this place was great! I will definitely come back for future oil changes. the girl at the front desk (not sure name but Sunday morning!) was super sweet & helpful. oil change staff equally as kind.

I went for the first time in Sept 2023 for an oil change. The service went smoothly and was comfortable in that you were able to wait in their 'store' section. However, shortly after the bottom portion my vehicle was making a noise. Turns out whoever did my oil change did not properly put back the cover. When I heard the noise I was on the LIE over an hour away from home. Unacceptable.

I really like this place.I do not use the car wash. SAVE WATER! I use the oil change service and they are awesome. They have a great young staff who seem friendly, and IT'S THE FASTEST OIL CHANGE EVER!!! No joke!You do pay though...I have an old 2003 Taurus, and I paid $68-ish. 100 % WORTH IT!

If a lube tech can't drive manual tell the owner of the car to pull up instead of roasting the clutch and scraping the wheels on the metal rails like a mouth breather

This location does not participate with other location on $26.99 oil change. Today i spent $40 on an oil change. Their prices are way to high compared to others. Only came for convenience but wont be back again. They are quick. Only guys work here. They took out my filters to get me to replace it for $21.99. So if you are a woman like myself just stand your ground. Make a face and say no. Show them you werent born yesterday and mama aint raise no fool. Small waiting area. Carwash right next door. If you do oil change here then you can get $4 off any carwash service. Again i think this location is quick. Expensive and not customer friendly.

Their price sheet lists air filters at $12 each, but charged $65 to do the cabin and engine air filters. a job that takes less than 5 minutes on a honda civic. Took three tries to finish my car. Once for the oil change, again because they forgot to rotate the tires, and a third time because the Low Pressure warning came on as soon as I left the lot. Huge waste of time and ended up costing me $170(!) for an oil change, tire rotation, and filters. I should have just used the $10 filters I have at home.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

I came here on 2/12/21 and I was so so so happy with my experience. I needed a headlight bulb replacement, and the young guys who were working at that time were so great. The workers were extremely kind and funny and were able to complete the service within 15 minutes. They fixed it for me for free and I was incredibly grateful. I wish I got their names so I could get them something for their great work. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

The people that work here are wonderful, this post does NOT reflect them, however, the prices at this location are absolutely through the roof!!! I went in for a standard oil change. Got my filter changed for 20$,plus a car wash (that was supposed to have 7$ off) was about 24$... then the bill comes and it's $120 give or take a few bucks. I'm sorry, but DON'T come here for an oil change if you are trying to save a few bucks. The place is way over priced and you can find cheaper services elsewhere. I really hope they pay their employees well.... They deserve it. But my guess is the money goes straight into the owners pocket, I'm assuming.Service: Oil change

Went on a Saturday at 11am it was so busy but they were able to get an oil change and car wash done all within 20 minutes. I also had my 6 month old puppy and the lady at the register gave me a free car wash because I rescued my puppy from a kill shelter!

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience today. It seemed that it all stemmed from one individual that worked there so I won't let 1 bad apple spoil the whole bunch, but some of the issues that I had today included: 1.) Called in advance to see if there was an estimated wait time to get my oil change completed and was told, "I don't know that, that's the oil change side" (this location is split between Jiffy Lube and a carwash and it seems the carwash area fields all calls). They also do not identify as Jiffy Lube when they answer so you don't know if you are calling the correct place. 2.) On a positive note when I arrived there was no line so I was directed to the sitting area by a nice gentleman and was told that I would be called when they needed to review my service. I was called up to review and decided upon the same service that I had received hundreds of times at the location that I used to go to before moving to this area. I went back and sat in the waiting area and proceeded to occupy myself while waiting on my cellphone as most do. About 30 minutes later the woman at the front desk of the carwash came back and said is there anyone here with a (described my vehicle). She let me know that my vehicle had been ready for 30 minutes and that they've been calling me. I let her know that I did not hear any announcements and she replied with, "that's because you were on your phone". Now at this point I became a little offended because even if they had been calling me and I failed to hear them, telling a customer that they didn't hear you because they were on their phone is a bit much. The way that the waiting area is set up is that it is recessed all the way in the back and it is far from the desk. At my old location they would call out loudly not only the type of vehicle but your first name as it is on your service agreement. I can honestly say the person at the desk didn't not come back to the waiting area and announce eacc vehicle when ready. 3.) Finally, once I was getting ready to play I attempted to pull up the coupon that I have used at my old location again hundreds of times ($15 off high mileage oil change service). I was told at the front if I wanted to use a coupon I need to go all the way back to the Jiffy Lube area to present the coupon (which wasn't mentioned when they went over the service), my old place would ask if I had any coupons up front. I went back only to be told that that particular coupon wasn't excepted at this location, which I can understand as some locations only accept certain coupons, but honestly after all the hassle I thought maybe they would provide a goodwill customer service offering. I then had to go back up to the front desk where the cashier let me know that looking at my service report no coupon was added. I let her know that my coupon wasn't accepted their and she proceeded to ring me up. She placed the receipt in front of me and asked if I could please sign it which I did. At that point I had to ask her if I was done and she said yes. No thank you, no have a great day. Needless to say there are a ton of places in the area to get an oil change service I, so unfortunately will not be using this location moving forward.

I will never be back. This Jiffy lube has always been on the pricey side, but today I was charged $38 just for the LABOR cost of an oil change only. Oil/filter was $31. After tax I paid $75 for an oil change?? Never again. I checked older receipts from this jiffy lube location and I was never charged over $20 for labor cost.

Best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to! Leather chairs?! And not to mention it is attached to a car wash so you can have an oil change and a clean! Fabulous! 5 stars for the staff too, very friendly.

Went there recently for an oil change and car wash for my car, extremely clean place and very quick service.Oil change prices are fairly reasonable and for car was its little expensive with full service.

I called to ask about pricing for an oil change. The girl on the phone asked someone standing next to her how much would it cost. I heard the other woman ask if I was a male or female. When the young lady replied female the other woman got on the line and without even asking what kind of car I have or what kind of oil I would need she stated that the "cheapest oil they sell is $41.99" and hung the phone up on me. Why would the fact that I am a female have any bearing on the cost of my oil change?!!! I am niether naive nor stupid! I'll take my business someplace where I won't have to worry about someone trying to price gouge me based off of my sex!!
