George Vdokakes is an incredibly rude and disrespectful employee that thinks every customer can be bullied by his demeanor. Every visit I have had an issue with this individual that somehow is equal every time. Glad he keeps his consistency of being impolite.

Box truck back light was not working. I asked the guy to use his screw driver. He gave it to me no problem and sure enough the light was rusted ughh. I looked around found a new one for 15 bucks and done. To buy a new bulb was 8 bucks so really what was there to think about :-).

USE TO DO ALOT OF BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE UNTIL NEW MANAGNENT TOOK OVER AND CHARGES MORE THEN ONLINE FOR COMMERCIAL ACCTS. JOSH WHO IS SOME SMART A#$ TOLD ME TO GO F$%& MYSELF. SPOKE TO A HIGHER MANAGER ADERTO AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. WILL NOT DO ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. DID OVER 50K A YR WITH THEM TO 00000000000000000. NEVER AGAIN WORST PLACE EVER. Chris in flemington sold us a bad rebuilt alternator and we had to return it twice as he said it was good and sent.y son on his way with same bad alt. We returned a day later and had to pay the difference for a new one as they had no other rebuilt units to make good on warranty. I had to R&R the alt. 6 times due to Chris being incompetent horrible experience

Great local place to shop for parts, I own a detailing business, so i m here often. Staff is nice and always looking to help. Some of their items are over priced compared to other auto parts nearby. But the majority of things are well priced!

Terrible customer service, wrong parts 24/7. The best part is the big condescending guy with white hair always tells you that your wrong not him. Always has an attitude, no idea what hes talking about. The only 2 people there that are decent and actually help you out not wasting your time telling you that 'your wrong' are Bobby and Michael. Even then i refuse to go there unless i absolutely have to

Older Employee was extremely rude and impatient when I was trying to give him description of the part I needed. He had a baseball cap and mixed grey hair with somewhat of a goatee / beard under his mask. I walked out in the middle of him asking me questions after trying to be patient with his horrible customer service. They should keep him in the back stocking shelves away from customers. You will lose customers with his attitude.

The entire crew went way above and beyond. Steve, and Joe helped me decipher the owners manual to narrow down why my windows wouldn't work. Then Jeff actually stood in the cold with flurries coming down to troubleshoot the issue with me. I am pleasantly surprised that this level of customer service still exists.

I visited Advance Auto Parts to buy floor mats for my car. I found what I wanted easily. They let me take it outside to make sure that it fitted my car properly. I found that it was the right mat and it was priced very reasonable.I give high marks to Advance Auto Parts for good service, easy to find merchandise and reasonable prices.I recommend Advance Auto Parts in Flemington, NJ the next time you need something for your vehicle.

Poor customer service. Arrogant employee barely wanted to be bothered when I asked where something was in the store. Then at the register same guy asks if I want a bag. I say yes and he hands me 1(one!) plastic bag for - 4 rolls of paper towels 4 cans of brakleen 2 qts of gear oil and 2 cans of paint, and then sips his drink while he waits for me to bag it up myself.....I wont be back.

Terrible service in this store. Multiple times I have waited over 10 minutes just to check out and pay for an item while the one sales guy in the store spend 30 minutes on the phone pricing out every brake option available for some random dude who can't apparently use the internet. Will not go back and waste anymore time.

Needed to pick up some diesel emissions fluid and they were running a great buy one get one fifty percent off deal on the two and a half gallon size so it was a no brainer. Employee welcomed me as I walked in and led me right to the product. This is always my first stop in Flemington when I need anything vehicle related.

My car with was reflecting gas left in the tank....not so with the cool temp. change. I had walked and borrowed a gas can but was struggling with the childproof cap. Ed ran across the street to where I was just off the circle in the rain to help. If that is not the true spirit of someone in an Auto Store I do not know what is?!? I went back and bought some car cleaning items. My car guy husband said he had never seen the cool cleaning towel I bought. Thank you from a car girl! XXXOOO

Got a starter here and it didn't work. Took it back out and took it back and they refused to swap it for a new because their machine to test it has been broken for a "few months". Don't buy anything here!

i went there and got a headlight bulb changed a little while back. i went there today and i was told by a guy who said he worked there a long time ago and said they never did that. the time i was there there was a huge sign in the window that they did it. this guy today tried to tell me they never did it. what goes on at advance auto parts? amnesia

Associate sold me the wrong headlight bulb for my car then wouldn't take a return or exchange because the packaging was slightly open and they can't sell it then. Ended up having to pay for a bulb twice..... I'll go to Napa next time.

Usually pretty friendly. Whole store/counter always seems a bit messy and it's usually very expensive. Good for emergencies

Very poor customer service from an older male employee. He was rude and seemed bothered by my need for help with a product. I will never go there again. I ended buying something because I needed it but I should of not purchased from there and I should of just walked out.
