I drove for 40 minutes to get oil change. I got there before 10am and was excited to see only one vehicle ahead of me being serviced. However, one of the guys came out to ask what I needed help with, and when I said oil change, he said that they can t do it because they don t take walk ins anymore and they are fully booked? This is not a by-appointment only location. Very disappointed to say the least.

The only reason I would go here is because the work is more affordable than other places, like for tire installation. Their customer service, however, is trash. I spent weeks calling someone to schedule an appointment, but no one would ever pick up. I tried calling during different times of the day as well and still nothing. FINALLY, I got through to someone, only to find out the tire I ordered and set up an appointment for was no longer available! Had to order 2 new tires and 2 weeks later, they're still not in and they can't check to see when they will come in, even though someone else I spoke to had given me an estimated delivery date...? I can't say enough how horrible their customer service is. BASURAAA

I'm not sure if I'm the only one that has trouble making an appointment online (no link to make an appt), on the phone (pickup then please hold), or in person (everything is booked). Seems like it's close to impossible unless you buy tires online and schedule install.. for "lifetime balance, rotation" they never seem to be accommodating.

I gave it a one star because I had horrible customer service.. i called about 2 eeeks ago 3 days strait and no one picked uo i can to call the manager to talk to someone in customer service to have them fianlly picked.. i had bought tires online i could only putthere for the warranty.. .. when i bought the tires they had sad delivery sat and then came monday.. as a walk i it has been better .. but phone and by online order tire service horrible

They don't install valves, if you change tyre on your old car without changing the valves you will have new tires without air.

They couldn t get off 2 lug nuts made me come back. Still couldn t do it. Had to take tires elsewhere.

The service is really bad.Mike very rude supervisor.And the other is very aggressive, which is not the way to treat the consumer well.We do not recommend Flanders car service. There is no good customer service. zero star rating

Bought tires online and they wont answer the phone. Any department not just tires even the store operator. Useless store

Came in for an oil change on my F150. Victor helped me out, very customer friendly. Was in and out in less then 30 min. Wife forced me to shop with her haha while we waited. Happy wife and great service with unbeatable pricing. Definitely coming back.

Now i know why they have 3.3 on reviewsIn general all the job they do to my suv was good except for the spare tire they did not agree on leaving the old tire as an spare now i've no spare because they just didn't want to put it on after they were done and wanted to charge $35 more if they do, called Marc and he didn't fix the issue saying wasn't safe to put it on because was an old tire and he just stand to the other guys side, so i'm not happy with their customer service because i did the same in my previous visit to my other cars they put old tire as an spare and they don't disagree on doing it this time they messed up and didn't want to fix the problem. NOW I'AM DRIVING WITH NO SPARE TIRE THANK YOU WALMART TIRE CENTER AND CREW

Great Black Friday sale this morning $20 off Goodyear and free balancing.Didn t have all 4 tires in stock. Marc the Auto General Manager was kind enough to upgrade to a better tire. He also sped up the install. I really appreciate it. The whole team including Lois who actually got me to drive almost an hour to come to this location was awesome!Highly recommend this location!

Customer service is horrible! Put me on hold for an hour, i called back they transferred me and then they hung up. They never pick up the calls, there very rude!

I have to take thw time out to write w about Marc the Tire and Auto Center Manager.I purchased four new tires and had them mounted there.There was an issue with a few of their employees and I usually do not call a.corporation and complain but how I was treated was mind boggling.So the corporation had Marc call me. All I can tell you is he was so apologetic and all he wanted to do was for me to give him another chance and come back to the store and make it right.He goes above and beyond and is a consummate professional and a wonderful person.I will definitely be back he has earned my business and confidence in their service center.I HIGHLY reccomend Walmart of Flanders, NJ for tires. The pricing is fantastic and they are lucky to have Marc!

Just had my tires done today, so far satisfied, in the past I can say this particular tle wasn t a place I wanted to trust my car, but things have changed and it really shows, they now have a good crew and 2 great managers running things, Mark and Mike are the most responsible and helpful managers Ive seen there, and I can say I m confident in the upturn this shop has taken. My wait was short, the work was quick and thorough, and I can say I will most likely be back in the future.

