Perfect experience all around.My salesman, Mark Schmaling, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was buying, as well as honest and upfront. He answered all my questions to the best of his ability and made sure I was comfortable during the whole experience. The finance director, Mark Whitney, made sure I understood each and every page I was signing during our due diligence. He was patient and understanding as this was my first experience buying a car for myself.The sale was fair and honest. They even stayed way later than their closing time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I wasn t rushed at all through any point of the process. I would go back to this dealership again if I m ever in need of another car.

I had an awesome experience at Ciocca of Flemington. Everyone there was great to work with. They listened to me, and found the truck that I was looking for with all of the features that I wanted. I d highly recommend them! Mark was a fantastic salesman, and Diego in finance was outstanding, too!

They made buying a new truck easy. Peter Puglia was very helpful in getting my new Maverick quickly and holding it for me until I could pick up. The gentleman in the financing department was clear and explanatory on all the options I had available, and made sure to break everything down to make it easy to understand. Everyone made this a quick and simple process. No high pressure sales tactics, just friendly salesmen who let me make my own decision and helped me along the way. Thanks again guys!

Efficient and Friendly at Ciocca Flemington.The customer service representative, when confirming my online scheduling for a service appointment, was friendly and very on top of things. Appreciated the timely, subsequent updates provided when the new tire delivery needed for the service appointment was confirmed (delaying original service appointment time). The video update sent via text once my vehicle was on the rack was very helpful.

So just had the Mustang in for all the fluids replaced ! Had a great serviced trans,coolant,brake fluid and the oil filter and oil change and rotating of the tires

Prompt scheduling and follow-up. Service updates were timely and conveniently delivered by text or live phone call. Service advisor was helpful and informed and followed up with the mechanic on any questions I had. Car ready when promised. Service very good. Would recommend this dealership.

We purchased my new 2021 Ford Explorer when it was still Ditschman Ford. We sat down with the loan manager that reviewed a service contract we could additionally purchase. We vividly remember him stating how it pays for itself with the number of oil changes, tire rotations, and specifically included brake replacements. He broke down the cost of these things and sold us on the contract. It was also stated that they were currently updating the service department so that it will be a express oil change so we could just drive up and have "priority service". My first attempt for this drive up service was met with confusion and I was told this is not an option and I needed an appointment. The appointments take about 90 minutes and I would have to sit and wait for my car to be serviced. Sitting for a 90 minute service that used to take about 30 minutes at Jiffy lube was not a great option. I also have the option for a drop off service which means they would have my car all day. Literally all day (drop off 6 pm the night before to pick up 5 pm the next day)Then, my husband inquired about brakes and he was told "we have never had a service contract include brake pads". Luckily I kept my contract and showed them. Next appointment I ask for my brake pads to be replaced and they stated they don't do it until they are 3 mm, mine are at 5. We have a long road trip coming up with my two small children and having new brakes would be nice not to mention, something I paid for with this contract. Instead of having them replaced, I was quoted a price to have them replaced sooner than recommended (the recommendation is not in the contract). In short, DO NOT PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT!

Back in June I came in to check out a vehicle that they confirmed was in stock, upon arrival it turns out the vehicle was sold weeks ago. They contacted me in September saying they had a similar vehicle in stock and I came in to check it out- put a down payment down and I left to get financing. I found a vehicle with less miles and lower price elsewhere so I asked for my deposit back. After 3 trips here to pick up the deposit and getting the run around, finally I m able to pick it up- but here I am sitting in the waiting area for an hour for someone to come out to give me a check. I m glad I gave my business to a different dealership with competent and attentive sales and service people.

Recently, my beloved Ford fusion was totaled in an accident. I started searching for a used car.. with the hopes of finding a car that was identical to the car I lost. Shopping for a car can be practically frustrating if you are a woman. I delt with misogynistic comments and had my concerns brushed over at other dealerships but that was not the vibe at Ciocca Ford of Flemington! Andrew was able to inform me without mansplaining. He actually answers your questions snd doesn t shame you for asking them. He was very helpful, without being pushy. The manager also stopped to greet us and he was down-to-earth and easy to talk to as well. Unfortunately, a different dealership had a car that was nearly identical to my old car (so I didn t end up buying my car at Ciocca Ford of Flemington). But the deals they had on the cars here were very fair. If I wasn t so attached to my old car I would have bought mine here. I hope I don t need another car for a long time but when that time comes, this dealership will be my first stop!

