The folks at Flemington BMW truly care about their customers. We recently purchased a 2021 BMW M550i and the experience was simply pleasurable. We purchased this vehicle from out of state (our first out of state auto purchase). Obviously, not having the ability to actually view in person and drive the car prior to purchase left us feeling vulnerable. However, in a matter of a few phone calls, those concerns were transformed into confidence. I could immediately tell that customer relations, trust and communication are cornerstones of their core values. I would like to specifically recognize a few individuals for their outstanding service. Catherine Ferry, Business Manager, was absolutely amazing! I cannot think of an auto buying experience that was better than this one (and I have bought a lot of vehicles). She simply made us feel like we were her only customer. At every junction, she was there to lead us through the process and make sure we had a solid understanding of all associated details. With respect to communications, immediate responses were provided throughout the process. We utilized text, phone and FaceTime as a means to close the distance gap between our respective locations. We are truly grateful for her level of service, and would absolutely request her in the future for our auto buying needs. Michael Franks, Sales, was extremely friendly and handled several questions about the car in a timely manner. Additionally, he put us in touch with a very solid shipping company to accommodate the delivery of our vehicle (which was delivered on time and in great condition). It was immediately apparent that teamwork and a customer focused approach philosophy are core business at Flemington BMW. I want to congratulate Byron Brisby Jr, Owner, for creating an environment that affords his teammates to shine. The entire experience was absolutely seamless and we felt valued throughout the process. In the end, that s what it s all about. In closing, I would offer that if you are on the fence about purchasing a Flemington BMW vehicle from out of state, do not hesitate. It was completely apparent that they have a lot of experience with out of state buyers. So much so, we felt like we were there. We are grateful for the experience and truly appreciate the service. And the car well it is an absolutely beautiful machine and we love it!

Just purchased our first electric car from Flemington BMW and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. We were not 100% sure about going electric but our salesman Michael O Conner was very informative and didn t put any pressure on us to go that direction. However once we did, he tracked down the right car and was easily accessible through the whole process. Highly recommend Michael and Flemington BMW.

Excellent. I was recommended to Flemington BMW by a colleague, I went there with no expectations, having had a very cold experience with another local BMW dealership in the area. Cindy first worked with me, understanding my situation, and working hard to find a solution, then Zaneta reached out, she quickly helped me get the perfect car, exactly what I was looking for. Greg was amazing during the final process, he heard all my questions, promptly gave me solutions, and worked with me to close the deal. We drove 3 hours from Long Island to NJ hoping the pre owned BMW we found online would be as nice as it looked in pictures! When we arrived at Flemington BMW we were pleased that Agata was so well prepared that she proactively had the car detailed in case we were able to close the deal. I m thrilled to say we did! We traded in my car and drove home the same night with the new one. Efficiency, professionalism, and enthusiasm in one senior client advisor! I could not be more happy with the level of service I recently received at Flemington BMW when I had a sudden issue with my car with an engine fluid leak. They took my car right away and Debra provided details about the cause, which they were able to quickly identify and timing for parts and pick up. The communication was there when I needed it and clear. Debra also responded to any questions I had in a timely way. Thank you for your understanding, putting your customers at the center and excellent service overall.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Laura V. at the BMW service center, and I must say, her professionalism and customer service were exceptional. From the onset, Laura provided a detailed and clear explanation of what my car needed, breaking down each aspect in a way that was easy to understand. Her ability to communicate effectively was evident, as she promptly and thoroughly answered all my questions, whether I reached out by text or phone call.What stood out was her consistently pleasant demeanor. At no point did she seem rushed or impatient, even when I called in with inquiries. Her level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. We bought a used 2009 BMW privately as a Christmas gift for our granddaughter in 2023.It needed a number of minor repairs, one recall to get fixed, and one major repair on the engine. Flemington BMW staff were all very helpful in getting all of the work done in a timely manner. On Christmas Day our granddaughter was thrilled with her first car!

