I had some work done here and I've been here several times, they've got newer staff working on the cars that seem to be more on point and less about sitting on tires. It's a little hard to see it from the road but they've added more signage at the road which makes it easier to see. I really wish they had a lit open sign on the front of the right side building where the office is so it would be easier to see when they are open. Overall I've had a pretty good experience here.

Walked in for a simple flat tire fix. Tire was already removed from the vehicle. The man behind the counter wanted all of my information, License, address, phone number etc... which I didn't think was necessary for a simple tire plug so I refused to give it to him. I just wanted my tire fixed. After a a short back and forth, he said he couldn't do business with me because of this. I have been going to tire farm for years and never had a problem. I assume it's new ownership. This is not the way to get business and returning customers. I will definitely not be going back there. I went around the corner to Goodfellas and they treated me exactly how a customer should be treated. They just fixed my flat tire and were extremely nice about it.

Excellent family owned place ready to assist the moment you walk in. The true definition of upfront honest and straightforward. There's a reason they have been in business for so long before the days of the internet. I needed all new tires on my truck and a full alignment badly, they did everything front to back perfectly. They assisted in finding the appropriately sized tires to my vehicle and obtained them just a few days after we called. They went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect and exact even with questionable existing sizes on an old truck and top of such short notice. Thank you!!

Always the best prices.Shawn took great care of us today and even went out of his way to make sure my little daughter was comfortable and had a snack. Always happy with the service here and I believe they may be adding some services (like brakes, alignment, suspension).

I always liked ture farm. They weren't that corporate try to sell you all the stuff you don't need nonsense. I went to tire farm today and there were new owners gladly still great service. Sean took a few minutes and explained some stuff to me because I was only replacing two tires not four. Didn't try to push the other two tires on me. Very happy with them and now they also do wheele alignment again so that's a plus.

Needed 2 front tires over the weekend due to a bubble and they were able to accommodate me right away in Monday. Great prices and great customer service.

Basically nice people and their pricing is very competitive, However buyer beware since they do not cover damage to your wheels from their equipment that removes the tire from the wheel. The woman that handled my transaction said that if I was concerned about damage to my wheels I should not have bought the tires from them. One of the men that worked on the equipment commented that the equipment has been a problem and that the damage was caused by their equipment. They should repair or upgrade their equipment ASAP.

Tire Farm in Farmingdale NJ is absolutely the Best Place to buy a New Tire. The Staff is Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgable about All New and Used Tires. The Owners are Kind and Caring People. They Appreciate your Business. They get you in and out in a timely manner. Their prices are on point, and they have an excellent selection at all price levels. Awesome place. Pull in because it always looks abandoned. They'll quote you prices over the phone and they are super nice. I got an awesome price on tires for my classic car and the guy that put them on did a great job.I've done the BJs thing. I've done the Costco thing. I've had enough of the poor service and long waits and, well, don't get me started.Call Tire Farm and get a quote. It's free and you'll most likely be pleasantly surprised.

I try to use small business and make sure my money goes to families. But this place I hope closes shop. I got 4 tires from them less then 10 months ago and there s a bubble in the side wall of one of the tires. So I stop by and see what they could do figure it would be a warranty replacement. So I go in show the lady the receipt and immediately she says it a low profile tire you hit a pot hole and damaged the tire. Never ever looked at it or anything. So she already made up her mind they were not going to do anything. Then the old man goes out and said theres an impact on the tire I look and there s dirt on the rim that me finger took off that s definitely not a impact mark. I will never go back to The tire farm and would not recommend anyone else go. They are just there to take your money and forget about you on the back end.

I am looking at replacing the dealer tires on my Ford Bronco Sport. I request a price quote from the website. No reply within 4 days. I call in for a quote, the woman gives me an attitude. Plenty of other tire shops ready to quote.

Best prices around, great customer service, and very accommodating. They took me in with less than an hour before closing and changed out all 4 of my tires no problem!

