Today my battery died so I heard that if you take your car to advanced an auto parts they will run a free battery test so I took it there as soon as I got my car jumped. They helped me as soon as I got there and they tested my battery and even cleaned the corrosion off my battery! They were beyond nice and so helpful. I will 100% go back to them with any car part needs!

the staff in this store was completely unprofessional, wouldn t give me his name and lied about being a manager. i called another store s manager who will be reporting this to their district manager. never going in there again!

Went for a battery a 260 dollar battery. A young man was very helpful but the two older gentlemen were not.Ended up buying elsewhere for 300 but was treated better

I now almost always order online and pick up at the store. You can get a better price shopping this way and prices comparable or better than other shopping sites using their discounts to order on line. You can get your items in around 30 minutes or less and returning items is easy. Electrical items can't be returned so be wary of this.

My friend's car broke down awhile back due to the battery, after getting a jump from her sister we went straight here to check the battery. Staff was very helpful and kind considering how stressed my friend was. Definitely recommend coming here especially in a situation like this.

I used to love to go to the old store they had i spent so much money in that store over the years...... I moved away a few years ago and came back. then I saw the new store and I thought it was great they always needed a better location.... anyways I will no longer be spending any money at the store due to a very Rude Lady that works there

Refused to refund core charge on a starter. Had the box had the undamaged core and cc I puchased it on. Employee saw my original purchase on my card saw my name ph# and date purchased. But would not credit my card. Never going there again. Spent thousands with them over the years. No loyalty or Integrity.

Was not very happy with my visit today. Went to this store as it was the closest. I ordered what I needed online so I could use a discount code I had. The website stated what I need was availed at the location. When I showed up they said the part was not in Stock and the next closest store was either Wayne or Newton... well an extra 30 miles and 45 mins worth of driving I now have what I ordered.... not happy at all...

Expect to receive either the wrong part or not enough of what you need, after being told more than once that what they gave you is all you need. They have no idea what they're doing, they have no knowledge when it comes to working on cars and trucks. This isn't my experience from just one visit or just one advance auto, it's from multiple visits and multiple stores, unfortunately it's basically the only auto supply in the area so I have little choice

Had the batteries I needed for my cars remote control key. Actually offered and replaced my batteries at no charge for the service. I had replaced the batteries 2 years ago at my car dealership and it cost me $20 for 2. Today I bought 2 batteries and had them replaced by an associate at Franklin NJ and the total cost was $5.99 each. Nice.

I went there today two young guys have no manners they didn t greet also they didn t ask if I needed assistant all they do is talk to each other about personal stuff I paid for my stuff no have thank you no have a nice day I will not do business there no more

I bought a pair of wipers and they offered to install them for me .even though the wipers were not the right size , they would not go on .The employee went in and brought out a more expensive pair that went right on and he did not charge me the difference .The installation is free .Thanks guys

Staff was nice but the Bosch part was no good . Had to go to dealer for part that was good. They did refund my money. But what a inconvenience.I won't go there again.

Very helpful , my battery died and instead of pushing a new one on me they gave me a loaner battery and they are charging mine and checking it out.

A manager there who's name is Ben is very rude and mean and insulting towards customers.he doesn't treat handicap people with respect he is downright nasty and mean.he likes to push people around.i will not shop there as long as he is working there.he also doesn't no anything about auto parts or proper customer service.
