I recently purchased a new Nissan and visited for service. The dealership was very clean, the staff friendly . The waiting area has some refreshments n a TV . My only suggestion is that someone needs to do a bit more follow up as some of the remote scheduling seems to require a review from the staff. They washed my car which was an added plus !

I had a good purchase experience from start to finish. I found the used truck I wanted on their online inventory, called and spoke with Darren and gave him the trade in value and financing options I had been approved for through my bank. I drove up the next day all the way from virginia. Traded my car in, purchased their truck, and ultimately financed through them as well. 30 days later I m writing this review and I still love the truck. I had a small hiccup with the licensing but I called and Darren had it sorted within 48 hours before it became an issue. I m not in the area, but if I was I d consider doing future business here or even their service plan. They do not embody the negative stereotypes you will often hear about dealerships.

My experience with Fred Beans Nissan at Flemington New Jersey was red carpet treatment all the way. From the phone call to the last signature. Me and my wife were very pleased and Andrew, took care of us like we were family. I love what they offer in the protection plan for the vehicle that I just purchased. Definitely took advantage of that. They made us feel welcome, and that's what you want when you are spending a lot of money. I like that. I definitely will be doing business with them again to purchase another vehicle. Thank you again Fred Bean and his team 5-star all the way.

Spent many weeks searching for a used car for my son. Found one of interest on car fax that was at Fred Beans in Flemington. Nikolas Chafey responded to my inquiries very quickly answered all my questions and even provide me the car fax info in advance to review prior to seeing the vehicle. Driving over an hour to this dealer we arrived and Nick had the vehicle all ready, it was detailed and all. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. Very pleased with the whole process. In addition first time buying a used car from a dealer I was pleasantly surprised that Fred Beans provides a limited warranty. Being a 2016 I wasn t expecting any kind of warranty so that was a plus. Brandon in finance finished up the deal quickly and got us on our way. Very easy, pleasant experience with this dealer.

The dealership is offering a buy 3, get 1 tire for $1 promotion. They also offer a price match guarantee on tires with some restrictions, one of which is that whoever is selling and installing the tires must be within 75 miles. Sensing that the pricing was a bit high, especially considering that the third tire was discounted, I did an Internet search and found the tires significantly less elsewhere. When taking all of the restrictions of the price match guarantee into consideration, the only places I could find that sold and installed the tires were locations 100+ miles away, meaning Nissan didn't have to match the price. It's hard to believe Fred Beans selling a tire no one else in the vicinity offers is an accident - I can't help feeling like I was taken.

Nick is a super salesman. He is sincere, friendly and above all honest. Nick was not pushy and was extremely helpful in a difficult situation, that we didn't expect - our car's transmission problems. We love salesmen such as Nick: down to earth and natural. Job well done.

Service was great. My original sales guy, Andrew G, saw us during the waiting appointment & came out with a friendly greeting!! He asked how we were enjoying our ride and made us feel welcomed& well cared for at Fred Beans. Nice to feel old fashioned service etiquette.

Upon walking into Fred Beans I was immediately greeted by salesman Andrew Gamble. His warm greeting and can do attitude was refreshing to say the least. No sales gimmicks, just a straight shooter. I told him what I was looking for, he searched the inventory and was able to find me the Jeep I wanted. The entire process from start to finish only took a few hours, he even had the Jeep detailed for me by the end of the business day. I would highly recommend working with Fred Beans and look forward to buying from them in the future.

Recently purchased a certified pre owned vehicle and I could not be happier with my purchase. The entire process was seamless. Each staff member I dealt were top notch. Ryan W., Jeff B., and the General Manager were very helpful in answering all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. They pride themselves in being a family business and I truly felt like family. Way to get Fred Beans Nissan of Flemington! Great, low pressure folks that actually gave a darn about what I wanted. I wanted a particular truck, with particular options, and they delivered exactly what I wanted very quickly. I would highly recommend Fred Beans Nissan - this is my 2nd new truck acquired through them and they have been great with both.

Sorry, I was not going to leave a poor review, but this happened on two separate service visits. The mechanic(s) like to lose bolts or not tighten them well enough! Twice I had to return my car to the shop shortly after getting service here due to missing bolts. One was missing from a wheel and another was on a caliper. This is unsafe practice! Please train your mechanics or get better ones.Edit: I am choosing to remain anonymous. I have already given you a second chance after reviewing and correcting the problem the first time. You took responsibility which is good. After the second occurrence that was enough. I just want to warn people that they may get their car back with less bolts than they took it in with. There is nothing left for you to do with me personally, just do better for everyone else! Thanks for reading.

I walked into the dealership with my guard up becuase of past experiences. But after meeting and speaking with Andrew, I was able to put my guard down, purchase the vehicle that I wanted and most importantly with in my budget. I was recently in the market for a new car after my prior vehicle was totaled in an accident. Emailed back-and-forth initially with one of the reps there, Rahul, and the guy was ridiculously easy to work with. There was absolutely no pressure, he was extremely easy to talk to, and was on-the-ball following up with me on a consistent basis.Rahul made this process so easy it really made me appreciate the customer service I experienced. If you re looking for low pressure and great customer service experience, I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Rahul!

Rahul was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. Trying to find a vehicle that met our requirements in this current economy was truly a struggle. Many companies tried telling us such a vehicle didn t exist and kept trying to upsell us. Rahul and the great fills at Fred Bean s Nissan never did this. We were able to find a fantastic car that met ALL of our requirements because of these fine folks. If you re in the market, you owe it to yourself to give any of Fred Beans dealerships a try.

Very great experience with Fred Beans Nissan Of Flemington! My salesman Ryan was great. Was very professional and accommodating. He worked very hard to make sure this process was as effortless as possible for me and made sure everything went well without issues or any hassles. I recently purchased a used Maxima from Fred Beans in Flemington. Kudos to sales associate Rahul Anand and the entire sales and service teams -Terry, Justin and MaryBeth! They are a breath of fresh air! It was the most pleasurable car buying experience in my life. There were a few issues and they took care of them immediately. I was treated with respect and and fairness. They have a customer for life! Congrats!!

Visited the dealership at 6pm on a Wednesday night. Showroom hours listed on the door were M-F until 8pm and I also verified hours via Google before driving out there. The doors were all locked and the lights were out. Thanks for wasting our time.

Don t get scammed by these guys. I m shocked seeing reviews saying their maintenance is the best. For me it s been the exact opposite. They sold me a plan to cover the maintenance on my car and every time I take it their recommendation cost over a thousand and nothing is covered by their plan. Avoid the frustration and buy your car somewhere else

Such a pleasure working with the team at Fred Beans especially Rahul Anand, I never felt like I was working with a used car salesman!! I did not go in with the intention to buy a new car was just looking but Rahul was professional and so courteous, he made it so easy for me to make up my mind. I would absolutely recommend dealing with Rahul, I won't even hesitate when I look for a new car again in 10 years.
