anybody need their car fix take it to Bruce s auto they are the best and very reasonable lord knows they gave me hope all over again appreciate u guys to the up most. GOD BLESS U ALL THAT HANDLE MY CAR

DO NOT GO HERE ! I brought my used car in ,under warranty, for a repair because the dealer I purchased it from was in Doylstown P.A. and the warranty company suggested them since they were approved and they were the closest to me (5 minutes away).First they called me and said that the warranty company said my warranty was expired because my vehicle had 150,000 miles on it . It only had 68,000 (they had two other vehicles like mine in for repair and got them mixed up.They also gave the warranty company the wrong VIN number) Then they tried to charge me more than the $200 deductible "because they were on the phone for 4 hours with the warranty company, so they were charging me a $35 service fee for that, plus the tax, plus the difference for the hourly rate because the warranty company would only pay part of their fee.(Not true, they said they negotiated a reasonable fee with Bruce's and that they would only pay the amount he submitted and when I told Bruce this he lied and told me he was waiting for them to call him back but I had spoke with them just prior to going there and they said they worked it out with him) .The Warranty company agreed to reimburse me for the cost ,they told me to pay the full amount requested, which I was willing to do so I could get my car back, but Bruce's wife then told me they would not accept a check, only cash.(It was a company check)They are unorganized and very unprofessional .I will never go here again or recommend them to anyone.

Have come to Bruce Sr. For some time now. I own a pretty beaten up '98 ford escort and he always takes me seriously no matter how silly my issue my be. Has gone out of his way to fix things that weren't even on the work order. I come all the way from DE to seek him and will continue to.

paid 230$ for new brakes and rotors on my Honda Accord. the next day the tire they had worked on flew off the car as I was driving and caused major damage to my bumper and side panel. 3 weeks before this a friend of mine got his car worked on their, 2 hours after he left the shop his fuel pump blew and his computer was fried. 1200$ fix. go get your car done by anybody but these people unless you want to pay for the damage they cause out of your pocket.
