Was traveling north to see family. My Edge overheated almost on the GWB. I was towed to Kelly's. I got there at noon, not only were they very nice, I was back on the road at 5 pm with a new radiator fan. Can't say enough nice things, being from the South and not close to family with a small dog was terrifying. Thanks to these guys I made it to my family's house by 9 pm. Walter told me to not go over the GWB at 5 pm and he even told me how to get the the Governor Mario Bridge. I hope I never need their help again, but I am very thankful they were able to help!

They will do the job, but they will also charge an arm and a leg, and when you ask for a quote, they will be extremely cagey about giving you a straight answer about it -- things like "don't worry, we'll cut you a deal" (actual quote). $575 for a tow, two tires, and the labor to mount (and not balance, because they don't do balancing, by their own attestation) said tires. I've purchased the exact same tires for under $100 each in the recent past (and had them within a day, for about $30 total in shipping); they informed me they were discounting my tow to $100, meaning they charged me $245 or so for the labor to mount two tires. They will also attempted to convince me to use their sister company, A1 taxi, for transportation back home. For comparison, I regularly get all four mounted and balanced for under $100 at the service station I typically use. In the future, I'll just have them tow my car elsewhere. In retrospect, I could tow my car home, then to another garage, and still pay less soup-to-nuts. Lesson learned.EDIT: Turns out they not only installed the wrong tires, but they installed a defective pair. I'm already replacing, two weeks later.

I blew out a tire in a blizzard & was on the side of the road. After waiting an hour for AAA wrecker a trooper stopped & within minutes Kelly's arrived. Will the driver was professional and you would feel safe immediately. They quickly found & replaced my tire and this on the worst snow day of the year. I can't say enough as they are great guys and good service

I got my car fixed at this location through AAA services. I want to say that this is the worst auto shop i have ever been to. It is full of racist and untruthful individuals. I was charged twice the amount of what the actual labor or parts were for the job required. I was charged for repairing of my suspension and when I double checked with a service center for my automobile...i was told that Kelly's Valero did not change what they claimed to have changed. I recommend that people avoid this shop especially blacks and women. They have no sense of truth in them! They are a bunch of thieves!

Lackluster service and terrible attitudes... I got a car towed by this place and they tried to overcharge me despite our previously (mutually) agreed upon price. Don't come here if you like good value for your money and time. There should be a better way of warning people not to deal with these crooks.

If I could give no stars to this place I would. They overcharge my at least 300-400 dollars. The staff is unfriendly. Try avoiding this place by any means.I promise that you will be sorry if you ever go there. The boss is extremely rude and he thinks that he knows it allwhen in fact he is clueless. They could not even tell me for surewhat was wrong with my car. Yet they said that to start I should give them $900. Seriously??? Don't trust this place. I 've never seen such crooks, they just want as much money as they can milk out of you. I am sure that any other place would be better than this one.STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE!!!!!!

Got a brand new alternator drom these scavengers and alternator dont work. I paid $533 For theyre service for the problem not be fix. I called them to explain the situation. Expressing to them another mechanic checked and said it was the alternator. Walter hung up on me and will not answer the call. So now i am seeking a lawyer to sue these scam artist. I will never suggest for anyone to recieve any service with this company. If i can mark 0 stars i will do so. I will also contact B2b to let them know of this company and have them investigated.

Unfortunately got my vehicle towed for the first time. Had the to pick it up from Kelly's Auto. Soon as I mentioned they have my towed vehicle and I needed to get it out. They tried to charge us $300 for the release. I had in my hands the fee that was written on the police statement which was $150. When I pointed $150 fee the owners started to make excuses for other fees such as no keys, over hours, no registration, etc. Was actually thinking of calling the police but realized they're are in some business agreement for towing parking violators. Ended up negotiating $220. By looking at other reviews they can't be trusted even for pumping gas without over charging. Stay clear of this one.

I personally would give them 10 stars if it's up to me!!! I know everyone has a different experiences, mine have been nothing but good! This place has been here for 40 years and is a family business. They have many dedicated customers who would rather wait than go elsewhere. And if you happen to be sharing your own experience with this place just please be honest! I do know that these guys work very hard! There's good and bad EVERYWHERE!

Stopped in for an alternator. Quoted me one price, when I went to pick it up, wanted $150 more . To add insult to injury, 4 months after they installed it. It locked up snapped the belt ... stay away

We broke down on 95N and called AAA. They directed our call here and we could not have been luckier. Joe picked us up within 15 minutes, had the Jeep loaded on the flatbed in no time and brought us to the shop. They diagnosed the problem (alternator), offered options, did the repair and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. THANK YOU!

The mechanic did a great job installing my catalytic coverter on my 2004 chevy astro van, some ass hole crawled underneath my van and sawed it off, also it needed a starter and distributor and rotor, very clean job, Fred and Gina are nice also. Thank You Valero!

I don't understand how adults can be so trashy and overcharge/steal from strangers without even feeling guilty. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. but seriously, avoid bringing your car to this business, you'll thank me later.

This place really charged a lot of money for labor fees and fixing minor conditions. I would recommend you to check with other places before coming to this place to avoid being potentially overcharged.
