I own a 2018 dodge grand caravan GT I started experiencing issues within the last year they thought it could be my transmission. After speaking to some really great people and doing some thorough research, I was referred to Sean over@ wholesale transmission.I live over an hour away in downstate New York, but was reassured that my car would be in great hands, and that it was .I m very happy that I chose this place. Sean was great and kept me informed of that was going on with my car, he also brought a few other issues to my attention like the rack and pinion all my mounts, and even my thermostat had an issue that I was unaware of. Thank you Sarah!!. I really appreciate the time and care and efficiency that you all took with taking care of my Car, So far so good!!

We recently had the transmission rebuilt on our GMC work truck at Wholesale Transmissions & Auto Repair, and I'm thrilled with the service I received. I own 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. It started showing some problems and I went to two different mechanics who stated that the transmission needs attention. After much more research and reading reviews, I came upon Wholesale Transmission and auto repair. I called and asked for their opinion. They had checked the car for free and diagnosed the same issue as the other mechanics. They have fixed the transmission in three days. So far , I have no complaints and the car runs smoothly. I can t say enough about their service and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great mechanics.. just moved to the area and found them. Sean was excellent in diagnosing and explaining the issue. The repair was fast and priced great !!I definitely recommend you come here for all your car needs big or small.

Mike worked on my car. I can t say enough about how courteous and knowledgeable he is. I had to replace the transmission on my Toyota C-HR, don t get me wrong it was a costly transaction (not their fault) just par for the course. Going with them was the best decision we made and my car runs just like when I first purchased it. I highly recommend them if ever in need for transmission repair!

Wholesale Transmission and Auto Repair expertly repaired my transmission and saved me $1,300. I was quoted by Aamco a huge dollar amount for rebuilding the transmission in my older Toyota. I am an older woman who knows nothing about major car repairs but the dollar amount quoted was over � of what the car was worth so I was distraught. A friend recommended Wholesale Transmission Repair. Both Mike and Sean were knowledgeable, courteous and kind. My car s transmission was rebuilt at what others have told me was a reasonable cost. I am also to return in 500 and 5,000 miles so they can make sure there are no leaks. Professional follow through.

I took my car a Mazda 3 hatchback to rebuild my transmission and I had the worst experience at this store . They rebuilt the transmission for 2,800 dollars 12 months warranty and 12,000 miles to drive the car , at the first time the transmission had problems the car was shifting changing (gears) very high rpm s . After 5 months my car went to another store changing the axle bars , the installation wasn t good and I had some oil loss from the transmission. Therefore , the car wasn t working correctly and the car confused all the gears . I called the store and I informed them that the transmission wasn t shifting good and I had problems. Anyways after I paid the tow truck to deliver the car to the store, they complained about the service at the other store where I changed the axle bar, and they did not want to help me. It was a very simple problem that there wasn t oil to the transmission, and instead for the store to help me, and put some oil to the transmission, they did not even look at the car and I had to send it to the other store to check it . In short , after 5 months of driving the car, one day the reverse wasn t working because transmission work was not good quality from the start. My warranty was effective for another month and 500 miles, but instead the store called me and started blame that the transmission did not work because it lost a little bit oil from the axle bar. The guy who called me was very rude and talked to me with an attitude, when I had just call the store to let them know that the transmission wasn t working correctly. Anyways they never fixed it, even though the warranty is still effective, and he said that at the time we sent the car, he had sent an email that he cancelled the warranty. I ask him about this email because I never received anything, and he changed the conversation and started complaining that he doesn t want to fix the used transmission that he installed on the car as a rebuilt one . I took the car to another store and after checking it they said the transmission was used and not a rebuilt one all along. These guys are bad and unprofessional, stay away.

Very professional, good communication, up front about costs and timeline, and so far as I can tell they do great work. Only shop I was able to find that would diagnose and repair the CVT from my 2011 Altima; everyone else would only replace it. Initial diagnosis/inspection was done a few hours after I had my car towed there and a full breakdown/repair assessment took place over the next two days. I was kept informed via phone call and text throughout the process which gave me confidence I was in good hands. My transmission was so bad it had to be replaced, but they ordered the new one right away and I was able to pick up my car when I was told it would be ready. Highly recommend.

