Best place to bring your Toyota. They do amazing work and they are honest about what you need done. They always go the extra mile and take care of all the little things that other shops ignore. They work with your budget and give you free rides when you drop off your car. Doesn't get any better!

I will never go back to this facility. They said my car had an oil leak and recommended $2.4k of work to repair. My vehicle has yet to show even a drop of oil underneath it in almost 1.5 years since the "diagnosis". I've been to 2 different repair facilities since then, asked them to tell me whether they see signs of an oil leak. Neither of them found an oil leak, either.

Despite clearly stating that I did not need to change my windshield wipers, it was performed anyway and I was charged for it. The explanation provided was that it was necessary to prevent potential damage to my window. While I understand the concern, I found the overall cost to be quite high for the service provided. Additionally, upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed that my car seat had become quite dirty. I assume this was because I refuse to have the cabin and air filter changed at the same time. While this location is convenient for me and I can wait at home, I will not be returning in the future.

New ownership and higher prices.Exterior cleaning is decent,but window cleaning is poor.. always streaks and smudges on glass,interior rear window glass never cleanedSo..be prepared to re-do all windows,both inside and out if you require pristine glass.

I was searching for a good mechanic and stumble upon this one particular. The service was incredible. They provided me a great customer service. What I loved about this place is that they provide updates one what is going on with the car. That is a plus. I strongly recommend Twin Towers Service Station in Fort Lee, NJ for all your automobile repair and maintenance needs. Over the past seven years I have trusted Twin Towers with everything from: engine repair, flat tires, spark plugs replacement, new catalytic converter, ignition issues, state inspection, new battery, tune up & maintenance and so much more. John and Joe are exceptional. They provide high quality work at an extremely reasonable price. I can confidently say that these are some of the best mechanics that I have ever gone to. I am always impressed by their professionalism and expertise. The company always goes above and beyond to thoroughly inspect the car and identify potential issues; using the latest technology and decades of professional experience. I was referred here by a friend. I was out of state and had a dead battery. I called and spoke with John. He was knowledgeable about my car. We made arrangements to get the car to his location. John called after the problem was reviewed and explained my issue. He quoted me a price and I authorized the repair. This was all done on the phone. They then returned the car to my home as agreed.Hopefully I will not have to have my car repaired, but if needed this is where I will go.Services: Auto battery replacement, Wiper blade installation, Brake service & repair

11/01/2023 EXXON GAS STATION TWIN TOWERS MECHANIC BY WARWICK AVENUE FORT LEE NJ AFTER DENYING THEIR SERVICE CAME BACK THE NEXT MORNING TO SEE MY FRONT RIGHT WHEEL FLAT AND I FELT ITS ONE OF THEM WHOS WORKIN THERE ... THE MAIN MECHANIC SHOP MANAGER AND WITH THE CREW MEMBERS WORKING THERE ARE VERY RACIST LIARS AND DISRESPECTFUL WHO TALK NICE FOR YOU TO TAKE THEIR SERVICE ... THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE THERE TERRIBLE SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE VERY FAKE OBVIOUSLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNFAIR PRICES.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!!!!!! 11/02/2023 PLUS HE CAME WALKING UP TO ME PHYSICALLY YELLING CURSING VERBALLY WITH BAD DISGUSTING WORDS WITH ANGER AND I FELT TREATEN SCARED OF MY LIFE!! Dishonest business and poor business practice. I hope somebody reads this before deciding to work with these people. I could tell in John s tone the first time he called me he was going to hike the price way up and he offered no transparency or legitimate insight beyond setting me up for a steep price delivery.My car broke down and AAA suggested taking the car here instead of another shop I d found. Because I was at the mercy of circumstance, Twin Towers really had me in a bind and took advantage of that. They quoted me a ridiculously high price, and when I ultimately decided to take it elsewhere, they charged me $230 for a mere 30 minutes of work and the fact that they d had it for 2 days.I ultimately decided to take it to the original shop I had found, and John openly derided the business on the phone.Across the board, generally poor business practice. If you re a suburban mother living in Fort Lee and money is irrelevant maybe you d have a better experience than I did, but my experience was one of being taken advantage of.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had my NJ state inspection performed here and was more than satisfied by the all-around professional work and helpful, friendly attitudes - including a congenial atmosphere and prompt attention on short notice. This is a longstanding family-owned business that clearly takes pride in its work. It's for good reason it comes highly recommend. Owner John and his skilled and friendly staff certainly get my recommendation and thanks, too.Services: Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

My tire needed to be sealed. The air pressure was 10. I brought my car, which is a Mercedes, to John at Twin Tower and he and his staff sealed the tire and wheel within a few hours. BTW, this was Monday, 12/26 which was a holiday.They have also assisted me in the past. Alway a great job.Also, the gas attendant is a really nice man and cleans your windshield. When was the last time anyone did that for you.Great place. I highly recommend them.