I received the letter from Ford about the Customer Satisfaction Program concerning the software update to fix the charger cord plug possibly getting stuck in the charge port. Shortly afterwards I got a call from Ciocca Ford to set up a time for their mobile service tech to come to my house to do the update. I was really surprised, I had no idea that such a service even existed. The tech arrived as scheduled and immediately began the process. He was courteous, professional and efficient. It was a very nice convenience to have this type of service done right in my driveway, without the need to go to the dealership. I am very happy and satisfied that Ciocca Ford provides a mobile service. I would highly recommend Ciocca Ford.

I can t tell you how happy I am that I brought my new Ford 2023 Bronco. Our Salesman. Andrew Seipel was the best! He had so much patience and a lot of information about the truck. I can t say enough of wonderful things about him. I will always refer him to my friends and family!. Also our Finance Mgr, Kelly Horvath was wonderful too, she answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood it all. All I. Lack of accountability from the service department. They have billed me for work they haven t done, had to pull tooth and nail to prove they didn t do the work. No apology was given extremely disrespectful staff up front with a few exceptions . I hope they can change my perception of them but as of now i will continue to be checking their work in detail since they sign off for things without doing them .. not to add their certified techs do a sloppy job and damage your vehicle when doing warranty work, when investigating my panels for noise they carelessly damaged my Mustang I bought new and saved up for years. I ve never had a dealer with this little accountability, I love Ford and proud to support domestic vehicles but since Ciocca took over this dealer it s been a sharp decline.

I could not be happier ! Mark Schmaling made the whole procedure smooth and effortless. I came into the Ciocca Ford/Lincoln dealership in the morning and drove out with my new Corsair in the afternoon.Mark was thorough and efficient explaining everything to me. Went in to look at pick up trucks and to turn in my Edge. Out sales person Peter P. was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained a lot of things to us and treated us with the utmost respect. Kelly was great too. She helped us through the financing and explained everything that we were receiving. Our salesman, David Harry, was phenomenal. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and he made it happen. The communication from him was always prompt, professional, and informative. 10/10**********My 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning was due for the 4th Servicing and the servicing was Top-notch!!!I haven t even moved to my new house and I I got a worm welcome from my local Ciocca Ford in Flemington Family. Picked up my vehicle at my workplace in Bridgewater, Send me videos of my 4th service(battery check, tire check, break check and more), Polite Truthful & Diligently communicate at all times, Even dropped it at my house as I requested and communicate over the phone when done. Very helpful in buying out our lease. I expected pressure to buy a new vehicle and extended warranty. While these topics were discussed they were not at all pushy which was refreshing and appreciated. We were in and out quickly to complete the transaction. Will definitely return for my next new car purchase based on this experience.

Truck was serviced for a recall and requested additional work due to truck constantly using coolant fluid. After payment for the diagnostics i was told there was no issue however, the truck continues to consume up to a gallon of antifreeze a week. I was told after their pressure test was completed the truck was not using fluid. I'm now attempting to find alternative services to properly diagnose and treat the issue. The mechanics don't appear to have the necessary skills to identify the problem.

Absolutely spoiled. Love my new car and loved the easy peasy experience. I put off buying a new car for six months due to the hassle it might be and was referred to Ciocca. Almost 20% Market adjustment on the price of the vehicle. Vehicle was listed on Truecar for $5000 less, but was informed by the salesman that it was not eligible for Truecar pricing(Sketchy). Couldn t find my vehicle at any other dealership, and had to get a new one. Extremely disappointed that I had to significantly overpay for my vehicle.

I had a great buying experience. I went to the dealership late afternoon Saturday just to look at a Ford Explorer. Dave the salesman came out and showed me the car. I wasn t looking to test drive that day I was just looking if the size inside would fit our needs. He offered for me to take it for a ride which I did. When we got back he asked how I liked it and left it at that. There was no pressure to buy that day which is why we ended up going back two days later to purchase the vehicle. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was such a smooth and easy transaction which made me really excited about my new ride!!
