My car was completely scratched from the front bumper to the rear bumper,The plastic door for avoid the external weather It must be lifted to be able to get the car into the shop, look what they did to my car... oh my god.Hood, roof, windshield, bumper, all of those things was scratched.. I don't know how can I proceed with this. I am feeling so bad, my car cost me 60.000k, and I want to use Groupon for a wheel alignment and after that look all pictures, terribly, I don't know what can I do. Very very bad ... This seems like a horror story, how can professionals do this? all for using a Groupon for a wheel alignment, which my wife gave me. terrible. Thanks for ruining my 60 thousand dollar car.

Would NEVERRR recommend this place to anyone! Came in to get a wheel alignment and noticed after a few days my car was driving so much worse. Turns out I was left with only 2 lug nuts! Out of 5. Glory to God I wasn t in an accident ! Me with two kids ! And when I returned to confront the owner, he threatened me with GUNS !!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming. I love how the front desk staff gave me recommendations on what food/drinks to try in the neighborhood while I wait for my oil change. The technician who did my oil change did a really great job making sure my Prius is up and ready! I will definitely return again for future oil changes! I highly recommend MNM Auto Repair!

My experience with MNW Auto Repair was really good! I brought my car in for a wheel alignment, and the team there was incredibly friendly. The make sure let you know you are in good hands right from the start. I really appreciated their personalized approach and the care they put into their work. If i could i wont even give this single start, horrible shop and dishonest and cunning mechanics, named Jr. Khan. Such a bold and solid liar and a thief, who would steal parts turn your lights on for no reason. Went for a brake pad change, and 6 hours later received the car with 4 lights on the dashboard. Never go to this place unless you have time and money to waste.

The Worse Service I have ever experienced went in for a wheel alignment and came out and could barely make it up the street with my car. I turned back, and they attempted to resolve the issue, but sadly, they screwed my car up big time. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Had the best experience here worth mentioning. Popped in for an oil change without an apt, Junior squeezed me in and had my car better than new in no time. He even checked my tires, cause you know Jersey driving. Junior - Thanks for being so awesome!!

**Warning: Avoid This Place at All Costs!** I came to this establishment seeking a repair for my 2011 Jeep's air conditioning and ended up paying a whopping $2,000 for supposed fixes. It was a nightmare dealing with JR, who continuously claimed that my Jeep needed various additional repairs for the AC without ever providing clear explanations.When I reached my limit, he significantly raised the price to release my car from his lot, which was still not fixed. I eventually had no choice but to take my Jeep to the dealership to address not only the initial issue but also the new problems JR s intervention had caused. This resulted in even more expenses to correct the problems that JR was initially tasked with fixing but failed to do so. Paid over $5,000 to fix it all.My ordeal with this business began in March 2023, and it led me to take legal action by filing a small claims court case in July. Business was legally obligated to reimburse me, but not only has he failed to do so, he has also breached the court agreement by ignoring the due date and refusing to pay. I had asked for $1,000 the raised price he charged me to release my car from his lot and he could only afford $600 and he can t even pay.I feel it's essential to highlight the unprofessional and sexist behavior I encountered as a young female with limited knowledge of car issues and parts.This business is an unprofessional, unreliable and downright terrible choice. Avoid it at all costs!

I went to MNM auto repairs due to groupon offer for brake pads and rotors replacement. JR Khan replaced the brake pads and rotors and broke my caliber and electric brake while replacing the rotors. He messed up my new car and refused to pay or fix the problem which happened due to lack of his experience with new technology. (I took my car only for brake pads/rotor replacement, and nothing else was wrong with car at all) after he worked on my car,my all dashboard lights came on,Smoke is coming out of my front brakes and he totally refused yo fix the problems because he couldn t find out how to fix it. Also he charged me double saying garage,taxes and credit card fees are not included in groupon voucher. GUYS BEAWARE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!I wish I never went to them, I just lost 3k over these inexperienced people!

