They accepted the estimates from my insurance promptly - no delays due to parts or squabbling about labor charges like the other shop, my car was ready 6 days earlier than the estimated 2 weeks, warranty on parts & repair...informed me upfront on fees if using credit card to pay, to me the no-surprises way of doing things is extremely pleasing. Overall excellent work & courteous service. When picking-up, I did have to ask for someone to walk me through everything that was done on the car and someone did do that, probably most others don't look for this.

Top quality work. Chris went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right and on time. The whole staff from Bonnie up front to the guys in the back are great. Would recommend anyone to go there for their professional work

Had to deal with a lot of issues re: parts delays and other problems that delayed completion of the work. Staff was courteous and kept us informed along the way. Offered to provide a complimentary rental when our coverage ran out and made other concessions. We appreciated their efforts to make sure we were satisfied.

I've had a few experiences with auto body repairs in the past but none were like this one. Past experiences have all been with mom and pop shops who do good work but the over all experiences lead to some discomfort. Not with Carstar. They take the customer experience seriously. Communication was clear, concise and courteous. The repair was clean with a high quality of workmanship. Nice work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were very happy with the work done by CARSTAR Christoper Casavant, the General Manager, goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Bonnie at the front desk is cheerful and helpful. We hope we don t need body work in the future, but if we do we will go to CARSTAR.

Thoroughly impressed! From the convenient location to the cleanliness of the facility, to the energetic and professional staff, Car Star in Flemington NJ is impressive. They treat customers with respect, and fully explain all aspects and steps of the repairs. Especially Chris the manager - he is extremely patient and does everything in his power to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the final result. I will use them again if needed.

This was my second time using carstar in Flemington, as always the communication was amazing and I m so happy with how my car looks.The only negative is that coffee spilt all over my car from the accident and it sat for over a month and a half like that and my car also has a mechanic smell to it

They were in constant communication as to what was happening with my vehicle. I got in an accident mid July (t-bone on the passenger side) and wasn't due to get my car back until August 3rd but I got it back on July 27th. They gave me new doors, matches paint, replaced numerous other parts and even looks like they cleaned it for me to an extent. It's as nice as it was when I bought the car. The ladies and men in the office were incredibly polite and easy to deal with. If I have any future issues, god forbid, I'll definitely go back.

From start to finish, everyone at CarStar Fred Beans in Flemington were great to work with on fixing my wife's vehicle. They kept us in the loop as to what was going on during the entire process. My favorite part is that they were very honest about what needed to be done to the vehicle and never tried to upsell us on repairs that were not necessary. Their prices were very reasonable, and the work that was done was excellent. My wife says her vehicle looks good as new! You can't get better than that!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional and courteous. Getting in a car accident is no fun, but this place made the entire process extremely easy. They were able to take our vehicle and work on it immediately whereas other places were backlogged. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the process very easy. They finished on time and the work looks great. The staff was very courteous, always kept us appraised of the progress and the place was very clean. Hoping to never get in an accident again, but if I do, I will definitely come back here.
