I had gotten lost in the Flemington area of NJ. The GPS only phone wasn't working well. I was directed to the AAA location. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me a personalized map to get to where I was going. They also gave me a NJ map. I am so thankful to them.

I m so grateful to triple AAA Flemington NJ.Excellent costumer service, My car battery died so I called and in less than 15 minutes Amanda came to my rescue! She was very nice, very professional, she knew what she was doing.Thank you so much for your excellent service.

I came here to take passport photo. It was easy to park my car just right outside. AAA member paid $3 to take the photo. I have a chance to check the photo before being put on paper. and took about 5 min to get the print. Nice!

Highly recommend and couldn't imagine dealing with any other agency for my family's travel needs. Pat Beers, located in the Flemington NJ office , is much more than a travel agent; she became a 'friend'! She went above and beyond in assisting me with a surprise for my adult children. She assisted them with their planning wishes, continued to keep me informed along the way; while managing to keep the entire transaction a secret. Customer service like this is not only exceptional but builds strong relationships with the community; keeping the customer coming back. Thank you - it was a lot of fun!

I went to pickup a Trip Tik for an upcoming trip which I had also done a bit over a year ago and the woman who greeted remembered that! Pat expertly helped me plan the route our son and I will take from Florida to Reno, NV. Our conversation was enjoyable, I enjoyed a cup of complementary coffee during the process and I left with tour books, our Trip Tik, emergency phone numbers and a smile on my face. This service is included with the AAA membership so there's no additional cost.The office is clean, bright and we'll stocked with travel products for purchase.My family & I have been AAA members since I started driving 46 years ago and we will continue our membership as long as we drive.

Good luck getting to them with this number. It takes you to anywhere but that location. No one there seems to have a clue what they're doing. They can't even get my name correct on my policy and I've asked for it to be corrected multiple times. I'm very close to going back to my previous provider that was 800 more a year but they were competent and picked up the phone without 400 automated prompts beforehand and then a transfer from another state

I have been a member of AAA for many years. I have used their paper maps and TripTiks for almost 50 years. It is my first stop when I am planning a road trip.I have always found the staff at this store to be friendly and helpful. Besides the maps and Triptiks, they have many other travel related items and services. From this location they provide travel agency services, and offer different types of insurance.I recommend AAA in general and this location specifically for your travel needs.

First visit. Fabulous service. Outstanding results. Not a single mistake. Brought the backwoods of Maine to its knees. What a resource. Nuff said!

I am moving from NJ to Colorado. I stopped in for the old fashioned Trip Tix. Pat Beers was so very helpful with my planning and gave me some great tips for the ride. I'm glad I did this.

Very helpful staff. Quick and efficient every time I visit. From the travel staff to the managers I never have an issue or a problem when visiting. Highly recommend this store.

Used the office for passport photos. Prompt and courteous and I saved a lot of money. At least 50% less than other places.

i signed a membership card writing on it start my membership on august 20, they sent me a card dated sto stat august 1. don't they read? how negligent cn they be
