This was a Christmas gift for my wife. I spent a couple of months researching options, and though some out of area companies offered lower pricing on other brands, Tomberlin carts always received consistently high online reviews as well as that of a neighbor. Steve Gerard was very patient answering all my questions when I test drove their carts. I chose VGGC because they're local and if I had any issues, I felt that they would stand behind it. Not that I've had any, but Liz has addressed any concerns I've had promptly and patiently. We're loving the "Cart Life"!

Their drivers like to cut people off while texting and driving. Clearly a company that puts people on the road without training who are a danger to everyone else.

Very friendly, helpful, honest and knowledgeable staff. Was quoted a large variable price range for my problem. They checked my unit out and called me to authorize the repair. Not only did they check out my problem, and correct it. They found another issue, and fixed that. Great service.The only complaint, they should put on the customer receipt, exactly what was checked and repaired, in some detail. They needed to find the mechanic to answer my questions...

You don t want work here . They call the Police on employees rather regularly. When they fire employees, when employees don t show up at work and even drivers who are delivering to them- no of which are police matters . Oddly over eager to to call police on employees. Save yourself the stress - as you can see from their reply to Nicks review (whom I don t know ) they will drag you if you speak out .

My Mom started looking for a golf cart last summer, we visited in person and they were very friendly. She took us to a warehouse and showed us all the different types of vehicles until we picked which one we wanted. It came in early this summer and it is the perfect addition to the family!!! we drive ours everywhere. Liz Martino was terrific every step of the way!

Friendly, polite, eager to help. Fantastic group of people. Pleasure doing business with them. I could have went online for my parts. However I'm happy to shop local especially when they earn and deserve my business. Good job guys keep it up!!!

Vic Gerard is Five Star and so is their employee, Liz Martino! I have been a customer of Vic Gerard (VG) for the past 10 years. First as a renter of LSV s (Golf Cart/Club Cars) and now as an owner of an LSV. The customer service and support provide to me by Liz Martino has been outstanding. She is always available to help with any issue or concern I may have with the LSV. Her working knowledge of the VG product line is a great benefit to anyone thinking of renting or purchasing a golf cart or club car. I highly recommend VG and I especially recommend you contact Liz!
