I visited Jersey Powersport this past week for a Ariens Ikon zero turn mower. Brendan McKenna the sales rep answered all my questions including emails and phone calls. I bault my 2021 Argo frontier 6x6 from here brand new back in September or August, nice place they have a ton of cool stuff, the staff is friendly, if your thinking about getting into the outdoor power sports stop in and talk to Billy and the rest of the crew they will help you find something that meets your needs

I highly recommend Jersey Powersports. I typically wait to review a company incase if there are any issues that arise later. The company I work for purchased an Argo from them last year and to no fault of their own, there were issues with the distributor. Billy the owner was very attentive and provided weekly follow ups. Fast forward a year later and I had an electrical issue. They were able to get me in and out without issue and the repair was covered under warranty. It s nice to have found a business that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Issues will always arise, it s how they re dealt with that matter.

From the first minute I spoke with Billy about purchasing a Go Kart ,I knew he was genuine, honest and passionate about his company ! My son and I have loved the Go Kart we purchased and can't say enough how Billy and Jersey Powersports, takes care of servicing the Go Kart. I have become quite familiar with Jersey power sports and a frequent customer since moving to hunterdon county. All I can say is the team they have is awesome and family oriented. Honest and knowledgeable about their inventory. I ve been here a few times this year and have recommended a few of my friends to shop at this specific location. They are flooded with work but the attitude and respect for their customers is A1. I tell my friends that the environment is like a toy store for an adult, I ve walked in just to check out the stock and walked out of their with a purchase just based off the friendliness and honesty of the team. From the top down I recommend anyone willing to make the drive to this location as you will not be disappointed. Billy is their manager, he runs a tight shift but always comes through on his word and follows up along side his team. They are also amazing and If needed will repair and try to make it affordable but tackle the diagnostic and prevent future failures mechanically. Amazing place would recommend to anyone willing to make the trip. Extremely satisfied customer and can t wait for the next purchase once I have more acres to play with. Thank you guys for being amazing. 5 stars.

Recently purchased a Gravely zero turn from them. Was able to handle all the details through email and didnt have any issues. Brendan was pleasant to deal with and my mower was quickly delivered

Great customer service. Will advise you on how to do repairs you re capable of. But when unable to they are very willing to come pick up the Go Cart and get the repairs done. Would highly recommend for anybody who s not mechanically inclined but has a kid who loves to motor around!

I could not POSSIBLY say enough positive things about my experiences with Billy. He is beyond knowledgeable, and SO incredibly enthusiastic about what he does that he's joy to work with. I purchased a new lawn tractor - a zero turn, which I had never used before - and he when he delivered it he took the time to give me a full tutorial, and watch while I tried it out.

Definitely recommend this place. It's not often that you find a business owner so attentative to customer needs. And even though he couldn't rebuild the engine, he offered to deliver the trailer with ATV to another place free of charge. Didn't matter how far that place was. Taking care of a customer, whether you make money on that customer or not, shows that the owner Billy, is a trustworthy and reliable person. Definitely coming back to Billy for all my ATV repairs. Thank you Billy. Much appreciated.

So I didn t know this place even existed. I had a problem with my brand new off-road go kart discovered they were a dealer and called him up. Even though they were very busy they let me bring the buggy over. They were going to spend 5 to 10 minutes looking at it. In the end they spent way more than half an hour spot is the problem. Fairy very thorough in their diagnostic skills and as a result will be doing any and all work needed on my daughters buggy.Not only that they also service motorbikes and other things. I have two motorbikes which will now be being looked after by they. It is very rare in this day and age to find someone who will go out of their way to help you. These guys did that and I have no problem in recommending you go see them I am sure you will find the same sort of service that I received. Steven W.

The good: we got our 2 vehicles we ordered eventually. In person at dealer they are nice and answer all questions and let us size the vehicle we were interested inThe bad: they need to hire a communication employee. They have zero communication. Zero point zero.We bought 2 kid vehicles from them and reached out to buy a third one for us adults and it was such a painful experience haha.I was trying to hand them more money and the way they didn't return any of our calls you would think I was a bill collector. Bizarre!But even after many delays of our second vehicle (with zero communication about why or when or what was going on, literally took 5 weeks of not returned calls eek) both vehicles are running great and we bought an adult sized one from another dealer.

Purchased a atv for my 10 year old son, paid the fee to have it assembled. Got the bike delivered with no breaks. We call the owner, he picks up the bike makes the repairs, the owner calls me back, he wants me to pay for pick up and delivery, i explained that we paid to have it assembled and it wasn't assembled correctly. He insults my intelligence and says he tested the bike personally and it had breaks. Then he tells me the next time i need repairs to take it else where!! Not a good look to a company that sells to children, i would make well sure it had breaks, and if i did make a mistake, i would be more than happy to remedy the situation.

We purchased a Trailmaster Challenger 300x which was delivered very quickly. We have contacted the company via email and phone which they quickly replied to us. I am very impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to thank Billy and his team for bringing my CRF450 back to life, it had sat for years and the carb was totally locked up. They came and got my bike from PA, fixed it in now time and brought it back to my house. Could not be happier. I have a couple more old bikes to bring to them! Thank you!!!Bill Weeks

This location gives intimate customer experience. It is not glorified retailer but Billy the shop owner has a love for the hobby and gave me great knowlwedge and insight for buying my first quad!

This place is amazing. I bought my kids the Coleman CT200 and Billy was informative and understanding with my concerns. I would definitely recommend Jersey Power Sports instead of the Big Name Houses.
