I just picked up my 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness Edition and absolutely love it! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Ciocca Subaru of Flemington. I am very happy with the folks at Ciocca, especially Evan and Tom. If the need for another car arises my first stop will be at Ciocca!

My husband bought his first new car ever at Ciocca Subaru of Flemington a few years ago. He had such a good experience, that when the kids moved home and took over my car, we drove all the way to Flemington to look at Subarus first. So glad we did!His Forester is too big for me; but after 5 years in a sedan, I wanted a ride tall enough to see over oncoming LED headlights, but small enough to get in without a ladder; old enough to still use keys but young enough to have safety features, like a backup camera. And I wanted room in the back to stow a bicycle.I did not expect to do more than sit in a couple cars that day, but 3 hours later I was driving home in a virtually new 2019 Outback that checked all my boxes and more The entire staff was very helpful shoutout to Eric but I need to single out my amazing sales guy, Evan Ruggiero. He held my hand through the whole process, guiding my decisions about just what I needed. I am most grateful that he suggested the windshield protection deal, which included a glare-free protective coating that greatly reduced the size and intensity of the blazing LED hi-beams coming at me, robbing them of their power to blind me on my drive home.WIN WIN WIN and now the huz won t shut up about that glorious blue Forester Wilderness in your showroom

The work you did on my car was great! I have to tell you that Victory Subaru who I normally use is much more efficient and organized when customers come in for service. I must have waited 15 minutes when picking up my car. The car was ready but your staff did not help me right away and was inefficient at getting the paperwork done! Your staff needs to work at being organized especially if you are busy. Yesterday wasn t that busy, I can t imagine how crazy your office would be if you were!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ciocca Subaru. The team was very helpful and professional through out the process. After the purchase, Ralph patiently walked my wife and I through all the features on the vehicle. Everyone has made it clear that they are available if we ever need assistance!!All in all it was a very pleasant experience!!!

I scheduled my CrossTrek for 90k service. Jeffrey called to say that had been done at 80k and recommended only an oil change and tire rotation. I greatly appreciate that Jeffrey went the extra step to review my records to confirm what service actually needed to be done.

Very very good. Great car shopping experience. Service professional, thoughtful, warm. Very patient to help me solve the problem of buying insurance, let me quickly pick up the car. The car was very clean and full of gas, which surprised me. I give it five stars without hesitation! This is my first car I have bought in this shop.This dealer, Ciocca Subaru of Flemington, is excellent. This is the second car I have lease in this dealer. Their service quality is very high, the explanation is patient, the business is meticulous and efficient, and the whole process is not pressure, and there is a suitable price. I especially thank Jeannette for her service throughout. I am very willing to give full praise and would like to recommend this dealer to my friends.

I have purchased 2 cars here and had a great experience both times. The last purchase was in November 2023 and Candi & Tom were great to work with. I felt like they had my best interests in mind.The service dept has been my go-to for 10+ years now, but my last few experiences have been below average with expectation setting (everyone is very friendly and willing to help, just didn't seem like they were able to do so in an efficient manner). Hoping that turns around since I would ideally like to keep servicing my Subaru there

I appreciated the communication between the service team and myself. I was surprised to get a video and explanation of work to be completed on my vehicle. Was happy that a vehicle was available to use while Subaru service team worked on my car. Thanks Drew for explaining about the differentials and why they are important! Service team very friendly!

We are new to Ciocca. We purchased a vehicle and when brought home notice an issue with the windshield. I called right away and was given an appointment with the windshield repair person. The problem was resolved and new windshield was placed. All covered by warranty or whatever I know we didn t have to pay for anything. It took a few days r/t parts being ordered etc. I did get a loaner car which made it nice for me I didn t have to put my life on hold. Staff was nice and helpful made everything work smoothly. We are not disappointed.

I went in intending on information gathering for a future buy but they had exactly what I wanted and did everything they could to ensure I left satisfied. I returned the next working day with my wife and the deal was so good it was hard to pass up. I ended up getting the car and I couldn't be happier with my decision or with the entire experience. I took my family s vehicle in for routine maintenance. I was greeted outside and then walked into the Service Department. Hector greeted me and had me in and out in a few minutes. I was given a ride to work and sent a great video and details of what was needed. The work was completed in a timely manner. The customer service was above the rest. Hector and the Manager Rich were very professional. I highly recommend this dealership.

This experience working with Jeannette was outstanding! She is a remarkable salesperson. She listened to our inputs and answered all of our questions. This Subaru was a "new world", but Jeanette demonstrated all of the features we needed to see so that we could get comfortable with the vehicle. It was easy to set up the appointment and the service department was quick to respond to my concerns even before the appointed time.I had gotten a loaner because it was the 30,000 mileage check up. There was a possibility that my car wouldn t be done on the same day. It was actually done by the end of day but my schedule conflicted with the pick up. Michael was quick to make alternative arrangements so I could have other optionsWhen I came to pick up my car , everyone was friendly and helpful. Over all a very good experience.

Had a fantastic experience at Ciocca Subaru of Flemington. Walked in with one car and left with two. They were honest and upfront, and gave us a deal that two other dealerships couldn t/wouldn t. Appointment for oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check was efficient and well done. Waiting lounge was comfortable and quiet. Very friendly service. I appreciated how they sent a video explaining the results of the maintenance check and also verbally went over the results with me too.

I had two (2) recalls fixed on my Subaru today and the service was great!! They fixed them quickly and even advised me on other issues to take care of ..but there was no pressure at all to have them do any additional repairs. I d highly recommend!

Stopped in because I had a head light that was out. The Service Department was Awesome! Helped me out fast and gave me an overview of things I should look at getting fixed. No pressure. My issue was a problem with a bad thermo control valve causing the check engine light to come on my 2020 forester. They correctly diagnosed the issue and told me it was covered under warranty. They gave me a lovely new Crosstrek as a loner car. The repair was completed the same day and the car was returned clean and happily working fine once again. I love my Forester. This was the only issue I had in over 3 years. It was very painless.

Drew and the service department at Ciocca were great. They were so friendly. They identified the issue I was having with my radio and touch screen. Drew worked with me, his Manager and corporate HQ to get my issue fixed with the best possible customer experience. Mine was exceptional. Great job!
