So we needed a tire rim for out Subaru, we contacted Central auto and they were very pleased to help us. The rim came in damaged and they were not happy with it and had us wait a few days so we could get a better rim. When the new rim came in we picked it up and it was like brand new. They were so helpful, polite and accommodating. Highly recommend their service and willingness to get what we needed. They were very courteous and kind throughout the whole process. Excellent service!

Horrible experience got 2 seats for the front off a 2012 honda crv they were all wet the foam was wet the weight sensors weren t working drove so far for this waist of my time

I tried three times to get the right parts for my vehicle. I am several states away. They are too busy and too important to attend to tiny details like driver side or passenger side. I sent the parts back, kept a non functioning mirror, and wanted other part refunded. Crickets. So I contacted NJ AG. They refunded the money for the other parts that I sent back. I do not know if they just do not care or if this is a front for something rlse.

Called 5 times to have my car junked. Gave me 5 different days they were coming to get it never showed up. No time when they were coming. They just told me I'm on the board and driver will call you. Highly dissatisfied.

Great communication and customer service! Price of my part was cheapest I could find. Part was inngreat condition. Would recommend for all your parts needs!

They always, and I mean ALWAYS, have whatever I'm looking for! I've been buying used parts from these guys for years. They aren't always the friendliest, but considering their prices and what they have available, the low mileage on the parts and how quickly they can get they can get them, they are, hands down, the best junkyard I've ever dealt with. They are definitely the best in the NY/NJ/PA area, I HIGHLY reccomend.

First-time experience and probably my last. I called twice yesterday and was informed they had the part I needed. I informed them I was an hour away and would be there first thing in the morning. I sat in their office for an hour waiting only to be told they did not have the part. 3 1/2 hours and gas wasted. On their truck it states free delivery yet I was not informed of this when I placed the order nor was it offered. I could have finished the vehicle with all that time now i have to go searching again.

I wish it was closer to Philly. I purchased a Mercedes door off eBay through these kind folks. I screwed up big time in that Google maps showed Franklin township which is a one coffee ride. I check again and I'm looking at Franklin NJ which would be a 5-6 hour round trip. This is not a rare part. Called CLA thinking this is going to be a royal PIA. Below is a copy of the thank you note I sent to Carlo as he is truly a gentleman and a more than understanding business person. Go there and buy there. Decent people have to be experienced first hand. Refund was in minutes, not hours, days or weeks. Thank you.Thanks a million for the refund. Not knowing there was a Franklin in NW and South Jersey was a lesson for this old Philly boy. Thanks for your� help and understanding.� With so many people bad mouthing each other it restored my faith that people can work together. Actions speak louder than words. Thanks

Bought a transmission today that was very hard to find. Price was amazing and service was great! $400 less than other places and came with a 90 day warranty!! Couldn t ask for any better!! Will definitely use in the future and already told my friends who have shops in the area!! Highly recommend!!

I attempted to purchase a part through Central Auto Liquidators. Initially, very friendly. They require a deposit to order a part, but do not accept them over the phone. I attempted to complete their credit card deposit form to email them, but had to call them back when #1 - I wasn't sure what deposit was required (no prearranged deposit), #2 - I had to question them on the requirement of including a copy of my credit card and drivers license. In speaking with them, I was informed that it was due to someone using a card that did not belong to them. Okay, I understand that. I informed the woman that I was more than willing to SHOW my credit card and drivers license but that I did not feel comfortable with providing a copy, not knowing the owner and what he might subsequently do with a copy of my information. This woman proceeded to get more and more irate with me, continuously increasing the volume of her voice - telling me she did not want to lose her job, she had kids to feed. I'm not sure what that had to do with anything as no one asked her to do anything to lose her job. I merely gave feedback that the policy may invade privacy laws. When I asked who the owner was and my desire to speak with him regarding my concern, she got even MORE upset and louder, telling me that Vinnie won't speak to a customer about his policies. I attempted to ask a few questions about Pay Pal, with little interest in the outcome, only to have this woman continuously interrupt me, at which time, I merely said good bye and hung up. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase from this company. Not only could they sell your personal information (they have copies of it), but, if the owner is so far removed from his customers that he is unwilling to speak to them and put them at ease that their information is safe, it's not a company that I want to do business with.

I ordered and paid for a part over the phone. Was told I would get a call when the part was removed from the vehicle and available for pick up. A week goes by and I get an email from PayPal that they refunded my money. I had to call to find out what's going on and was told nonchalantly that the part was no good. Oh, thanks for the heads upUpdate: Just checked the website again and the part is still available according to the site. as a matter of fact 2 are available. If that's the case, why was I not offered the option to purchase the other part?

