Great experience to buy a scooter. They have lot of scooter stocked. We went with 4 options, but Greg helped us a lot with various technical and maintenance aspects. We bought a nice maxi scooter. They processed the registration and license plate for us, we got the scooter delivered with 3 days. Shaun, the delivery guy was so nice, he explained everything, let us checked the scooter and we took a quick ride just to check all good. Same evening we found that the headlight not working, Greg immediately helped us and problem solved within a day. We are very happy with our purchase. Great customer service by Greg and team.

I have got to say that dealing with GREG and his staff at Island, Scooters was a pleasure they were so professional and courteous. I am 100% satisfied . I have dealt with many car dealers and motorcycle dealers over the years. Island, Scooters was the best experience I ve had so far I give them a thumbs up. I would recommend them to anyone. they even delivered my brand new X town 300 120 miles away for a very reasonable price . Now it s time to have some fun for the summer on my new bike.

I m a first time buyer of a genuine scooters moped. Greg was extremely patient and answered all of questions (I had dozens) He made himself available via text even after I bought my bike to provide guidance and gear recommendations. The buying process was super smooth and transparent and once I placed the order, my moped was delivered to Manhattan within 3 days. The guy who delivered my moped (Shawn?) was also so helpful! He walked me through the basics of my new scooter and waited while I took it around the block for a spin to make sure I was comfortable. He adjusted my mirrors and gave me tips on maintenance and storage. 100% positive experience every step of the way. Thank you

This place is awesome! I called here and spoke to Greg thinking I knew what I was looking for and after a few minutes of insightful discussion, Greg helped me realize that I was looking for a Lance Cabo 200i which I then happily ordered. The shop was clean, the selection was impressive, and the Greg and his wife were a pleasure to do business with! If you are in the Market for a scooter I highly recommend that you give this place a call. When I picked the scooter up I found it to be in perfect condition after dealer prep and fully filled with gas. Even after I purchased the scooter the shop called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase and when I reached out to them with a question related to changing my own oil, Greg walked me through it and made the whole process pretty simple. I can't wait to come back and buy my wife a scooter from them! She likes the Lance Havana Classic...

I ve bought two scooters from them. Greg is a pleasure to deal with and really stands behind his products. He went above and beyond in assisting me when a problem arose. Dominique who handles delivery/mechanic was really helpful as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything scooter related.

From our initial contact on the phone when I first started looking for a scooter, Greg and everyone at Island Scooters were amazing. He helped quickly narrow down the search over the phone, then when I came to the shop showed me the scooters and found me my perfect fit. At no time did I feel pressured, just the perfect level of informative help.The scooter was ready when promised and before I knew it I was home and enjoying!!!I can not say enough about this place, if you want a scooter it is THE place to go.

Greg was super helpful answered all questions I had, with patience and helped me pick out the right scooter for me. Great shop awesome experience. Would definitely recommend!! Much better to shop here than secondary markets ( Craigslist, marketplace, OfferUp) the pricing is really good here and you are getting good quality

I am thrilled to have shopped locally when purchasing my Buddy 50 scooter. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me toward a model that would suit my needs. The scooter was a surprise birthday gift for my fiance and Greg went above and beyond to insure it stayed surprise! He even ordered me a limited edition model that he didn't have in stock. Everything from the paperwork to scheduling the delivery was a breeze! Go to Island Scooters, you will not be disappointed!

Awesome!!! Wonderful buying experience! Honest, pleasant, professional dealership that goes out of their way to please the customer! No hidden fees, no games, and was not pushy at all. They are not your typical salespeople. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. Smooth purchase of a brand new Kymco Spade. The bike is beautiful and solid build quality and handling, but this isn't about the bike this is about my whole buying experience with Island Scooters!!! I just want to say that island scooters has the best customer service experience. Anybody who's looking to buy any scooters that's available on the market go to island scooters they're 100% reliable with the best team statewide, if not all over the country. I just want to go at least 40 - 45 mph on my Scootstar, and possibly pick up a chick . Thank you, Island Scooters.

Greg and his staff were super. We were new to Scooters and he was very patient explaining our options. We opted for a Lance 50 Havana Classic. Couldn't have been happier with Island Scooters and would be quick to use them again even though they're 1.5 hours away. Thank you, Greg.

After searching for a place to buy a scooter as a birthday gift, I came across island scooters and I must say I had a great experience with Gregg ! From the moment I walked in he was extremely patient and personable ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the search for a scooter ! Can t wait to surprise my loved one and can t thank Gregg enough for all of his help !

I recently purchase a Sym Fiddle III 200i at Island Scooters, i would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the scooter market. The staff there is super friendly, they take their time answering all the questions i had and the purchasing process was very straight forward. Like i said, if you are in the scooter market stop there and check out what they have you will not be disappointed.

I bought a used scooter from island scooters. I had it 2 months and the belt broke on it. Even though I only had a 30 day warranty on it, they fixed it free of charge. Will definitely be buying my next scooter from them.

Island scooters are second to none in scooters in New Jersey when it comes to honesty, knowledge, inventory and all around comfort when making a purchase Greg at island scooters will have you feeling like you made the right choice when you walk out that door .the service is just so much better than all other scooter stores I have been to yes service for you scooters where you purchased it thanks ISLAND SCOOTERS.

What a great shop, thank you Mr GregHe cares for his customers .I came pick up the scooter I didn t have money to buy gears like helmet phone , phone holder he made sure I did not leave without them he personally mounted the phone holder for me and he trusted me to ship it back to him I wish I could give him a 5 billion stars