I ve used them twice. Once for a tire repair and it was quick, efficient and my tire light has been off since. The second time was for a NJ inspection. I dropped the car off, it was done within a half hour and he checked all my tires (tires no charge). It was a great price, quick service and everyone at this station is really nice. I dealt with Joe and I always stop there for gas and chat with Brian. All nice people. I highly recommend.

Horrible experience (makes me wonder about all the no-word, 5-star "reviews"); tried to overcharge over $1,000 for bogus undiscussed and unverifiable "repairs" they first claimed were a "miscommunication" and then claimed they were "doing us a favor". Came here with our used car we were only looking to get another 3-6 months out of while we were shopping around to lease a new one, originally because of the reviews; we even knew exactly what the problem was, it was a computer chip that had gotten water damage and needed to be replaced; average estimate for similar work ranged from $3-400 depending on location.First thing they told us was they'd have to charge us $80 to "use their special diagnostics device" to make sure the water damaged computer part was the problem. We told them we were 100% sure it was the problem, but they said it was "standard practice" they use their electronic do-hickey to diagnose things and that in itself was an $80 charge. Told us later that sure enough, "the computer chip was damaged" which we already knew. But they added $80 to the bill just to tell us stuff we already knew. But wait it gets better.We left the car at the location for them to "look the car over" with the explicit agreement to not do any work without first quoting us an estimate. They agreed to call us later in the day with an estimate and only do any actual work if we agreed to the estimate. The didn't call back that day. Didn't call us next morning either. So later the next day we called them. "Oh yeah, your car was repaired and ready for pickup". Obviously this was not what we agreed to since all parties agreed that no work would be done without first calling us to verify the estimate. But wait, it gets better.We went there expecting the higher end of the estimate of $3-400 plus the bogus $80 "diagnostics fee" when we were the ones who told them what the problem was in the first place. So we figure they'd round it up to $500 just to weasel an extra $20 for some misc. fee.Imagine our shock when the tab came out to $1400. "For what?" we asked. "Oh, we noticed some miscellaneous wires and tubes were aging and we decided to do you a favor and go ahead and replace those for you.""Wires/tubes were aging" ... no SH#+ SHERLOCK it's an old car we just wanted to get another 3-6 months out of while we looked to lease a new one �being that it's a used car, EVERYTHING in the car was "aging".To make matters worse, they didn't have the old wires ("Oh, my guy threw them out already") and there was no way to verify they did any of the work they claimed they did which (1) we never agreed on (2) had nothing to do with the original issue of why the car was brought in.So basically, we came in for a repair we already knew was needed, estimates online range from $3-400, they charged an extra $80 to tell us stuff we already knew with their "diagnostic tool" and then tried to get us to pay $1400 because "they went ahead and "did us a favor" and "replaced some extra wires and tubes". All of which they did without first getting us to sign off on the estimate as per the agreement we had and NONE of the extra work was stuff that had anything with what the issue with the car was and NONE of it was run by us before they took it upon themselves to start random "repairs" that weren't even necessary.Oh and all the "wires and tubes" cost about $250 online. So I guess they just tried to comp themselves the difference of about $750+ in "labor" for stuff we didn't ask for, didn't need, and they couldn't even verify that they actually did. And there was zero noticeable difference in how the car ran.

Truly exceptional!!! I have a 1980 Corvette and was having difficulty finding a mechanic that was willing to work on it. That said, from the minute I first called Twin Towers, I knew I was in great hands. John was extremely courteous and helpful and told me, "Sure, bring it in and we'll take a look!" The following morning I took it in , two hours later he explained to me what the issue was and, after giving him the green flag, that same afternoon my car was already done! John is absolutely the best - he is an experienced, honest, efficient, trustworthy and professional on every level!Service: General repairs & maintenance

John thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done on my 2008 Toyota Matrix and after I okayed it, John and his team did the what I believed to be the necessary work. My problem was that the issue I had gone in to have addressed originally was never corrected, and before I knew it, I had over $1,000 worth of work that they claimed needed to be done. John told me the service light had been on when I dropped off the car, but that was not the case. The light had not been on, as I would have noticed that red flag immediately. I feel they were less than truthful with me. I paid the bill, but feel I was taken advantage of. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Twin Towers nor would I recommend it either.