Needed a part, couldn't tell me the condition until it's pulled. Won't pull it unless I leave a deposit in person. So I drive up there, 5 minutes west of Nowhere. They tell me they will get to it by the afternoon. I had to work but could have had someone pick it up. My 1 hour job is now taking a day. They never call, even though they took my cell. I call the next day at 8:05am, and they have no clue who I am. I tell them I already left a deposit, so they check and tell me they didn't get to it yet but will around noon. I call back at 12:55 and the woman tells me it's ready. I drive back up, and turns out they still haven't taken it off the vehicle (a five minute job). So I say forget it and get my deposit back, and have to drive to another place that has it. I wasted two days and all I get from the guy is "sorry man". I see from other bad reviews they're quick to excuses, but the fact is you did not do it, did not call, and when I did you lied and said it was ready. With my gas, lost work, I could have bought a new part for less. Terrible service? Try non-existent.

Very poor service. I ordered two parts for a specific car that they claimed they had the exact same model and package of. After two attempts, three wrong parts, I realized that they don't speak English, don't care, and are just too busy for regular customers. Never again.

I recently purchased 2 Mazda3 rims. I called ahead and was informed that they had 4 rims in stock. I went in and after a few minutes, we found out that the online inventory was wrong and they only had 1 in stock. The guy that helped me (I don't remember his name) apologized right away and offered to order the second rim and have it shipped right away. The rim showed up the next day, on time. Things happen that are out of our control, and they handled the situation professionally and quickly. I will recommend them to people in the future.

I find the review from the previous person a little hard to believe. I have been dealing with Central Auto for the past 10 years. I have never had a problem such as this arise with anyone I have dealt with at this establishment. From what it sounds like to me is that perhaps this person did not want to follow the company rules for the purchase. In my believing if you don't want to give someone your credit card for a purchase, wouldn't you just go pay for it with good ol green cash! I will continue to use this company for any car parts that I might ever need, I have never received a bad part or bad service so I will keep on using them!

AWFUL experience...rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional people on the phone. Twice didn t show up to pick up my car, even when scheduled 8 days in advance then never even called to cancel. Only found out because I called.If you don t pick up on Saturdays then why was I booked twice? Would ve been totally fine if just told it wasn t possible.

Had a great experience at CAL with Carlos. What was a horrible week for us with an accident and a beloved car being totaled ,he made us feel a little bit better about our situation by offering us some payment on a BMW 525 when the towing company was not offering anything for it.Business with him was easy ,hassle free and quick. He was very good and consciences about picking up the car from the towing place in a timely manner so we didnt haveto pay additional storage fees for another day.Paperwork was processed quickly and check ready in 24 hours. In the process of going to the location I also learned that you can buy used parts for pretty much any car!!Carlos was upfront, we trusted him and he helped us to navigate this process easily as it was our first time. CAL is a happening place - phones ringing off the hook and lots of buyers coming in which is a good sign.Highly recommend their services.

I can t believe I didn t know about this junkyard. Found the exact parts I needed and only 7 miles away. Excellent prices. Anyone needing excellent used parts should contact them first or go to their website. The people working there are friendly and informative! A++++

I was searching for a transmission for my car I found central auto online, called spoke to the owner Carlo and he was able to get me what I needed for a good price and had it delivered to my mechanic the next day. I truly recommend this place. Thank you so much!! My car is running again.

I ordered 2 side mirrors in silver color and a lady called "Nidia" took my order.At the time of order she told me she is very busy and she is trying to catch up I tried to take her attitude easy.After 1 business day and trying to remind her to ship the mirrors, she called me and said one of the mirrors is cracked and spray painted. (she should have checked them before getting my order)I asked for my money back and they agreed but until now they have not sent me back a dime.I called her to complain about her poor service and she says "have a great day" and hangs up on me!This lady (Nidia) needs extra training and some disciplinary courses.

Carlo, John and the others are an awesome group of people. They've gone above and beyond for me and others. They stand behind what they sell. They've stayed passed closing time to help people out. Trust me, I'm very picky when it comes to buying from salvage yards. And, they not only won my business, they've also earned my respect. Go and see for yourselves.

Been dealing with them for over 10 years. Always good service and good used parts. Its nice to see newer wrecks and modern parts and I don't have to pull my own stuff anymore. Just pay for whatever want and its ready in a day or so. A++.

I ordered some auto parts at central auto liquidators,at 245 davis rd, franklin, n.j.07416 they are a very good company. the auto parts and all ect. the service is really good,and profeshional, i recieved my items in less time that iv'e expected,the communition was great,and ther was no mistake, or mixup with my order,and the items was exactly as described. i thank you central auto liquiders and staff.

Absolutely terrible since switching to new ownership. I was looking for a common part (electrical pigtail) available on many VW and AUDI models, but since the representative was not able to look up the part on his computer, he could not sell it to me. He could of easily walked outside and looked to see if any golf, jetta, a4, a6, etc. were sitting out on the lot but instead he turned me down. Thanks for nothing CAL