I must say I am very pleased with the service at Wholesale Transmissions.My 2017 Tahoe Transmission went bad. This shop was top notch. Very professional. I was very impressed with the turn around to for completing the job also. OK so I have a Honda pilot bought it in for service wholesale transmission they told me that I need a new transmission that my transmission had failed ..ok at that point I decided that I wanted to get the transmission rebuilt that s what I decided on. They had the car a week and a half. I got the car a week ago Friday and I m having drops on the ground of transmission fluid and antifreeze, so at this point, I have come in today for service to let them know that antifreeze and transmission fluid is leaking from my car had no leaks at all prior to bringing the car in for service. Even when the transmission had failed I had no leaks so at this time I m here for service. I will let you guys know what s happening further. I m gonna leave the car here for service today and I ll let you know what s happening further when I pick the car up. At this time I m being told that they gonna put it on a lift and they re going to see where the leak says an in-service whatever needs to be taken care of. Again, I will let you know what the results are when I pick the car up.. will give a further review when I pick up my car . Not a good experience right now .. UPDATE got the car back drove it a week everything s working perfect like never before I m so happy yay team wholesale transmission and they made me feel so good, because they were so tentative getting it right right from the door I must say ! I must say they were very communicative with the whole ordeal ,and I can appreciate that.

I had a great experience at Wholesale Transmissions. They towed my car and quickly diagnosed what needed to be repaired. They repaired everything in less time than stated. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family members. Best price and even gave me a ride home, Mike was as friendly as my neighbor and I never met the guy before I drove to his shop, he has a cool and calm personality that put me at ease with everything that was going on with my transmission. These guys are scammers, one day after picking up my truck the same issue started happening again along with a new issue (transmission overheating), after these guys have my truck for over 10 day and $5000 for a rebuild transmission you would think that it would work!When I called to find out if the repair on truck are completed, Dillon ask me what was the issue why the truck why it was in the shop, I told him valve body, he said ( ohh yes we change and truck is ready) I said to him that s not what we agreed on, we agreed on a transmission rebuild, then he started stuttering, they didn t do anything to my truck except driving out my full tank of gas I brought it there with and scratch up my bumper.

After thinking I was screwed with a blown transmission I decided to take my Jeep to Sean over at WholeSale transmissions. After speaking to Sean and getting an idea of what a transmission rebuild would cost me , he told me to let him take a look . Sean scammed my codes and realized it could be a module that was throwing the shifting all out of wack. They changed this module and Boooom! My Jeep is now shifting as it should . They confirmed the diagnosis that I received from my own mechanic which gave me some level of confidence in their own diagnosis and estimate for a leaky CVT transmission repair. The repair took longer than expected, but only because Honda did not provide the proper replacement part in a timely fashion and all along the techs at Wholesale kept me apprised of the the repair's progress. The vehicle was returned to me 2 days later fully repaired and in pristine condition. After taking the vehicle on a 400 mile trip with no problems at all, I write this review and highly recommend Wholesale Transmissions ! Great experience and I will definitely use them again !Service: Transmission

I brought my 2018 Chevy Colorado into the shop needing a whole tranmission rebuild. The guy Dylan was super nice and informative. Explained everything he was going to do and the price wasnt arguable at all. Had a quick turnaround within a week and it drove like brand new. Highly, highly, highly recommend if you need transmission work!

Alex put the diagnostic scanner to my truck and he gave me a reasonable quote with a discount to fix my trans. After quotes at other places of 7 to $9,000 to fix they did it for half the price. After driving for 500 miles I brought it back for them to check how the trans is doing. I am very pleased with the results and the guarantee. I also got an education in the process. Thanks guys ! I had problem with transmission which was on and off and at first I was disappointed they send me home with saying that all in car is alright. after my disappointment, in very short time, Mike manager reached out to be, offering refund and willing to help with coming back transmission problems. I really appreciate this action and can tell that s what I can call great customer support. He didn t charged me a penny for a changing one of the parts in my car, because finally it didn t help (it was not shop fault)I still didn t find a solution can help with my car, but I get a lot of help from Whole Sale Transmission with trying to fix my transmission in possibly the cheapest way. Thank you.
