I had done a lot of research on the dealer website before going into the dealership and basically knew the car I wanted and the price it was being offered. I was happy when I got to the dealership the vehical was in stock and as advertised. Zach our sales rep was wonderful and Jim the Finance guy was also very helpful. I was able to negotiate on a price I was happy with and left with the car that day.

Loved working with Ryan Bower. Very professional, courteous & honest. Ryan is the only person that I want to lease a car from again. This is the 2nd time I leased from him, I feel very comfortable with him. Anthony DeAngelis, Services Advisor, is also great.

I have to say, hands down one of the best buying experiences I have received. I worked with David and the sales manager Erik to get my new Sierra, even after I had already bought the vehicle and the paperwork was over, they helped me with my issues. Not something you see too much these days. I would highly recommend. Big cheers to the Ciocca team, you have some good people.

The dealership is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the messages through text and the video inspection that is completed on the vehicle. As always, I love that they clean the car after the service!

I scheduled to have an oil change and install a trailer hitch I had purchased from the GM website and sent to the dealership. I was given the day to bring it in and they asked for me to drop it off the night before which I did. The day of my appointment I received a phone call telling me they wouldn't have time to install the trailer hitch because they had too many other cars to work on. I explained I took a day out of work and waited to schedule an installation of the hitch so it would coincide with an oil change. The service advisor said he would ask one more time but called back explaining due the backup of cars and it was the end of the month so couldn't install. I found it disappointing that the work scheduled to be performed wasn't done especially as I had to miss a day out of work without the vehicle. I also did not pick this day to bring my truck to them they did, so I don't think it was my issue they had too many other customers to get to. When they called to tell me my vehicle was done I asked for the hitch to be placed in the bed of my truck. They never offered to reschedule and after this experience I will find another dealer to work with. I purchased my truck from Ciocca Chevy and may just leave my business with just that and find someone willing to work on my vehicle when it's taken to them. I was very disappointed by this and feel they could have done better for me as a customer.

1. I tried to call to see what the status of my vehicle was as I dropped it off the day before and it had a 9:30am appointment and it was after 1pm when I called, no one answered and then the receptionist told me she would have someone call me in the next 15-20min and no one did. 2. When I went to to pick up my car, the service advisor tried to charge me for my oil change which was supposed to be covered because it is a new car. Thankfully someone else stepped in and told him it was covered. 3. they did not wash my car and there were grime marks on the hood of my car that were not there when I dropped it off... 4. the service advisor told me to hang tight so he could go get my car and then never returned to tell me he brought the car around. Thankfully my husband texted me from the parking lot telling me that my car was out front.

I've been getting my car serviced by this place since I bought it three years. The other day my battery died and when I opened my hood I noticed a glove covering my brake fluid without a cap. I had only gotten my car serviced a month ago, so I brought the car back and asked them what this was about, while also asking for them to check my battery. Today I go to pick it up and they charge me 199 for "diagnostics." I talked to the service manager, Anthony, who refused to acknowledge that a glove over my brake fluid was an issue at all, while also telling me that the cap was actually ordered the last time I had my car serviced. I told him that wasn't said to me, and it wasn't in the write up, and the person I had dropped my car off with had no idea about why there would be a glove there. Anthony continued to tell me it wasn't a safety issue, meanwhile refused to take off the 199 for diagnostics which didn't need to be done since we knew the battery was dead. He was extremely dismissive. I showed him the picture of the glove and how it looked like it was ripping and deteriorating, to which he replied "that was just from the way the mechanic must've put the glove on the tank. It's not a problem." I always had good experiences here, which is why I didn't bother servicing the car myself. Will not be going back. What a joke.

I called early December to set up an appointment and we were given an appointment 2 weeks later during Christmas time (I think due to a shortage of technicians). Not a big deal to me since I have that week off. I was called the day after Christmas that they are short technicians again and cannot look at my vehicle until January 5th. I called them back and they said January 8th is the soonest they can see the vehicle (so another 12 days after the original 2 week wait for an appointment). I brought the car in Sunday and dropped the key into the key drop box (no envelope to fill out to say what I wanted them to look at). The car needed a lot of work and I knew that, but was not expecting the massive inflation pricing. Properly quoting prices over the phone wasn't going to work until they saw the work needed to do (oil change, transmission flush, alignment, brake pads, rotors, 2 new tires, a tire sensor, spark plugs, and possible dirty fuel injector). Being a mechanical engineer, I knew it was going to be expensive but was not expecting the actual cost (quoted almost $3000 for everything, excluding tires). I declined most of their service due to the outrageous pricing (almost $1500 for just front and rear brake pads and rotors that I could spend $300-$400 on parts and do it myself). After asking them if they heard the clicking on the dirty fuel injector, they said it would be another $200 diagnostic fee to just look at it, even though they were already looking at it to do the fluid changes. I got a $5 bottle of Lucas high mileage fuel injector cleaner and will use that in my next tank of gas. It would have been another $250 to replace 1 bad battery on a tire sensor. The work I did accept (oil change, transmission flush, and alignment) was over $700. I am doing my brake pads, rotors, and spark plugs for way less than that price and even the 2 new tires I need will be cheaper than that. I would not recommend this place unless you want to spend a lot of money just for technicians to look at a vehicle.