Awsome price and very quick service! Had 2 wheels mounted and balanced in under a half hour! Lady on the phone was very nice in helping me choose the best tires for my car. Would definitely recommend them for the best business possible!

You get what you pay for. They put the wrong oil in, and I took it somewhere else to get it changed. Apparently walmart stripped out my oil plug. New service center I went to said they can't force it off as it'll most likely crack the oil pan. Fighting with them over the issue won't fix it. All I can say is I made the decision to go there to save time as they were already doing a tire.

HUGE shout out to MARK!! I have gotten a flat tire and was driving on my spare all day trying to find a mechanic that would replace my tire - all of them said no/no time. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Walmart Auto, and met Mark. As busy as the business was, Mark took out time to replace my tire on very short notice. I left very happy and paid less than I have expected. Mark is a great role model for his employees, you can tell he genuinely cares for his customers, and has a passion for what he does - very hard worker! I highly recommend. Everyone was very nice!

I like the ability to shop while I wait but to get work done takes them too long as many have said. Common problem but does not seem to be a priority. I have been their on more then one occasion and the wait is always long. I have been one of the first for tires but several hours later, I wait. I could see as well as heard from the cashier that staff was not in till 10:00 am and they were short. At 10:00 I still waited about another two hours. They just need to manage the schedule effectively based on history and have someone's oversight on the floor operations. I seen first hand, cell phone use as I waited and the casual demeanor of the staff. I stood at the big window watching and waiting.Pro:Price

This tire location is ran by marc and he has always been a professional everytime I come in for a purchase. Marc goes above and beyond and I wish more managers at wal mart were like him. Once you find an employee like marc at a location it makes you want to come back everytime. The prices are the best around and have bought tires for my vehicles a few times already. I recommend buying the road hazard warrantly. The techs are friendly when it comes to service.

Reliable, honest, courteous I could go on with favorable adjectives all day long. I will not trust my car maintenance to anyone else. I have been faithfully bringing my car here for many years. I truly appreciate the kind, hard working gentleman and ladies that work in this department. I am never disappointed.

Well had the longest wait and then realized they replaced the wrong pair. So they took another hr to put back my good pairs. Then on my way back my steering was vibrating like crazy at higher speed. So, stopped and checked in a service center and they figured that the tires were inside out. Spent another 40 for balancing. Lesson learned is its worth spending more than to waiting 4 hrs and bad service in walmart. The one that worked on my car was someone call Mark. Just be aware!!

Excellent professional, kind, patient staff. Great prices. They never sell you unnecessary services or try to up sell. Come here for all my tires and oil changes. I want to give a shout out to James in particular. He does an excellent job.

Auto techs Mike M., Dan S., and ACC Manager Mark at Mount Olive Walmart Auto Center are the absolute best!!! Extremely knowledgeable and kind- and went above and beyond to help my son and I when we were experiencing car troubles. It is rare to find such genuine and helpful people in today s world...I highly recommend MO Walmart Auto Center based on my wonderful experience with these professionals!!! Thanks so much! :)

Came to get my battery installed on my Chrysler 300. First the guy said he's not sure if they would do it.. he said "it's up to the mechanic". When the sign clearly says free battery installation, not free battery installation for everything but Chryslers. Now they was having a hard time getting to my battery because it is in a weird spot, but when I left on my way home my heat wasn't working, and it was perfectly fine before I came there. When I went back he told me the battery doesn't have anything to do with the heat. I told him it was fine before I bought it to them. He said I would have to go to a mechanic and if the mechanic says it was something they did then I can file a claim. So I'm supposed to pay a mechanic to check something that was perfectly fine before I took it to Wal-Mart.

Never had a bad experience here I've gone here for multiple tire installations, rotations, oil changes. Most of my work I do myself but when it comes to oil changes it's cheap enough to have it done here. The crew is okay and always helpful when I've been here. It is a Wal-Mart so you can't go in expecting a top notch 5 star white glove experience. But I will say these guys deliver. It's true they are underpaid for what they bring to the table Wal-Mart should realize this.The wait can be hella long so be prepared to do some shopping while you wait. This is the best way to approach it. Bring your car in early and have a shopping list.
