I can t say enough great things about the service team over at Infiniti of Flemington. My service advisor Michael has been great to work with, quick to respond, get in and get honest feedback on services my vehicle requires. Great guy, knows his stuff, great personality! Mike Daly in service was great! Really made an expensive service repair that much easier to deal with, from scheduling a loaner to answering questions on a follow up appointment. All around great experience thanks to Mike and Earl my mechanic who is also a great videographer sending me multiple videos of my car on the lift in the shop detailing all aspects of the issues and work being done - super cool and helpful and I think Earl is also available for weddings!

The whole team made the car buying experience worth it from the sales person, Robert, to the finance manager it was a great experience. No force selling are strong intimidation. We really were able to control the buying narrative and stick to our budget and not be forced to purchase what we couldn't afford or wanted. The process was seamless. This is what you will get if you go here. Hope you guys are looking!! A small downside, someone or maybe the previous owner was a heavy smoker. Even though they did everything within their power to mask the smoke it was still easy to be detected by someone who is sensitive to smoke. We will have to figure that out.

Great service. They send you a video showing you any problems that they found, tell you the time and cost, and get your authorization to proceed with the service or repairs.

Infiniti of Flemington makes it easy to have your car serviced. There is always a friendly face greeting you when you walk in the service area. Mike is quick to check you in, retrieve a loaner car for you and send you on your way. Having updates via text make it easy to communicate without interrupting your workday. Warranty work to replace a leaking seal. Problem detected during routine service. Rather than wait, I scheduled the repair for a week later. Work was completed within 1.5 hours. I was completely satisfied with the work performed. I have purchased numerous vehicles from the dealership and always brought my vehicles back for service by service department. I had my car towed to Infinity of FLEMINGTON . I met Steve in service department. He was very impressive with good knowledge about vehicle maintenance work, and his approach towards suggesting maintenance work was quite honest. Their techinicians are also well qualified. It is good place to have any repair work done on your car. Steve is very responsive with a professional approach. They also gave me a nice like a brand nee loaner vehicle what mattered alot to me for getting back to home in PA.

I had repairs done to the tailgate of my QX50 at Infinity of Flemington Service. The experience was beyond my expectations from start to finish. Stephen was my service adviser and he kept me informed about the repair throughout the process. Infinity provided me with a very nice loaner car. I will continue to purchase from Flemington Infinity due to the amazing customer service.

I purchased my vehicle (used with 40,000 miles) a few years ago and have had them do all repair/maintenance. The staff is efficient, courteous and keeps me informed of the status of the work being done. You denied fixing my car that your salesman caused to break so I went to Douglas Infiniti in Summit, they found the problem & after a $225.00 diagnostic they found the said the fix is $2,459.00 , very said Flemington , very sad
