I am very disappointed in the poor customer service I received. We brought my wife s Ford Explorer in for a potential repair. They did send me an estimate of the potential repair items. About four hours later I went to retrieve my vehicle and was told it was hooked up to their system and they could not release it as their mechanics had already left for the day. (I was there doing the hours they told me they were open). Eventually the on site manager compromised and had my wife s car returned to her work the next day. It was a reasonable solution. I then shopped around the repair and another mechanic advised he needed more specific information regarding the repair repair.Specifically, all Ford had told me was replaced fuel filter. They did not break down the hours or the types of materials and parts needed to do this repair. My mechanic advised that there were two types of fuel filter that may have been faulty, and he needed to know which one or if both had to be repaired. I need this information to compare quotes. I then called Ford on on 2/14 and left a voicemail asking for this information. When I receive no response, I then called on 2/16 and left two more messages, One with the person handling the repair initially and the second with the service manager. Today no one has returned my calls.I paid for over $200 for them to hook my car up to the computer and run a diagnostic and diagnosis the issue and give meAn estimate.. For $200 they merely wrote in a piece of paper need to fix fuel filter. They failed to break down the number of labor hours, the parts, and the cost involved of each step. I do not recommend going to this dealership based on the poor customer service I ve received to date.

Last week, I traded in my 2005 Chevrolet Colorado for a new 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. Jon and Tony worked to get me the best deal possible on a great new truck. David in finance worked with my budget and I couldn't be happier with my truck buying experience here. Everyone was so nice to me, even the cashier! The atmosphere was both pleasant and comfortable. What a pleasure it was to feel no pressure to but a vehicle from them. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I visited Flemington Chevrolet Buick GMC and traded in my 2005 Chevrolet Colorado for a brand new 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. Great staff, very helpful and a no-pressure sales environment. I had a test drive and wasn't thrilled with the WT (Work Truck) model, so within 3 business days they had an LT submodel Colorado shipped to the dealership for me to see. I bought it. The price, amenities and the helpful nature of everyone working with me at the dealership, we found what worked for me. I'm the proud owner of a new truck.

we bought truck from this dealership 2 months ago and paid with certified check. the final price was less than what we paid with the check. they gave us "WE OWE" document assuring they would refund the difference. since than we called them , were put on hold and ignored, email - ignored . we only got DMV processing refund for about 17 dollars but that's separate refund.and we were going to place order for our next trucks for our fleet with them. thank god this happened. but they still will have to pay the refund.

We wish every salesman we had was like Vinny! He wasn t pushy and did his best to meet all our requests. He was very knowledgeable, kind and personable.Everyone we met at Ciocca was pleasant. Great experience overall!

New over turn of employees, especially in the finance department, made many mistakes. Will definitely not recommend or do business with this dealership in the future.

Bought a new Ford Maverick. Thought I was going to have to wait 6 to 9 months. Came in 4 months 1 week. Pleasant surprise just in time for summer. Marianne was great. Made the process flow very well. Was in and out on the new purchase in 45 minutes. A new record Amazing

Not a happy camper.. very turn off by car salespeople... second time coming ito look at jeep compass. I called twice that to give salesperson. A time when i could come. But it turned out I arrived a little sooner then i thought . I knowhehad some oe coming at 5pm. And I arried at 4:30pm. Getting a response people are just showing up whenever they want.Okay I let that go. I took a test drive by myself. Returned and he gave me an offer. It was 1,500 off the asking price . He said what do you think? I said whT else can yoy do. More oil changes etc. Nope. Okay , the he asks me if I have ayoe in my household who is leasing a car ? Husband yes, but paid off lease in November. No has to be within one month.Okay, so noow $500 comes off and car is more. I said I would have taken the first price. Why did he give a price and take it away.Poor poor customer service.We hve done alot if business with this dealship and have never been treatthis way. And not about the money it the way he went about it. Be honest,

In all my years of working with dealerships, Flemington Car and Truck country are in first place for best service we have ever received. No pressure, no games, just a genuine, honest team. I was surprised to have found a gift sent to us after our purchase. This dealership has great class!!! We will gladly come back and recommend you!

What a great experience I had at Flemington Audi! Service was outstanding and I love my new ride! Sue was amazing I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. She knew exactly what I wanted and showed me all the options before picking out the right one! I would definite go back to purchase my next car. :)

Always go out of their way to help. Todd the service advisor is so knowledgeable and Jack Albert, the service manager is a real pleasure to deal with. Steve would be very proud.