I was extremely impressed with the service at Flemington BMW. Trevor a was wonderful! He was very patient with me because I had an exorbitant amount of questions. I was very specific about what I was looking for. I tried three different cars and Trevor was very knowledgeable about the entire BMW lineup. I was very impressed with how well-versed he was about all the features of the car and he made me feel very comfortable in this purchase. He really worked with me to make sure I got the car of my dreams. Noha was also very professional. She was very helpful in guiding us through the process of the financial aspects of the car as well as the warranties and specifications needed to keep the car safely maintained. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.

My service appointment at Flemington BMW was nothing short of perfect.The staff is very attentive, and they were ready for my car as soon as I arrived. The manager kept me informed as to the status and I received a video from the service tech showing me the checkpoints of the service. Total professionalism.

Laura and the service department provided a great experience from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy, they were prompt and completed the service on time and Laura even remembered I prefer to skip the complimentary wash. Will continue buying and taking my car for service there.

Flemington BMW is a great dealership! Large inventory and amazing customer service. You cannot go wrong, but Michael Franks and Noha Amin are the true stars!!! We were purchasing from out of state. Connor was an excellent sales advisor, however the dealership has not lived up to its commitments - its been almost 8 months now and I am still awaiting for a reimbursement check they promised me. The after sales care and support is non existent, and it makes for an unpleasant overall sales experience.

I had my car serviced for the first time and used the valet service provided. The entire process was excellent. The Drivers were prompt and courteous and customer service rep Trini Stelz was great to work with. I was even notified by Nathaniel Tabora, the BMW Genius (Tech) offering assistance. The maintainence service was very efficient and a vehicle video review was sent to my phone to see. So yes, I have been very happy overall with Flemington BMW.

We have been using flemington bmw for years now to service our cars. We all know BMW s are not cheap to maintain but they are always fair and honest. My new M2 had its first break in service a few weeks ago but they were out of the differential fluid, which was back ordered. They said it would come in January but in fact we got it replaced in December. Everyone is so nice and I will continue to service and buy my BMW s from flemington. PS go to Kursad he s an amazing salesman and will always get you the best deal. Only person we deal with.

Great BMW customer service, always. I have owned various BMWs over the past twenty years, and I find everyone at this Flemington dealership to be friendly and professional. Solid work, reasonably priced. I am able to make an appointment last second when I need it -which I greatly appreciate! No one enjoys trips to the dealership for repairs (when you own this type of car, it unfortunately seems to come with the territory...) but the service appointments hurt less when the service is fair and the coffee in in the waiting room isn't half bad either! : )

I found a certified preowned BMW X3 online and made an appointment to test drive it.Bill was incredibly helpful in pointing out all the features and we had agreed on a fair price within the hour. A couple of days later I returned to pick up the vehicle and the entire process was seamless, ethical and stress free.I highly recommend Bill and the rest of the team at Flemington BMW. First class all the way.

Overall a great experience with Greg and the dealership. Honestly we were sick of looking at cars and almost stopped for the day, but I m glad I made one more stop here and test drove a gently used 2023 X3 CPO. Ended up committing on the spot and picked it up 3 days later. Will definitely look to this dealer again, despite living in PA and NY.

From the minute we walked in, everyone we had contact with was very friendly and more importantly, very professional. They were very prepared and had in depth knowledge of the cars they were selling. I had negotiated a price with them by email and when we arrived, they 100% honored the quote. No funny business whatsoever. These people were honest and ultimately had one of the most pleasant experiences at a car dealership ever. And I've leased a lot of cars over the last thirty years. That's high praise. I never dealt with this dealership before, but I'm sorry I hadn't. It was about 15 minutes further than ones closer to us but was worth the little bit of travel time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I couldn t recommend this dealership more. This was my first big purchase and Michael O Connor was a dream to work with. He gave me the space and freedom to explore the car prior to purchase. He showed patience and a willingness to help while i was waiting for title information, and overall the dealership didn t pressure me or add any additional dealer mark ups. Everyone was professional and our interactions were transparent and to the point. I ve dealt with numerous dealerships over the past few months and Flemington BMW is far past the competition. 5/5 experience.