Everyone from the moment I walked in were so nice! Not only did Zach reassure that they ll try to get me out of my jeep, but everyone else that handled my situation did too! I ll only be coming to Ciocca now for my future vehicles. You guys literally took such a stress off my chest and I couldnt be happier in my new Acadia!

Had service check car since I got an error code that said my brakes were worn. It turns out to be a bad sensor. I asked if they would apply the diagnostic charge to the work to replace the sensor and I was told they would not. What a rip off! Other dealers I have gone to for work, not Ciocca, have always applied the diagnostic charge to the work that was being done!

Ryan Bower was my salesman and all I can say was, perfection. Called before I went at 430pm during week. Got there at 5. Truck was out front waiting. Took a ride. I already knew what I wanted. Put downhalf money, rest on loan they assisted with. While that was being done they detailed the truck in n out, AND gave full tank of gas. The 15 Yukon Denali is beautiful.

Mark was awesome!! He helped me through the process of buying my first car and made it a lot less scary than I anticipated! He was super flexible with everything and worked with me to make sure I got the truck I was looking for. Dave in finance was also amazing. He again eased my nerves about the car buying process and really took his time to make sure I knew what I was signing and what everything was warranty wise. I would definitely recommend these guys

The process of purchasing this car started in 2021. Though GM doesn't seem to really car about the customer, the people at this dealership do. Mark Z. was great to work for and had the tremendous patients through this whole process

I m typing this as I sit on the side of the road from my fixed coolant leak. I picked up the car from the dealer on Friday*, it s MONDAY and It s saying the engine is overheating again* after I spent $2000 to fix it.I don t know what the service workers did, but apparently NOT fix my car. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. Steer clear.**UPDATE 11/1/23**Was finally able to bring it in on 10/25/23 after pick up 9/28/23.Arrived at my 10 am waiting for pickup appointment to be called 1 hour later to request leaving the vehicle with no rental car available. Declined as I specifically made a waiting appointment because I can not afford a rental. Was called at 1pm to my car being ready and it fixed . I was told it was a hose clamp .I now type this 1 week later on 11/1/23 sitting as my car has overheated AGAIN. Again, a problem I paid a month ago to have fixed and was told twice this is done. Ridiculous. Will be reaching out to BBB and will be keeping this review updated .

Rick Castro, the service advisor, was very personable and pleasant. He immediately went to the computer to look for bulletins on my problem and found some addressing the issue. The dealer was a little short handed on the reception area, but he still put in personable time. They turned my truck around in quick time. It didn t fix the problem, but they made an attempt at a problem that GM knows about.I would absolutely recommend them even though my problem wasn t fixed. No way for them to know if it was fixed or not without me driving it. They did what they could, and I ll return it with the same problem but it wasn t like it was a soft tire or a leaking hose. It s a manufacturing issue.

This dealership should look to delivering on their "customer service is the their top priority." Nothing is further from the truth. You wait on hold for endless amount of time to simply schedule an appointment. This was never the way when Steve Kalafer owned it.

Speedy oil change and ture rotation appt. Quick checking and out. I only wish that the plastic seat cover and floor protection paper be removed before the car is delivered back to me.

My experience at ciocca chevrolet of flemington was a great one. Philip John was pleasant to work with to help me find the car i would love to drive off the lot with. He was patient with me through my decision making process.I went home a few days later with my Buick Encore after Chris Gansfuss helped me through my loan approval process and paperwork.I am very pleased with my car and would recommend ciocca chevrolet for future car purchases.

Primary problem was 2 1/2 hour wait time for a scheduled service appt to get an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. This amount of time was way too long by at least an hour or more. This was a significant difference timewise and other from my nearly 30 years experience as a very happy customer prior to ownership change.

Dave K is so helpful, he made sure everything is okay before we left. Tony is very considerate in what we are looking at price wise. Best sales people I've ever met. Dave from finance is very transparent and saw to it that we understood everything. Kudos to the whole team GM. More success to all!

My husband bought a new GMC 4 door pickup on our first visit. we left the truck there for what was supposed to be 2 days, which turned Into 5 days. We said ok, but here's the issue. He was going to just use his old plates so a temporary tag was not issued. I started getting ez-pass violations, but he was never at those tolls. After 5 hours calling ez-pass, motor vehicles, and the dealership....they gave his temporary plate to someone else, but after talking to management, they wiped their hands clean and refused to help find the customer who has the temp plate. So I will continue to get violations. So make sure you have the correct plate or tag upon leaving.