Working with Jr I find he is informative, inquisitive, and patient. He is friendly, funny, and personable. He needs to ensure his clients understand what he has to do to a vehicle and why and stresses to clients that if the work is not done the vehicle will continue to not run correctly and will cause further issues with the vehicle. He is knowledgeable in the field and he is the only mechanic in the state of NJ who can install Intoxalock devices on Teslas, EVs, and high-end vehicles. Walk-ins welcome but appointments are prefered.

MNM is the only place I go to to get my oil changed. If they are busy and have to call you back, they ALWAYS call you back. They get you in there and out of there in no time. I have no issues with them and have recommended my son, sister, and nieces here. Definitely worth five stars!!

BEAWARE guys from this scammer!!I encountered worst experience of my life with this so called car mechanic!!JR Khan is very inexperienced and super unprofessional and pathetic. He not only messed up my brand new car s engine but also steel my tools from the car.

Terrible experience DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT come to this shop, Jr. the man guy there lies and will find ways to take your money very dishonest person. I asked for work done paid $600 and couldn t even show prof the job was done instead took the money and tried to charge me storage fee , .. last when I got my Intoxalock out they messed up my car, my computer and doors wouldn t lock anymore ..DO NOT go here please save yourself the headache

Great service and attitude. Was able to put on my wheels and tires and change the oil on super short notice. Did not try to upcharge me like most shops do. Very respectful and I will definitely use their service again.

Worst Mechanic to go to!! Junior is really rude. When I have been patient with him and respectful he refused to give me my car back. I paid close to 5,000$ in a 4 month time span to get my car fixed , but every time I bring my car back to JUNIOR he makes it worse and I have to keep coming back to get it fixed.. he refused to give me my car back too and I had to call the cops to just make a report of how messed up his business is with his USED TO BE CUSTOMER.but you know what this will be the last time y all will ever have my car cause y all is a joke at this mechanic and just lie just to make y all look good. But karma is real and it will come back to you faster than you think. Maybe next time Junior could have some sense while fixing my car and not being so disrespectful to me . But I ain t gonna argue imma keep my peace and whatever you tell your customers it will only show with us females! Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust, Transmission repair, Oil change

I went to these guys on a referral from a gas station down the street (looking for on the spot installation). I was looking to get a bully bar installed on 2020 Chevy Custom Silverado. I went in with no appointment and towards the end of the day. They actually tried installing it for me right then and there, and unfortunately were unable to. They did offer for me to come by the next day, and have it installed. This was wonderful for me, because I previously tried to install myself, and lets just say I didn't have the required patience. The fact that they tried initially was more than most ppl I visited that day. So I most def. bought it by the next day.. Needless to say, it was installed, and installed perfectly. Pricing was WAYYY more than fair for the work performed... and trust it was a lot of tedious work involved. This has now become MY AUTO SHOP. Customer service was superb as well!! This is the first time I used MNM Auto Repair, JR is very patient and handle and ensure the customer are happy one at a time. His focus is definitely in the right place helping the customer. I got a great deal doing an oil change and I was overall very very happy with MNM Auto. I would definitely recommend this Auto place for any automotive work and I will be a returning customer.

Very rude and not helpful didn't explain the process and also act like if they don't care about customers at all The customer service was horrible I wouldn't recommend this place the job got done after a huge complaint!!! It's 2024 u got to do better respect !

My go to place for oil changes! Great customer service & fast service! I had an appointment for 3:30 but couldn t get there until 4 & they still took my car in & made sure to get me in & out. Thank you guys! :)

How is a business allowed to threaten and manipulate its customers ?? Extremely unprofessional to try to exploit money out of the very people giving you business. I would not recommend this place due to its disrespectful and ill-intentioned employees.

I went to junior for repair junior should not be in business you can't ask him any questions about your car he gets pissed off he is so rude he cursed me for no reason he also hates women I see the way he was treating other customers who were women he is so lucky no one has beat him up but the problem is he has your car so he uses that against you then he ads more money to your bill for no reason he don't even call you to talk to you about anything this was the worst experience I ever had with anyone in my life if he was the only person on earth that fixed cars I would walk the rest of my life