Firstly, it has been an incredibly satisfying experience to deal with a professional shop with certified mechanics. I'm lucky to live nearby, most of the work I have gotten done is usually, drop off my car in the morning and pick it up all fixed up in the afternoon.Owner John has a calm way about dealing with the small and larger issues, which keep me calm too.The shop is super clean and extremely organized.I've used other mechanics in Fort Lee, sadly they're basically chop shops with non-experienced workers and ownership to match the incompetence too.So, if you tried the rest, now go to the best!

After a warning light came on when we were on the GW Bridge on our way from Connecticut to Washington DC with a minivan full of luggage, it appeared that we had an alternator problem. We called AAA and they gave us Twin Towers as a recommend repair shop nearby. We were overwhelmed with the kindness John and his Team showed us. Notwithstanding reaching them on a very busy day, knowing our challenging situation they worked us in securing the required parts and completing the repairs within 3 hours. And we felt that the price was fair. John also treated us like family, recommending an excellent Korean restaurant we could walk to while the Team was working on our car. Our family can t say enough about the Twin Towers team and we are very grateful.Service: Electrical repair

I was visiting my brother's new home and got it towed to this location by Triple A. By the time I got there, they already had the issue resolved. Honest people and place! Highly recommend. I told my brother that he should always bring his car here!

The customer service here is terrible as the workmanship is even worse.This place is a legit scam!!! I would never recommend anyone to do business here EVER! I took Mt car in for them to replace my axel and they gave me a defective part, when I returned weeks later and complained the owner talked to me condescending and tried to assure me that they throughly inspected my car again at my request and nothing was wrong. Incredulous, I took my car to the dealer and they quickly pointed out the cracked axel as reported. Instead of admitting fault and issuing a refund he asked me to return the axel and then wait for a possible refund as part of their warranty only after getting into a debate with him. I highly doubt they even sell real gas at this station.

John is always reliable, professional, personable, no-nonsense, and genuinely cares about his customers. He makes an extra effort to make sure you get the best deal on parts. Always excellent work. I travel more than half an hour to take my car to Twin Towers for service. Never any worries or regrets. Had my car towed here on a Sunday since I had a ton of error messages pop up on my Jeep Compass overnight. Turns out this was a place AAA towed to so was my first time here. Turns out it was a bunch of wirings bitten by a rodent so needed to be replaced and John was helpful throughout the process, kept me updated, and was able to get the car back in a few days. Would have spent FAR more at the dealer. No issues subsequent to the repair so HIGHLY recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I had a little accident which led to a broken taillight. And my car was making noise. And needed an oil change. John made sure all the issues were repaired and I was able to pick up the car the same day, despite how busy they were. John knew I was dependent on my vehicle and moved the schedule around to accomodate me. Twin Towers provides excellent service and they stand behind their work. And I love that they are a local shop and take great pride in their work. My car is always in great care at Twin Towers!

Went there today for an oil change and low tire pressure check-up. It's $40 in total which is a very reasonable price. They are very friendly and efficient. They care about customer's safety and suggested that I should change my front tires which are wired out badly. I totally agree with them and will probably do it with them sometime soon.I don't know much about car maintenance but John is willing to help me understand issues that a driver should know. Thank you for the good service.

Twin Towers Service is the absolute best there is. This a family 3 generations deep into the quality of car service. They are the fairest and hardest working experts out there. Every single repair has been done at the highest quality of both parts and labor. If something doesn't need fixing they will talk you out of it. They are about repeat business by being honest. If you're serious about looking for a trusted mechanic look no further. Ask for John. You won't be disappointed and like me you'll tell everyone you know how great the service is. They were a magic find.

These guys are great! I can t say enough about these guys! Everyone I dealt with at Twin Towers were very knowledgeable, and professional! They took the time out to explain everything thing they had to do, and why they had to do it! If you want your vehicle repaired right the first time, then I highly suggest you bring your vehicle here for all your repairs!