Met my needs for a reasonable price.My wait was too long...however I was done before a patron that was there before me...And he had 4 new tires, mine were 2 used.So. Not like a real reason for him to wait longer.The patron said hes been here before and they usually don't take this long.I was just over 1.30 for 2 tires.Overall, I'm happy with service....people were pleasant. Joe was cool I'll be back.

I purchased a set of Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT for my 2012 F350, very pleased with the tire and would highly recommend the tires. At first the service started out good.I noticed when I got to the end of the driveway the tire pressure light was on I turned around and spoke to the mechanic and he said keep driving it it'll go off it just needs to calibrate. I knew I did not have any lights on when I got there. Shortly after I had a warning that said tire sensor fault. I brought the truck back and they told me they will not cover that, didn't even offer to help out. It was fine when I brought it there and no good when I got in it. Long story short I do not recommend using this company even though the price was good. But remember a good price is long forgotten after Poor service.

I came to Tire Farm on the recommendation of a friend, and I m glad I did. Even though they re busy and short staffed, they took very good care of my Jeep. I went in looking for a set of pre-owned tires and they re practically unused. Four cost me what one brand new one would have cost elsewhere.One of the best parts is there were no hidden fees for balancing and mounting they give you the full price up front.I ll definitely come back, and I d recommend them to anyone looking for tires, used or new

Previous experience with Tire Farm was good. This time I had a non-fixable flat and was looking for 4 new tires. The tires I needed (2008 Honda Fit) were not at the shop (they were not available at other shops that day either).What got me is that service people weren't showing up and the person behind the counter couldn't tell me how long it would take for service even if the tires were obtained. The shop looked like a ghost town.

This place is great. They get you in right away and provide amazing customer service from the moment you get there. The prices are amazing. They didn t try to push buying more tires than we came in for, and because of that we ended up buying more than we anticipated.

Great customer service! Not pushy at all and honest.Very friendly and helpful, finding the best tires, for the best price around.Installation...is FREE!Installed by Richard and had us in and out in about 20 minutes.Fantastic!I would recommend the Tire Farm for any of your tire needs, they carry almost every brand, and if not in stock, next day for ya!

I am a real customer. Not an employee, relative or friend. My most recent customer experience in July, 2019 with Tire Farm proved again that I buy more than just excellent tire repair or a great price for a new tire. I buy their integrity. For $30.00, the Tire Farm must have spent at least 30-minutes trying to find a slow leak tire in one of my tires. They found a small break in the tire's seal and repaired it. A week later, the same tire started to leak again. For no extra charge, they spent additional time and found an iron fragment that you could hardly see while holding it your hand. That's how you run a great business that cares for its customers. That's why they have been in business for decades. Use them. You won't be sorry.

I have been buying tires from Tire Farm for over 30 years for several cars and never once have I had a problem! The staff is friendly the service is excellent and prompt. The prices are awesome! The selection is also amazing. You can't go wrong by getting your tires from the Tire Farm.

This is my "go to" place for tires. I've been getting my tires here for decades. This is a no nonsense garage and they have always given me a fair price and expert service. Keep up the good work!

Very nice and respectful owners and employees. I came in and they took care of my truck, trailer, and car while I waited! Not a repair shop, so tires are mounted quickly! After searching the internet on prices they are VERY fair priced and would come back again!

I've been driving over 40 years and this, by far, was the best and easiest tire buying experience I've ever had. $200 less for better tires than the last time I bought new tires at the Jeep dealer. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Tire Farm ALWAYS delivers excellent service. Their prices are the best, and the staff is very helpful and friendly at every turn. I have been driving out here from the far end of Monmouth County for over 15 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! The only reasonable person to speak to was one of the techs in the shop. Management is awful as well as everyone in the office. I would give them one star but I gave them two since the tech was a pretty cool person. If I were you, I'd stay away from these people. I ended up going to mavis which was a lot cheaper to go to anyways.
