I had an excellent experience purchasing a Ford EV with the team at Ciocca. There was no pressure and the team was very knowledgeable about the entire process. I received my charger and paperwork quickly and without having to worry. Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, however I have to say how incredibly disappointed I am in their service department since Ciocca took over. No communication, and incredibly rude individuals answering calls. They talk over you without listening to your issues. The reason I purchased a vehicle there was because of the great service I had in the past. Not so anymore. Do not tell customers you "washed" their car after service..this was clearly and most definitely NOT done. It came back to me..dirtier than when it went in. My issue was fixed, but I will be looking for another Lincoln dealer for service.

Easily the worst customer service I've ever received from a service department. I had my car in 10 weeks ago and paid to have a problem diagnosed. It has now been ten weeks of unreturned phone calls and texts - TEN WEEKS - trying to get my car fixed. I've left messages for the service manager. My calls are not returned. The appointment schedule people have been helpful, but anyone above them is useless and unprofessional.My advice would bea) do not buy a Lincoln; the pseudo-luxury features will stop working (power mirrors, gadgets, steering wheel buttons, audio system, etc.) and you will pay a fortune to get them fixed.b) if you do buy a Lincoln, do not expect any semblance of "customer service" if you take it to Ciocca Lincoln.In my case, I do not expect them to ever fix my car at this point. Or to call me and tell me they won't or can't. I'm on my own.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ciocca Ford as we purchased our new 2023 Ford Explorer. The entire Ford team was welcoming and helpful. In particular our Sales rep/Client Advisor, Tyler LaPlant, was excellent as he was very knowledgeable of the inventory and answered all of our technical questions about the car. He was very patient and worked with us throughout the entire process to obtain the Ford Explorer. There was no detail left out and we were so comfortable going through this sale. Other Ciocca team members worth mentioning are Tyler s Manager, Chris Messina, and our Finance Manager, Mike Barone. Mike was very straightforward and the purchase of the vehicle was very quick and easy. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Ciocca Ford and look forward with the service relation in the future for when the car will need its maintenance.

Tyler was a phenomenal partner when I came in to take a look at the Ford Explorer. He was very patient and helpful as my husband & I looked at the various trims to determine what fit what I was looking for. The entire staff from Tyler to the other associates & managers as well as Mike who walked me through the financial paperwork were superb. And no one minded my two rambunctious toddlers who tested the trunk space in the floor model to make sure it was WWE ready Thank you Tyler and team again for such a smooth process! Excited for adventures in my new Ford!!

This is the best car dealership in the world! From buying a car to service, they are A+. When you arrive, they greet you with a smile. They truly care about your car, and do not just try to make money. They will talk you through anything they recommend, and put you and your situation first. After your visit, they send you texts and emails checking in. I highly recommend coming here. They are so kind and the best around.

This is my second visit with Flemington Lincoln. I appreciate the ability and ease of scheduling appointments and the courtesy and professionalism the majority of staff extends. The latest visit was for routine service and to diagnostic some concerns I had expressed. Mike, the Service Mgr was fabulous. I have been driving for more than 1/2 my life and don't recall any service person explaining coverage and out of pocket items, diagnostics, etc. I am satisfied with the diagnostics and services provided. I ride the distance (approx 30 miles 1 way) for this Lincoln service group.I reside in Union County NJ and purchased my vehicle from a PA dealership. The 1st encounter with the dealership was approximately 2 yrs ago. I had an alarming experience (a bunch of warning lights came on). I did not trust my usual, neighborhood mechanic to troubleshoot and was shocked that a closer Lincoln (Vauxhall) service center would not consider servicing my vehicle because it wasn't purchased from them. I tried the North Brunswick dealership who did not have immediate availability. I guess 3rd try is the charm- Flemington. Explained my concerns and was able to have my vehicle serviced the same week.A long review and hope it helps someone who may be seeking a quality, service center.

David Harry helped me buy my first Ford. The experience was so pleasant and a breeze. I never knew buying a car could be this hassle free. Everybody in there. ( Andrew Ray ) was so helpful and nice. What a great crew.

I was there for a 1:00 appointment and they were ready for me. It was done quickly. Then I got a message that my car was actually in for service and if I had any questions to just text them back.Richard let me know that the car was ready and it was was done well within the timeframe given to me, when I got there.Service was done well.

Do not buy a used vehicle from here or any other of the FCTC dealerships.I would have given zero stars if it was an option. I bought the 2017 Fucus early April 2020 and I was assured the car was up to date on all regularly scheduled maintenance of which was performed at Flemington Car and Truck country. Both the salesman and his manager assured me this car had just come in on a trade and was a very good deal and if I didn t buy the car, someone else would soon.About a year later the transmission had a grinding noise in first gear and would not climb the simplest of hills. I was told this was common for this model and transmission and was partially covered by the extended warranty that was handed down by a class action lawsuit (first red flag). The tech working on the car also was so kind to tell me this was the worse transmission Ford has ever made. (great) The other issue was not covered by warranty and would be about $750 out of my pocket. I was assured this was common and would likely not continue to be an issue as it was now fixed. Because it was so common, why it wasn t fixed prior to them selling the car is beyond me. Please keep in mind this was one year and about 6K miles in low milage due to Covid.Today, two years to the month the transmission problem is occurring again, same symptoms however this time nothing is covered, it will now cost me another $3650 to keep driving the car. When I asked Shane (service) if there was anything that could be done, he simply said he couldn t do anything and went on to explain how much he cares and hinted that HE was the victim since he was the one who had to bear the bad news to me. Never mind the fact I was sold a car with a defective transmission.I will not do business at Flemington Car and Truck Country ever again. Ever since the now deceased Steve Kalafer is no longer running the show something is off. Sales and Service do not have a partnership. Back when Steve was alive, he would make it right, but when I asked Shane, he said he could do nothing. I m now stuck with a car, I bought in good faith from Andrew Seipel (salesperson), that I cannot drive, but I m still making the monthly payments.I will not be back.

Can't say enough from Kevin to Chris to Kelly to Jerry, who wasn't even in on the day I was there. Each was more than friendly and not once did I feel pushed to make a decision. They even made calls to other dealerships to have me test drive similar vehicles to find my own comfort level. All very professional and helpful. Thank you again team!

I got into an acidente and my car couldn't be fixedSo l was waiting for the insurance company to make the payment to ford so l could go and get another carBut it was talking a little longer than I expectedI was almost 2000 thousands dollars in a rental car, l went to ford spoke to Ray Dasant and Chris Messina they got together with Chris Callahan the finance manager, and guess whatI walked out of Ford with a brand new ford edge 2022I can't thank you guys enough for all you guys did, l wish l could give to them 10 starsThank you so muchRay DasantChris MessinaChris Callahan