I have had a horrible experience with the service department. I bought my car certified pre owned and now six months later with abnormal wear I was told alignment was the issue and four new tires needed. When asking for the diagnosis to prove it is infact the alignment then I was told it was not checked they just assumed it was alignment . When asking why I would need four new tires I was told all four had been worn . This was in fact another lie and only two tires have the wear. I told him he didn t know what he was speaking about and how can you come to me telling me all tires are worn when in fact it isn t even the issue. Another issue I had when I first came in he was undermining my issue saying he didn t know why my appointment was even made. When in fact the nylon on both my drivers side front and rear was showing. Another issue i had was when saying to him I thought when you bought a car that was pre certified it would give the buyer some certification that hopefully there wouldn t be a issue with the car hence the pre certified and extended warranty I bought. He then told me it was not his problem once I drove off the lot which is extremely rude and unprofessional. Then before I left and I was asked to sign a paper he threw his hands up in the air saying it s just a paper to say your taking the car. I feel because I am a women I was taken advantage and looked down on . I was not compensated anything my alignment was never checked but they think or is the issue with out even being properly checked. I was also told when asking for the diagnostic print out that it was never done and that if I wanted it I needed to pay 109$. To add to this all when driving the car it doesn t pull either way nor is the steering wheel off center the slightest bit.

My experience was wonderful. Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted by Victor Belisle. He welcomed us to the property and offered us a tour of the lot and what cars they had to offer. We discussed with Victor our wants and needs. He promptly took us to those car's location in his lot. We test drove a car or two to get the feel for the drive. All the while Victor ensured our comfort and excitement towards a possible new car. I have been to many dealerships in my life and have been around for the purchase of many vehicles and I can say that Victor provided the "BEST SERVICE" I have ever received at a car dealership and he is truly one of their most valued assets. Victor exceeded my expectations, put people first and has passion for what he does. Even though we decided to not purchase a vehicle from Flemington Car and Truck (not by any fault of Victor), I would not hesitate sending any of my family or friends there and directly to Victor to get the same exceptional service.Thank you Victor for the terrific experience.

I bought my truck there. I brought it back for repair bcause of a recall. The dealers and service people were outstanding. They treat you veey well. They don't push to sell you anything. They take their time with you. I came along way to look at there trucks. I found what i was looking for and came home with the one i liked. The service people the people who set up the service to the mechanic who fixed ny truck.

Overall Joe and Chris were a pleasure to work with. They were informative, personable, and proficient without being pushy. Had everything sent to me within days which made decision making easier. Although I didn't end up buying a car from them, I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrible service from their Nissan dealer our car brake down on Monday and we had it dropped off that afternoon by the tow truck (the right wheel was essentially broken off) was told on Thursday after WE CONTACTED THEM that they could not tell us anything about it. 8 more phone calls later we finally got a hold of a manager who them stated they had the car. Which we already knew on Thursday they then say they need to call a tow truck to move it from where THEY had our truck put it.It was not until next Wednesday that we were able to get a hold of someone that could tell us anything with us having called every day in between.I will not do business with this auto group ever again.

Recent purchase of used Nissan work van went very well. Gave fair trade value for old ford e250. Very professional and answered all my questions. Above and beyond my usual experience at dealerships. Quite a professional. Highly Recommended.

We bought our work van from Jason Haye. What a great experience. He took care of all our needs and found just the right vehicle for us. I will be visiting Jason as soon as I can to purchase a new personal vehicle. I have sent a few of my friends and family to Jason as well and they where very pleased to find a sales associate that cared for them and treated them like a friend and not just another customer.

The VW/Audi/Porsche service manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. After waiting 15 minutes for his help with a VW goodwill activation he ignored me and helped someone that came after me. The service manager slammed stuff on the counter and made me feel very uncomfortable.The desk staff are great, however this man is horrible to deal with and was very impolite to me in front of other customers and my 4 year old son.I will never use this dealer for service again.

Honest, Kind, professional, and understanding. These are the best words I can use the descried Flemington Volkswagen. I had gone there with my good friend of mine with the intention of ensuring that she will not get ripped off on a new car. Once we had sat down with victor Belisle I had comfortable in knowing that she was going to get the best deal possible on what she wanted. He did not just tell us the numbers but showed us what he could do for us. It was if he was there to help us to get where we wanted to be. at the end of the day I can honestly say it could not have gone better.

If it was possible I would give zero, but since 1 was the lowest that s what they get. Brought my car to Ford Service to check a backup camera, they said no problem with camera but they would replace it if I paid for it. I said no so they did an update , now nothing works and my car had become a safety hazard. I found out it s the wrong update for my car. And I am now out the money to fix their mistake. I will be placing a formal complaint with Ford in Michigan. I think their service and it s manager is a JOKE.

I've had pleasant experiences in buying cars from the VW dealership. The facility is modern, spacious and well-equipped. I especially like that it''s part of the same dealership that sells Audis and Porsches. The staff is professional, courteous and very helpful. There is no pressure to buy anything, and none of the games that some dealers play. I highly recommend the dealership.

Do not purchase from this dealership. They mislead us as to the condition of the car. We paid for them to register it and were ripped off by that also. Big big mistake and too late now. They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to choose it to post

My experience at Flemington Volkswagen was absolutely wonderful! I walked in not entirely sure of which car I wanted to purchase, the Jetta or the Eos. The sales associate, Sue DePasque, was so helpful. She was patience with me and answered all my questions. After a few test drives, I ended up leaving with a brand new Jetta and I couldn't be happier!

I have purchsed two Volkswagens from Flemington and had a great experience both times. I live in PA and bring my car for service here since they are the best VW dealer I have dealt with. I will definitely purchase another vehicle here.
