They have saved me one too many times with my lemon. They been the kindest mechanic shop who operate ethically. Work done by them is efficient and reliable. Tommy is a professional problem solver and will save you money and time. Extensive knowledge on repair and prevention. I came in for brakes my calipers were locked and I was provided an honest quotes for repair . Final cost matched the prices quoted. They helped me right away and saved me time. Impressed by these underrated mechanics. They were considerate of expensive repairs and still offered the cheapest price compared to other shops near by. I recommend Tommy the manager, and definitely Sean or Justin to fix issues with your car.

I pulled into the parking lot at 5:00pm just a mere hour before they close, desperately in need of getting my car serviced. There were other customers ahead of me, with no guarantee I would be seen that day. At 5:30 my car was driven into the shop, and it didn t matter that they were scheduled to close in 30 minutes. They understood that my car is my ONLY mode of transportation and made sure my baby was properly serviced and good to go, even though it meant working past their closing time. The gentlemen there were kind, respectful, understanding and very polite. Thank you to the team!Signed a VERY grateful AND returning customer.

My girlfriend went here because her right wiper wouldn't work. These guys told her that it looks like it broke from either ice or someone tried to break it off and that the entire wiper assembly needed to be replaced. They told her that it would cost $200 to fix and the part would be $300.I brought the car to my cousin for another look. Within 30 seconds the had the entire problem was fixed by simply tightening the bolt that holds the wiper down. We never needed a new wiper assembly and there was essentially zero labor involved. He didn't want money, but I still gave him a $20 for his 30 seconds of labor which is MUCH better than the $500 Mavis in Franklin wanted.Please be careful going here. They WILL sell you things you don't need and they WILL make up things about your car that are simply not true.This is

I had tires and brakes done here. I asked for a "quote" for worst case (rotors needed) and including some expensive tires I wanted. They were accurate with the quote vs. final cost. A few days later, I wanted a battery after letting the car sit for a lot of cold weather. I was surprised by their troubleshooting and honesty - just a loose battery terminal and no charge. I think I've found the place I'll be bringing my vehicles to regularly. That's how you win customer loyalty.

New to the area and so glad I found this place, because it can just be really difficult to find something trustworthy. They are quick, reliable, and incredibly transparent and patient. Justin and Rick worked with me and hot my car fixed up and right out, and I know they were busy. Even the few interactions I saw them having with everyone else seemed really pleasant, and that had put me immediately at ease.

Justin at Mavis is amazing! I noticed my tire pressure kept falling, so I called to see if I could come in and I got in that same day! I had a nail in my tire, and they fixed it in 15min! Amazing, fast service for a great price. Thank you!

I have been using Mavis for my car maintenance and tires since I moved to Franklin, NJ 5 years ago. I am always served with kindness and professionalism. The staff really cares about their customers. On Saturday, I had an appointment to get a headlight bulb replaced and I was going to drop my car off and leave it because they were very busy. Phil told me he will get it done right away if I could wait a few minutes. Just like that I was all fixed and on my way home before the snow storm started. Previous time I needed all new tires and shocks and the service man knew it was a costly fix. He got me all signed up for a Mavis credit card and really helped me out to make the cost more manageable. Thank you Franklin Mavis. You guys Rock!!!! Margaret Valcich, Franklin,NJ

I stopped by yesterday to drop a wheel off for a TPMS valve stem replacement. Even though it was close to closing time and the local internet was out (probably resulting in a little trial/error part selection), Justin insisted on taking care of the problem immediately. He even asked how much pressure I run in the tires, which is cool since I usually run a little higher than spec. Fantastic service!

Had the worst day when I got a flat and had so much to do no time to deal with this, however I stopped in mavis they completely blew me away with their kind and helpful staff. So professional and caring. They got me up and running in no time. Turned my day right around! Will absolutely be back!

Professional and honest crew! The last few times I was at Franklin Mavis I dealt with Phil and Joe. I felt throughout each visit they had my best interest in mind and were not trying to sell me on services I didn't need. They price match tires, cut the price with multiple services, explain/show their recommendations while the truck is on the lift and will tell you if something can wait a while or needs to be replaced asap. Printouts for alignment, brakes, etc are explained in detail and invoices are broken down before cashing you out. Rebates are printed and explained, while you wait, so that you can submit them on your phone while they finish up working on your vehicle. Always willing to go the extra mile as I have been personally driven 15 minutes home and picked up when I didn't have a ride. A+ auto shop

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for somegreat mechanics. Tommy always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available- fromrepair to replacement. As a woman, it can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, so I'm very happy to have beenreferred to Mavis. Tommy is the best!

Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Tommy he was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it fixed very quickly. I would trust him with any future repairs, I would not take my car anywhere else.

This was the Most Awesome Experience!! The timing, the pricing, the courtesy, etc., etc., etc.Rick went OUT OF HIS WAY to help us.He even loaned his own car to his totally awesome employee Justin to drive us home and pick us back up in HIS personal car.All things considered I will NEVER go anyplace else for tires, brakes, shocks or anything else they do!!

They do some amazing work here. Below are both my truck and my Miata. They have done all the work to it and as you can see they do some incredible work. John in there is great at taking care of you and i will be bringing all of my vehicles in there for years to come.

Professional, competent, courteous and ethical. They didn't pretend that I needed something replaced when all it needed was a little lubricant. I was a woman, by myself, they could have easily convinced me the issue was something more. Nope. Nice young guys with a work ethic....such a breath of fresh air. Five stars.

My 1st time to this place and my last. Brought my car here for 2 front tires. I waited over an hour. The tech cracked me expensive side skirt and didnt even say anything but that they couldnt get the car up. Spoke to the manager reasured me they would pay for all damages after they saw it on camara and took blame. I provided an estimate and is been days no answer except some one will call you we will call you and no response. Store manager Cain says is all on corporate who has yet to call me back. Sloppy work, workers and not a profesional place at all. Guy that broke my skirt even commented too nice of a car to be here. Never ever coming to this place. Just want then to pay for my damages and thats it. Horrible place!! Still waiting for an answer back.

I brought my car in for an alignment and two new rear tires. Joe helped me all the way because the car was still pulling to the right. Brought it back in and they fixed a leak free of charge and aligned it perfectly.Joe has been hands on and spoken with me every step of the way. We have been to so many Mavis Discount Tires that we lost faith until we saw the ratings on this location. I ve never been more happy. Great people and great management!Justin stepped in to figure out why alignment wasn t enough and when they worked as a team it was fixed! So happy! Thanks y all!

I've always thought highly of this company and have not had a bad experience until now. Yesterday my low tire light was on, I was told the valve sensor was leaking air and needed to be changed, fine. They did a great job and the light went off. The salesman said the technician noticed the valve sensor on my other three tires were also bad and should be changed soon. Thats an expensive job so I said I'll hold off for now. This morning, on my way to an appt before work, my low tire light came on again and I had a flat tire on a different tire. I waited an hour and a half for a roadside technician (missed my Dr appt) to be told that Mavis had put the wrong cap on my tire as it had an extension piece so it was pressing on the center and air was leaking out. He pumped my tire back up, replaced the cap and I had no further issues. I also asked him to check my tire sensors while he was there explaining what the Mavis tech had said and his machine had them all in green, there was nothing wrong with them. Be wary of this company telling you you need things you don't really need. I'm disappointed and no longer trust them.

Reliable Honest and knowledgeable and experienced mechanics at this Mavis. I confidently recommend Tommy and the mechanics at this shop. Never steered me wrong never ripped me off. The shop manager Tommy, and Justin, Joey, Sean And Thomas are honest fair knowledgeable mechanics. I appreciate all the information provided. They saved me time and money and are reliable. This team of mechanics at this Mavis never ripped me off once. I've had extensive work done to my Sonata and Altima . New discounted tires, oil changes, my radiator replaced, brakes, rotors, my calipers were locked, the front control arms, headlights assembly, my rear axels replaced by Tommy and his guys. Always given a fair quote for parts and after the job completed the price was correct. They provide parts with warranties and guaranteed their work. Excellent customer services as soon as you walk inside. You can even call & tommy helped over the phone. Clean, organized & no time wasted. Great computers system keeps a profile of your vehicles. Even helped me after hours. That's dedication so I'm a loyal customer and confidently recommend this shop for any and all vehicle issues.

Brought my daughters car in. All the idiot lights were lighting up. Checked the system and found out it was the ABS system and it needed to go to the dealership. Rick, the manager showed such respect and courtesy that if you need service and don t bring it there, you d be making a huge mistake!!!
