Wow, what an experience in the service department. We happen to purchase a used Audi at another dealer far away,. That didn t slow them down from going into detail about the car and were super helpful. I will be back again after that great experience. Thank you so much Carlos D for the help

My car was towed into the Flemington dealership on a Saturday afternoon and I was met by an understanding individual (Paul Hickman) who checked the car's problems immediately and provided me with a loaner so that I could reunite with my family at a bowling alley in Green Brook, NJ. It was a very professional encounter and I was greatly pleased that this dealership (which had changed hands some time ago) was still responsive to its clientele. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

From start to finish working with Ciocca was wonderful. We worked with Greg Liston who was on top of everything. His knowledge of the car as well as the logistics of every step was excellent. We never felt pressure to purchase and things went very smoothly. One of the techs, Dan Faas, came out to explain items we had questions about and was very patient with us. When the finance team was a little backed up, the manager came to move things along before we connected with John. If we lived closer to the shop, we would absolutely use Ciocca as our mechanic as well. We are so grateful for this experience given terrible encounters at other dealerships.

My experience was wonderful with Rich Tudanger. No pressure whatsoever. Was fully knowledgeable about the vehicles on a lot and specifically the vehicle that I was purchasing. Probably one of the best sales experiences I've had at a dealership, out of the 9 dealerships I have purchased from.

I had a great experience with Rich T, it was a good hour drive for me and i'd do it again just to deal with Rich when buying a car in the future. Rich is a straightforward kind of guy but also one of the nicest there, never once did i feel like I was being taken advantage of, because this my first time buying a car by myself. The environment of the dealership is very nice. If I had to buy another car again I would definitely come back.

Incredibly wonderful staff especially Rich T. He's a very easy going and friendly salesman. It feels weird to even call him that because he isn't pushy whatsoever. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I felt like I've known him for years even though we just met. You can see how much he enjoys working with people.

So I went to some trouble to get an early morning appt with the service department and was told my car would be ready in 90 minutes. We showed up 4 hours after it should have been ready and they had not started. To rub salt into the wound, when I called in there was no hint of an apology and apparently it is my fault for listening to a poorly trained employee who booked the appointment. Such a shame after purchasing my second car here.

Absolutely horrible experience. Sat with sales rep Javier for 2 hours - figured all finances out and put a down payment down. 2 days later they sold the car to a different person. Spoke with management Shawn and all they said was sorry. Cannot comprehend the lack of care these people have. Do not come here - unprofessional from sales to management - do not spend your money here.

I have had several Volkswagens from dealers in the area. This was my first time purchasing from Ciocca VW, and it was the best experience I have had buying a car, ever. I worked with Rich T., and he was kind, professional and attentive without being pushy. Rich and the manager, Eric, were able to get me to a number that I was very comfortable with, and that does not happen often these days when buying a car. Rich also knew so much about the Atlas I was purchasing and spent time showing me the many new features in the 2024 model. I will be sending all my friends and family to Rich T. and Ciocca dealerships. Thanks again!

I was a bit overdue for service for my 2019 Jetta, so I knew it would be a bigger job. Service correctly diagnosed my warning light issues, did all of the work requested, and did not charge for an EPC checkout after ascertaining that the problem was related to my fluid levels. I may never be able to afford a new Porsche at this dealership, but I got treated to Porsche service for my VW!

The general manager, Chris, was quite rude. The service manager Paul had called him at 5:30 am, Chris failed to let everyone know, I ended up waiting half the day for a phone call that would never come. After calling the dealership at on the 5th day at 9:00, 1:00, and again at 1:00, being transferred to Paul's ext. then being asked if I wanted to leave a message or if the receptionist could give him a message, at 9 I left a voice mail, with no response, at 11 I asked the receptionist to please have Paul call me back. At 1:00 in the afternoon, I begged the receptionist to have someone from the dealership phone me to give me an update on me car, which they had for five working days at this point for maintenance that should take one maybe two days. She called me back at 1:35, stating she had just found out that Paul had called out ill for the day. Chris, the GM finally called me at a little after 3:00 to let me know my car SHOULD be ready within an hour. NEVER did the man apologize for not doing his job by letting everyone know that Paul would not be in and re-routing phone calls immediately. Even the next day when I picked up my car the man failed to take responsibility. I am very disappointed about this. It's one thing to make a mistake, quite another not to take ownership for them. A character flaw, I would say yes. After being a loyal customer for 13 years, I will not be taking my Volkswagen EOS there again.

Excellent customer service all around. Javier Flores was attentive, eager to help, LISTENED to all concerns, questions, and was truly engaged in all areas of the buying process. It is rare to find this type of customer service nowadays, and Ciocco VW definitely checked off all the boxes!!

I have purchased multiple cars over the years and the experience is off putting to say the least. Although service in my experience is usually the same... despite multiple problems with the car, and Volkswagen's inability to resolve the problem in a timely manner due to parts, the team at VW of Flemington bent over backwards to help me and make me feel like family. VW North America did eventually buy the vehicle back thanks to Chris and Paul, and I really felt like they had my best interests at heart. Thank you for helping me out and getting me away from that nightmare of a vehicle. You did what was best for me rather than your dealership and made me feel like Family. I'm sorry that I can't bring myself to buy another Volkswagen, but I'll take you up on your offer to call for direction in the future.

I worked with Rich T and had a great experience. He was easy to talk to, kind, and to the point. We got everything figured out very quickly and he was so helpful and on the ball. He went out of his way to make sure this was a positive experience. I would definitley buy another car from him.

Car shopping isn't always fun but Rich Tudanger couldn't have made the process any easier for me. I showed up with 2 energetic little boys and instead of being annoyed with them he couldn't have been any nicer. He helped me get the car I wanted and helped make the process easy. I worked with Rich Tudanger and Eric Christiansen on securing my 2024 Atlas. Rich was transparent, laid back, non-pushy, and I appreciated that there were no gimmicks like I had experienced during my search at other dealerships. He kept me updated on the arrival of the vehicle I chose, as it was still in transit, and was very easy to reach via phone, text, and email. The purchase process was seamless, but I experienced some issues when first driving my new car home. Problems and mishaps are going to happen, but what's most important is how they are resolved. I truly appreciated the urgency at which Eric and Rich got back to me after I made them aware of the issue. They very quickly sent a loaner (I live 1hr away from the dealership) and picked up my car, solved the problem (which was a very small tech issue) and returned it promptly. I would highly recommend Cioccia VW of Flemington. Thanks!

After doing some research on dealerships, we found VW of Flemington.They are over an hour away from us, but I must say the reviews are convincing. This was the best decision ever as leasing a vehicle from them was absolutely seamless. Rich T was courteous, patient, informative, and didn't lie - they do have the best cappuccino! I highly recommend Rich T and his colleagues at Ciocca VW, you will not be disappointed!

Working with Matthew ( Matt) Hanzich was so easy and helpful, because he was one of the best, very kind, and respectfull. The finance Director made the process quick and easy getting my wife into her new VW Tiguan, after the great deal we make with Matt and his Sales Manager. All of the employees are wonderful and take their time explaining everything to us and of course made us feel welcomed.HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ciocca Porche, Audi & Volkswagen of Flemington.10 STARS for all you guys!
